It was an absolute pleasure to work with [redacted] and his GEQ Private Client Group. They have saved my family thousands of dollars and have been honest from the very first moment I spoke with them. [redacted] and his team have answered all questions and concerns in a timely fashion, even after business hours. I would recommend them to anyone. They are hard working, honest, and professional. They took a complicated process and made it easy and smooth.

I have used Global Equity Finance on 2 separate occasions. On both occasions [redacted] was my mortgage loan consultant. [redacted] has been extremely helpful and easy to work with on both occasions. He was very quick to get back to me and answer any questions I might have had during the process of refinancing my home. The whole process was very easy and [redacted] walked me through step by step. I will definitely use [redacted] again for any future home financing needs because I trust that he is going to be upfront and honest with me.

I started my refinance application with Global Equity on April 26. They knew my Tax Return was filed on 4/11/15 because I pointed this out to my Originator [redacted], He should have told me to wait to do the loan and appraisal as they should know it takes 6-8 weeks for the IRS to accept and enter tax returns at this time of year It's their business to know these simple facts. I was told My application would fly through the process and take 30-35 days which is about when the rate lock expired. I haven't been contacted by them for weeks and have gone with another mortgage Co. as it's now been almost ten weeks since starting with Global Equity. So, out of the blue on 7/17/15 [redacted] the originator calls me and tells me they received the tax transcripts and can close the loan at a higher rate. I just paid for another appraisal yesterday for my new application with another co.  I gave up on them, so I won't accept their offer on the loan.
    If Global Equity had just been courteous and communicated with me during the process I wouldn't have had a problem, but I had to keep reaching out and calling and emailing them for updates with no response. I feel they misrepresented the loan during the entire process and handled this transaction in a very unprofessional manner. I would still like a credit for $425.00 for my wasted appraisal on this loan. Global Equity needs to communicate with their customers in the future to avoid complications in situations like this.

As with any mortgage refinance- an appraisal is required by law.  As you know- this is a client expense.  If the appraisal comes in lower than the client estimated (as it did this time)- it can cause the previously pre-approved loan to be declined.  Unfortunately, this is what occurred here.  Every client is entitled to a complete copy of his/her appraisal once completed.  Feel free to email [redacted] to request a copy of your completed appraisal.

Your information was provided to us by '[redacted]' as an individual that had filled out a form seeking refinance information as urgently as possible.   It's more than likely that your information was provided to 4 other banking institutions as well.  While we can take you off our list- we cannot speak for the other lenders.

While we strive to make every client happy- we are limited by what is reasonable and fair.  In this case- we've done all we could that was reasonable and fair to resolve the issue.

I am very grateful to Global & [redacted] for helping me to refinance my home. Mr. [redacted] was wonderful! He always returned my phone calls in a timely manner & answered my questions with patience. He is very knowledgeable & thorough. [redacted] is very polite & I knew I was in good hands with him. My refinance was a very pleasant experience. [redacted] was my agent and was super helpful. He answered every question I asked, usually by email, and always responded promptly. His team, GEQ Private Client Group, were very helpful in this process. I really felt the information [redacted] gave me was truthful and he was so knowledgeable. When he asked me what my property was worth and I didn't know, he took the steps needed to do a little research to give me an idea if this was something that would work for me. Nobody had done that for me. All of the other refinance companies put it back on me, telling me I needed to get that information, like I would know what to do. [redacted] did a little research and had this information in less than 5 minutes. Because of that one piece of information, I chose to move forward with [redacted]. The process went fast and smooth. I would definitely recommend Global Equity Finance for a refinance.

Thank you for your inquiry.  Currently your file is not help up by us.  It has been help up by the IRS.  We've requested your 2014 Transcripts 6 times now from the IRS. Unfortunately we have yet to receive them due to the backlog on returns that are...

submitting near the end of the deadline.
Locks do expire; as do appraisals.  I am having the Processor follow up again with the IRS on the estimated time of arrival for your completed tax returns.  If necessary, Global Equity will pay for another appraisal on your behalf.

Caught in a bind from a divorce to which I was forced to Refi the house to ex removed from the original loan, Alex went above and beyond to help not only to remove the ex from the loan but reduce my monthly payments where the original lender was going to raise my % and monthly payment by almost $200 . When my original home insurance company left for no reasons given, Alex made a few calls and got the insurance I needed as well as wanted. Great communication between GE and myself and was always informed and there was no hidden anything, everything was up front and explained verbally as well as explained in a hard copy email when requested.

If you need a REFI fast and accurate, contact this company and ask to speak to Alex and Alex only and within a few weeks, you will have what you are needing. If he or this company cant get what you need, then you simply dont need it.

Morgan O was very helpful and professional. He was always going the extra step to make sure all issues were covered an handled in a timely manner. He was very helpful and a great help in obtaining my Refi home loan. Great asset to your company.

Of the many home mortgage loans we have gotten over the last 30 years our experience with Global Equity Finance was by far the best. Most impressive was the service that our Loan Rep Garrett L provided! Everything went pretty much exactly as he said it would from the first time we spoke. He is very knowledgeable and professional. And a shout out to his assistant Ferenc M he really facilitated the process from start to finish!
