First off, *** *** did not tell us to hold our mortgage payment, she told us not to pay our mortgage. We questioned her about this at least times and she was adamant we not pay it. Second, we did not know there was a judgement against *** so did not disclose what we did not know. Third, the communication essentially ceased when I asked *** if it was possible to do the loan in my name only. Once she told us a new house appraisal was necessary, we never heard from her again despite at least messages. I'm not sure how I was advised of my options as no one would respond to me. Whenever I called the company I was told that *** was out. When we asked about the status of our loan we were told *** was working on it. I asked to speak to a manager and left messages. No one replied to me for days. That is why I'm here

From the very start when I first spoke with Chris Logorz within minutes he had my comfort and attentionI never answer or return marketing calls but I am sure glad I returned this call! I can't say enough how impressive his knowledge of the mortgage industry isIf he couldn't answer a question, he had an answer for me sometimes within the hour and he always made himself available after hoursI will definitely use Chris for future investments whether its a new purchase or refinance he is the one! Super nice guy and you won't be disappointed!! He has my STAR recommendation!!!

Dear Sir,As we have explained several times- your refinance was completed absolutely correct.When you refinance, if the homeowners Insurance is due within days, it must be paid in full At the time of closing, this was due, but *** would not give the renewal as we were
not within day so of the actual expiration date. So, to close the loan, UWM took 125% of the current policy premium of $to pay at closing $was listed to pay at closing on his Closing Disclosure & Settlement Statement *** then sent an actual renewal after the loan documents were released for closing for $195.00. Attached. This was not updated with UWM as they do not make changes when the At Close Closing Disclosure is sent out with the Loan DocumentsWe are not outstanding another months. This is for the escrow/impound account for the renewal based off of the current policy premium, as again, *** would not release a renewal at the time that we were closing $134.00/12mo = $per month *** *** *** Insurancemonths is collected so that after months of receiving payments, your escrow account will be estimated to have enough to pay the 07/renewal

Both the Compliance Manager and the Loan Consultant have been trying to reach you Please return their voicemail calls.If there are outstanding issues- we are unable to resolve them without a returned call We need to know which debts you say have not been paid so that we can track the checks with the title Company and confirm their payment.Without further clarification- it is impossible for us to help Customer care is extremely important to us

The *** agreed to the amount needed to pay off the one judgement that was showing up on credit through the cash out they were going to receive from the loan closing Unfortunately we were never made aware of an additional judgement by the ***; nor did this pop up until *** and
*** *** signed and we were trying to fundDuring funding, theadditional judgment against the Borrower, *** ***, was brought forward The file was reworked and we did our best to complete the loan under only one borrower, advising them of the situation and issues the entire time We also advised them to make sure they set aside their mortgage payment until we know if the loan was going to close in that monthWhen we advised them to make sure they made the payment- the told us they made itUnfortunately, they made it more than days late which automatically kills any file in a refinance transaction

Global Equity Finance handled our application for a HARP loan in a quick and professional manner Their staff was always available to answer questions and they worked very hard to get us the rate we needed and closing costs we could afford They are very knowledgeable about the process and completed to closing in about weeks I would highly recommend
