I just want to say that dealing with global equity has been an extremely postive experience!! I dealt with dave freeman, who was very helpful to my wife and I, to make the the loan experience easy and not overwhelming like you have at local banks. dave's personal phone number is [redacted]. we highly recommend calling him for your mortgage needs. you will not be sorry!!

Admittedly, there was some trepidation on my part in even considering responding to the online advertisement to check out mortgage refinancing. But when [redacted] of Global Finance called in response, he immediately proceeded to try to put my mind at ease. [redacted] personable approach led to us finding some common ground ( he had previously lived and worked in my State) upon which to start our business relationship. From there, his professionalism, subject knowledge and experience shined through, giving me an initial level of confidence to continue on with the mortgage refinancing process, even though I was leery of conducting such business online.
[redacted] was very understanding of the foregoing, and made a great effort to assure me that he would be there each step of the process. He provided information about himself and the company, so that I could gauge their competency and reputation. He made himself available through all modes of contact, and was very responsive in keeping me informed of each step of the process. He made sure that I satisfactorily understood what and why each document and process was and required, all the way up to the end of the process. He also utilized his vast experience to make suggestions and advise as to the best courses of action for my individual situation.
I would recommend [redacted], in particular, and his Global Finance Equity Team to any of my family, friends and associates.

The professional excellence of this company is amazing, Global Equity Finance has refined the process of home refinance over the internet. My loan officer, Gunnar C[redacted], kept me updated and was always there to answer the few questions I had. He is truly a master of his profession. I felt confident that he had my best interest at heart and worked hard for the best outcome for me. The experience was all positive and I would recommend this company to anyone shopping for a home loan.

We're happy to solve this but it can only be solved with [redacted]'s help.  If [redacted] can continue correspondence with [redacted]- the Compliance Director- everything can be resolved.  
We reached out to [redacted], the last debt, and they confirmed the address was incorrect.  This address was confirmed by the borrower (per LO) to be correct.  [redacted] has agreed to take the payment waiving all late charges.  A Stop Payment was issued on the original check & a check to be shipped to the correct address today/tomorrow.  
Chicago Title also got the VP to approve late fee reimbursements for her other debts, with statements confirming all the late charges, and will offer to rectify any credit issues with the debtors.  This would take care of the late fees & credit issues.
Monica & [redacted] called [redacted] again just now.  Her husband picked up & said she is unavailable until tomorrow or the day after.  We did call from Chicago Title's line, she will call in an hour (husband is currently driving) to leave a message from her line with an update.  Again, this requires communication from [redacted] to [redacted] to resolve.

Very professional and timely. Everything that Roy committed to came through. I am very happy with the outcome of my transaction and thankful.

The facts stated above by Global Equity Finance are not true, we did not quote 190,00 as the value of our home, we told our loan counselor that we did not know the value of our home.
We do not remember being presented with a re-work of our loan, to my knowledge, our loan counselor did not get back in touch with us, would just not answer when we called.
Global Equity Finance is not a company I would recommend to anyone, very poor customer service and thus not reputable.

Our whole experience with this company has been amazing. I was skeptical at first that it was too good to be true, but it turned out to be legit and such a smart move. Our consultant's name was [redacted] and he was very thorough, polite, helpful, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Our whole process was smooth and snag free, thankfully. I hope that if you are looking for a good company that you can trust and is genuine then you should consider choosing this company. Thank you so much for your amazing service and help!

After poor experiences with other real estate professionals, [redacted] was a refreshing change. He did exactly what he verbally indicated he would without doing any back peddling. It was nice to feel like someone was watching out for our best interests rather than just for the lender. We are very impressed by [redacted] commitment to us and to our individual situation. He did not pressure us into any particular decision, rather gave us the knowledge so we could make our own informed decisions.

I was looking for options ... and Dave F did an excellent job helping me determine what was the best option for my situation. Very knowledgeable and did an excellent job communicating with me.

The reason your loan was declined was because your appraisal value came in at $167,000 instead of the value you quoted of $190,000.
 
We did everything within our power to make this loan work despite the lower value- but unfortunately the new terms were not satisfactory and you decided not to move forward.
 
We cannot control appraisal values.  We can only go by what the customer estimates.  We did rework the file and also attempted to appeal the appraisal on your behalf.  Unfortunately the appeal was denied by the appraiser; the terms of the reworked loan apparently were unsatisfactory to you. At this point we are dead in water as to what we can do.
 
Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for an appraisal which came in at a value significantly under what you quoted us.

My husband and I are truly happy with Global Equity Finance. Tim Valaski went out of his way to help make the process easy for us. He was always there if we needed anything. We are more than happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Although they were very helpful in solving a problem with a really stupid Fannie Mae requirement, they were very lax in other areas. First of all, after many real estate and re-fi transactions over the years, I have NEVER had one take this long or have this many problems! I understand the process very well. I am also a Notary Signing Agent and have done more signings than I can count; mostly re-fis. Secondly, I would email docs to them only to hear much later that they either didn't get them or they were unreadable. and needed to send them again. Sounds like a problem at their end. Finally had to send a lot of docs via "snail mail". Thirdly, the Good Faith Estimate was very wrong twice, and we did not receive a fairly correct one until the final signing. Fourth, the payoff figures for our first mtg. and Home Equity Line of Credit were VERY wrong, even though they verified them three times! We were told that we could payoff the line of credit and still keep it open. We were charged $326 for a reconvetance. and refund fee, and it will NOT remain open! Lastly, because it was taking so long, our quoted rate did not get locked in on time and when she finally did lock it, it was higher. I should mention that our representative usually did respond quickly and was very pleasant.

We feel that they still owe us for another appraisal fee, We lost the first house due to the hold up and lies that was given to us and to the gentlemen who was selling the house. When asked about it , we were told it was case close and that we don't get that money. We don't feel that is the way it should be . It was are hard earn money that we lost because of them and they can give it back to us. If it wasn't due to lies and trusting in the man who was suppose to help us ,we would not of lost it. Honesty would of been nice. We feel we should of been told right away that we apparently did not qualify. They owe us 510.00 for the appraisal. We already lost half of erenest  money due to the fact that the seller was mad and we were the ones who had to pay.
