This company (and Roy, more specifically) made my experience refinancing a breezeHe was more knowledgeable than most of the people I've spoken to in regard to mortgages and was able to provide excellent options for our refinanceI would certainly do business with this company in a heartbeat and have already made recommendations to my family and friendsThank you!

My husband and I had tried to refinance our home several times in the past several yearsIt always ended up a disappointment to usMy husband decided to give it one more chance and put in a request onlineI answered the phone call from Global Equity finance and was put thru to *** ***He started by explaining what Global is all aboutThen explained everything we would be needing for the refinance to startThe entire process took weeks from start to finish which was actually amazing to usThere was no pressure to keep re-sending items as everything was done so fastIt was so easy to work with this company even though they are on the opposite coastThey make the appointments and send out the Appraiser, They even send the lawyer to sign all the papers appointed thru the bank to "you" We didn't even have to leave our houseIt was a wonderful experience from start to finist was made that much more pleasant through our mortgage loan consultant *** ***He made everything simple, easy and very fastHe was very professional and helpful*** is what made this experience extraordinaryI cant thank him and global Equity finance for making our lives a little less stressful

We recently worked with *** *** at Global Equity to refinance our home It was clear form the start that *** had our best interest as a priority He was courteous, professional, informed, accessible always , very efficient, and had excellent follow through He made what can be a daunting process, especially done long distance via phone and Internet, a clear and comfortable process

I started my refinance application with Global Equity on April They knew my Tax Return was filed on 4/11/because I pointed this out to my Originator ***, He should have told me to wait to do the loan and appraisal as they should know it takes 6-weeks for the IRS to accept and enter tax returns at this time of year It's their business to know these simple factsI was told My application would fly through the process and take 30-days which is about when the rate lock expiredI haven't been contacted by them for weeks and have gone with another mortgage Coas it's now been almost ten weeks since starting with Global EquitySo, out of the blue on 7/17/*** the originator calls me and tells me they received the tax transcripts and can close the loan at a higher rateI just paid for another appraisal yesterday for my new application with another co I gave up on them, so I won't accept their offer on the loan. If Global Equity had just been courteous and communicated with me during the process I wouldn't have had a problem, but I had to keep reaching out and calling and emailing them for updates with no responseI feel they misrepresented the loan during the entire process and handled this transaction in a very unprofessional mannerI would still like a credit for $for my wasted appraisal on this loanGlobal Equity needs to communicate with their customers in the future to avoid complications in situations like this. Folks, Thank you for reaching out We do not charge $for our services The appraiser charges $for his services The appraisal was completed, therefore the appraiser is entitled to his fee Because the appraised value came in lower than what you estimated your
house value to be worth- the details of what you could be approved for in a loan program were forced to be changed While you are entitled at this point to cancel your loan with us, we cannot force the appraiser to refund money for work he has completed

My experience with Global Equity was terribleJoshua S was non responsive and flat out lied to meThere was no communication unless I initiated it
The time estimates he gave to me were always wrong by a lot and he was lazy on getting informationJoshua is a rookie and not worth wasting your time withWhat was supposed to be a week process took over three months
