I cancelled the claim because GWG refused to send me a cheque for $to cover my charges made to my credit cardActually, the charges were $and $699.99, which are more than what they were going to reimburse meI still have not received any money yet and therefore will notify you when and if I receive my reimbursement on my credit cardAdditionally, they are not honoring the warranty and I have a defective Cell Phone that will cost me over $to buyI tried to get a hold of the Wireless Protection *** *** at GWG, ***, (###-###-####) to speak to her about this but her assistants will not allow any calls throughIf the money GWG owes me is reimbursed onto my credit card, there is the issue of interest that will be put on the balance as well.
Please keep this complaint open till I get back.

Please allow at least a week for the check to arrive since it was sent regular mail. As for way there was the delay, GWG experienced some issues with inventory due to Apple's decision to stop making the iPhone which made GWG to offer checks instead of replacement phones. We are set up to provide phones not checks so going from checks a month to 1000s has caused and issue. We have learned from this issue and are putting in measures to insure this does not happen again

My claim has not been resolved because I still do not have an answer as to why it took over week for me to receive a phone when clearly that is not the policy they advertise
I received the company reply from Revdex.com on 2/**/that an upgraded Sphone was waiting for me at the we-r-wireless storeI was given a PO# on 2/**/by a *** from Global warranty group and was told that I had to pick up the phone using the PO at the storeI went to the store on 2/**/and picked up a new Sphone
Clearly this company has issues tracking their own claimsIf I was given a PO on 2/**/how are they telling me there is a new Swaiting for me at the store? I called the store *** and he looked in the computer and the PO # that is also in the computer was for an Swhich is what he gave to me on the ***
Global warranty goup has not attempted to supply what I paid for initially when I signed a contract for this warrantyFurthermore, they are submitting information to the Revdex.com stating that an upgraded phone is waiting for meI most certainly did not ask for an upgraded phone, I asked for either a refund of the claim deposit or my initial payment when purchasing this insuranceThey offered me neither!
I am certain, with so many claims filed against this business, that the Revdex.com will review and possiblelu consider removing the A+ rating of this business

I want my $deductible back because they took almost four months to do something that they had a contract to do with in a weekAlso because of this extensive amount of time, there are now no more of my phones for miles so now if the check ever does come in I will have to use it for gas to go get the phoneAlso, I live in a tax free state, so the original amount four months ago would have been enough (also there were plentiful stores with my phone in stock at that time), however, now going to a different state, that also eats up a great major of the $that I originally accepted because, again, I wouldn't have had to go far to get my phoneAlso because of those extra factors caused by their incompetence and inability to provide a service within the time agreed upon in their own contract, I want an extra $for travel that I wasn't going to have to do and the sales tax I was going to have to encounter.

Customer filed her claim 2/**/said wanted to send in phone first so we received the phone on 2/** and deductible was paid on 2/**. We contacted the customer on 2/**/and offered her the check on $which she accepted. Since she accepted the check on the *** we have had
business days please allow some time to process the check
