Although I have now received my check and also had my Visa credited with $70.00, I am yet to ever hear from or be contact by Global Warranty GroupSince my claim was opened on February ***, 2014, I have only ever received a call once to be offered a check on February ***, It would be nice to hear from Global Warranty Group and receive an apology for the trouble this has caused for meI have never been contacted and see it as very unpractical for a company to respond saying that I have been contact, when indeed it is the opposite

I received an email on June *** from Global Warranty Group apologising for the delay in receiving my cheque, and advising that the issue has been escalated to their accounting departmentFurther they promised to provide the cheque # and date once the cheque has been issued, that they would do "everything we can to assist in getting this issue resolved"I have received no further communications from Global Warranty Group
