Review: GWG confirmed claim 10/**/13 after confirming receipt of ~$200 deductible 10/**/13. I accepted cash instead of a new phone because they said they were out of stock on new phones. I was originally not told a check would take 4-6 weeks. It is now 13 weeks later and I still do not have a check. Customer service is no help. I asked to speak to the [redacted] once and was on hold for a half hour before I had to drop for another call.Desired Settlement: I just want my check.
