I have already leased another GM vehicle through GM financial and I love it. I love GM and will get another GM vehicle after this if my issue is resolved. I would like the current invoice adjusted off for the amount that I owe. While I appreciate the offer to carry over a higher amount than asked for on a future lease, there is no guarantee that this would actually occur. Ref# [redacted] *there is no invoice# listed) for $240.09 is what I am requesting to be adjusted off.

I do know that , I asked for help or a deferrment and representative said no , and that was all nothing they can do . No manager to talk to , nothing . Did you want me to retreive cell records? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:GM Finance removed all the data from my credit reports and added it back There was no payments showing except for the month of May There are causing me issues with how they are mishandling my credit I would appreciate if they returned it to how they reported in on May I attached the information that GM reported I will be filing an additional complaint and seek legal actionThey removed the information and then reinsertedAccording to FCRA Inform consumers about negative information which is in the process of or has already been placed on a consumer's credit report within one month.I was not informed before you reinserted this information that you removed It’s not fair or good business practice You go months without reporting and this is even prior to your update to your systems Regards, [redacted]
