DO NOT BUY FROM G. O. A. T. ! Horrible customer service and communication. They only offer store credit for returns. Worse though is that they randomly decide that the shoes have been worn and say your return is not accepted?!?! The shoes we returned were NEVER worn as they were too big! We returned everything within there timeframe and still are getting screwed by them. They now have our money and the shoes and say we can consign with them and get paid, less their fees, when/if they sell. Fraudulent is all I can say. No phone number to reach anyone and no concern about getting back to you with questions or concerns. I have already contacted my credit card company and will fight this til the bitter end.

I ordered a pair of yeezys from this website called goat.com when I ordered a pair I wanted a size 10 and that's what I ordered instead I got a 8.5
My order number is *** I just ordered these today January 2nd I'm not happy that I didn't get the right size because I clearly ordered a size 10 and they just gave me any random size it's quite frustrating because it's a waste of money

They sent the wrong item and will not reply to help correct. It has been almost a month.
On 12/8/19 I ordered a pair of *** Limited Edition shoes (***). On 12/12/19 the wrong pair of shoes was delivered. I contacted them immediately via the website resolution form. I communicated back and forth with all necessary and requested information. Later on 12/12/19 I was told that the information had been forwarded to the support team to be resolved and to allow 2-3 business days for them to receive and review the case. I heard nothing for a week. I followed up daily, as this was a Christmas gift that needed to be under the tree on December 25th. There were no responses as of 12/22/19 so I started a new "ticket" On 12/23/19. I received an answer to that complaint stating that there was a high volume of issues and my original ticket had already been escalated. I have continued to send messages to the original ticket asking for help and have heard NOTHING. I have attached information on the incorrect pair of shoes that I recieved.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have the correct pair of shoes sent with a credit for any additional costs I paid to have the original pair shipped immediately.

I made an order and have not received it even though it is over a week past the delivery date. I cannot track the order or see any updates about it.
I received an email stating that my order *** was shipped out on December 19,2019 and was estimated to be delivered by December 23, 2019. It is now January 2, 2020 and I still have not received my order nor any updates about where my order is. When I try to check the ups tracker that was provided, all it says is that my order is in transit. It has said my order was in transit for over a week no and no further updates have been made so I cannot track my order. Since then I have reached out multiple times via email and even Instagram trying to speak to a goat representative to help locate my order or issue me a full refund. I spent a total of $364.74 on the Air Jordan 11 Retro Bred 2019.

Desired Outcome

I am expecting either a speedy delivery within less than a week or a full refund of $364.74 to my visa I used to make the purchase.

I ordered my son's Christmas gift from Goat's website and NEVER received!
I am one of many of their victims! I want a complete refund or replacement
I never received my order from that shady company! I emailed them a lot and the response I get looks like as if they don't even read my emails. It looks like it's coming from a Robot!

They are asking me to fill out an affidavit which includes my personal information! They do not have anything on their return policy about an Affidavit!

They are scammers! I did not even receive an empty box! Nothing! I did not receive the package UPS and Goat are claiming!

I have a security camera and I emailed them m the footage on the alleged date they told me. December 7, 2019! Nothing from my camera about any delivery from anyone!

Buyers beware! Do not buy anything from Goat.com they do not even have a customer service phone number!

I bought a brand new pair of shoes that came with defects not listed on description. They made no effort to correct the issue.
I bought shoes that were supposed to be brand new. The shoes came with defects and deformities. I informed GOAT of the issue and they initially asked for photos. I sent in several photos and they said they would get back to me within 48 business hours. It's now been well over that time frame and I have made several attempts to reach out with no one responding. Part of their policy is in order for the seller to retrieve funds from a sale, the buyer (me) has to confirm I received the shoes in a satisfactory condition, via their GOAT mobile app. Being that in in dispute, I made no confirmation via the app, yet the app shows I approved the sale and funds have been released to the seller without my consent.

These sneakers were produced in large quantities, so manufacturing defects (i.e. excess glue, stitching, construction, paint, etc.) do commonly appear on most pairs.

Rest assured we do make it a point to reach out prior to shipping when there are inconsistencies that are out of the ordinary, so I hope this helps put your mind at ease.

Basically, I wish to change my phone number to cash out my earnings, since GOAT requires two-step verification to do that. But I am no longer using my old phone number, and the only way to change it is to contact Goat Support. I contacted them on Thursday and was told my ticket was escalated and I would hear back in 48 hours. Since then, despite my numerous attempt to contact Goat, there has been no replies, and my earnings are just sitting there in Goat Credits, useless because I cannot transfer it to my bank acoount. I only wish to be contacted back to my case could be resolved quickly and harmoniously

They got back to me and resolved the matter. Consider it closed.

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Jordan 1 women's shoes for *** I received the package on 12/19 and I received the wrong pair of shoes.
I purchased a pair of Nike Air Jordan 1 women's shoes on 12/6/2019 for $322.48. I received the package on 12/19 and after opening the package I discovered that GOAT sent me the wrong shoes.They shipped me instead, a size 12 men's Vans sneakers with a price tag included of *** I immediately contacted GOAT via their support email through their phone app and proceeded to describe the mistake and. Someone named *** from their support department emailed me right back and asked me to provide photos of the shoes received, the box, the label, the inner shoe tag size and label side of the shoe box and an image of an 8-digit bar code on the box. I immediately replied back with all the photos they asked for. I got a response back same evening saying they would look into this and should take about 2-3 business days to review the case. *** also mentioned that GOAT would extend the return window for the wrong shoes to be returned back to them while they look into the issue further and if I had any questions to just reply to the same email thread on the GOAT phone app where the request was opened. Needless to say, that was the last I heard from GOAT (this is the same day I opened the case with them on 12/19). I have been replying to the thread as instructed everyday since the 23rd of December and no response on my issue at all. I opened up a new request on 12/30 to see if I would get a response back and I also mentioned I would report the issue to the Revdex.com, still no response back. I have attached the email to GOAT on 12/19 and their response. This is the only communication I have received from them and no followup or investigation results back to me. Their response time as stated in their email to me is 2-3 business days, it has been 7 business days and no response back from GOAT at all. Not even an email stating they are still investigating the issue.

I placed an order 11/29/19 and was scheduled for a delivery date of 12/3/19. Never received my package.

I place this order waited at home for ups. Ups has marked the package as delivered however they never delivered. I contacted ups immediately requested for the driver to turn around and they refused to send the driver back. Ups told me to contact goat an file a claim for a refund. I have done that however they don't want to give me my money back and they keep playing games stating that I should reach out within 5 business days. I've done this 3 times already it is now January 1, 2020 and I've received nothing.

The shoes I ordered as a Christmas gift were delivered in the incorrect size. Two weeks after the delivery they have yet to provide a resolution.
On December 14th, 2019 I ordered a pair of shoes through their app in size 10.5 for *** as a Christmas gift for my brother. They were delivered to him on December 27th, 2019 and while they were the correct style of shoe, they were the incorrect size, a 7.5. I reached out immediately through their chat support as it is the only form of contact available. I sent them photos of the shoes immediately and 24 hours later received a response stating it would take 2-3 business days to resolve the case but "rest assured we will continue to extend the return window for this item until this issue is resolved." I have reached out to them repeatedly since that date and only received one response which stated that they are working on the issue and that submitting more help tickets would only slow the process. Even though these responses were more than 1 week after the initial 2-3 day window, no updated timeline was provided. It is now almost 3 weeks since the initial order date and I still have not received return/refund information and obviously haven't received a replacement pair. Given that this was a gift, I ended up paying full price at another retailer for these shoes ($190 after taxes and shipping). I'm not seeking any repayment or preferential treatment, I simply want the information to return and receive a refund for my purchase even though I ended up having to pay more and miss giving a Christmas gift on time.

I simply want information to return the shoes and receive a prompt refund to my initial payment method. I don't even care for receiving the difference in the price I initially paid and the cost of the shoes I purchased to replace those.

*** It has all of the information that would've been typed in here, in addition to pictures of the product and the big gap in time it took for GOAT to respond to my inquiry. Not to mention, the many different support specialist that my complaint was passed *** to. I've even contacted PayPal to reach out to them regarding a refund.

Resolved. From filing my complaint w/ PayPal they reached out. GOAT didn't not respond within allotted timeframe. Claim was ruled in my favor. Refund is being processed via PayPal.

I can't withdraw my money from the app and customer service is doing absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
I have been waiting since December 12th to cash out my money from shoes I sold on the GOAT app. The app will not allow me to withdraw my own money and my repeated attempts to contact the company has produced no results, even thought they themselves said they would respond in 48 hours. Now it is January 2nd and I want my money ASAP and legal action taken against the company for their deceptive practices and horrible service.

I want my money ASAP and I want to sue this company for for all monetary damages I am entitled to. $139.80 plus money for the time and effort I wasted chasing them for my money. I want my money that is trapped in their app from shoes I have sold. I have the right to cash out anytime I want and the app will not allow me to. The total is $139.80. The company is well aware of my issues since I have created at least 3 tickets about this same issue since December 12th. It is now January 2nd of the new year 2020.

I was able to obtain my money.

I received a Christmas gift purchased from goat. The sneakers were the wrong size, now they won't let me return or exchange them.
My boyfriend purchased some sneakers I really wanted off of GOAT. He bought them as a Christmas gift, so as expected he didn't give them to me till Christmas Day! The sneakers ended up being the wrong size.. So now GOAT is telling us we had ONLY 3 days after delivery to return or exchange them. (Super unrealistic) Plus he ordered a size 6 1/2 and sent a size 7. The order number is ***, he made the purchase on December 10th, 2019. The amount he spent was a little over $300 and it was purchased with a debit card.

This company is a scam and burnt me for *** for a pair of shoes I've never received!!
On december 20th 2019 I ordered a pair of yeezy mauve shoes off the goat app as a christmas present for my son. Once shoes were ordered they immediately withdrew the $356 out of my bank account and asked for a confirmation code through my bank. Well I didnt receive the code from my bank until the next day. As a result of this they canceled my order and gave me a full refund. Well on December 21st 2019 I received the code from my bank and entered into the confirmation link the GOAT provided to me. Once the confirmation code was entered into their link, it was confirmed, and immediately the withdrew the full $356 again and said shoes would be shipped immediately. So as of today january 3rd I still ha ent received the shoes or a refund. I have yet find a phone number for the business, only email address through the app..I have emailed multiple times in which I always get a *** response. I think this company should be thoroughly investigated and closed..I will also be following up with the A.G, news outlets, social media, and contacting an attorney

On january 14th 2020 goat responded to my email and said my refund had been issued and I would receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. Well here it is January 21st 2020 and still no refund. I received my sneaker 1 day ago, I email Goat the same day about me trying to return the pair of shoes, they are not doing anything to return my shoe.
The order number is XXXXXXXXX, the problem is that they are fault advertising a picture which they display the bottom of the sole yelow, instead I receive the sole white. As soon as I receive the sneaker I wrote to them, they really are not trying to help I don't know if is a scheme but they don't respond quick cause after the 3 days, on their policy they really can do much. I also went to a place were they verified the sneaker being fake, its not an authentic pair of yeezy. I pay with afterpay and they are going to continues charging me the installment of the payment plan, I want them to refund my money back due they are false advertising and selling fake pair of yeezy for the price of real one.

Having issue returning sneakers to GOAT. GOAT claiming the brand new sneakers they sent me are worn and will not accept them for a return.

I made an online purchase on December 20th with GOAT to receive NEW size 11 MARQUEE Boost sneakers as an XMAS gift to my son. I paid an extra $25 to receive the sneakers in time for XMAS. When I promptly received the sneakers, I wrapped them and put them under the tree. On XMAS morning, my son tried the sneakers on, only to find that they were too big, so I immediately asked for a RMA shipping label. The issue is that the GOAT folks are citing that the sneakers are worn and therefore can't be returned. My son wore them for 5 minutes maximum and we returned them to the box. In hindsight, I believe that I was not sold "new" sneakers. I believe I paid for new sneakers but received worn sneakers.

Desired Outcome

I believe that I was sold worn shoes, when I requested new shoes. Due to the GOAT return policy, I can not return worn shoes and their sneakers expert believes that in 5 minutes that my son tried these on, that the sneakers are now considered worn. That is impossible. I returned the shoes in the exact condition that I received them. He tried them on in a clean house with hardwood floors. I ordered a size 11, but the shoes were too big. He needed a size 10. GOAT says that I have to resell the shoes less their commission or pay $13 for them to send the shoes back. I was sold used shoes which is false advertising.

Unfortunately, per our return policy "Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by GOAT, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris, and all original packaging included."

The point is not that I returned worn shoes, the point is that I was sold worn shoes that were advertised as new. I received the shoes and I wrapped them in the box and put under Christmas tree. He tried them in for five minutes and then we returned them. So if they were received back into inventory as worn it's because they sold me used shoes.

Again, after an inspection of the sneakers our specialists have found that the sneakers have been worn. Please refer to the photos that have been sent to you in regards to this order.

Unfortunately, you also update us that you wore the shoes.

While we do understand that sneakers can be tried on or worn in brick & mortar establishments, but due to the dirt and wear that has appeared on the sneakers for this order, we are unable to accept your return at this time.

I ordered a pair of used shoes from GOAT. GOAT shipped the shoes to me via fed ex. The package shows delivered, however the package was never received. It was lost or stolen. I opened a case with fed ex who assured me they being the shipping company are NOT responsible Because the SENDER who is GOAT didn't select signature at the time they shipped me the item. So GOAT is fully responsible to cover the loss of the item. GOAT is refusing to help me. They keep sending the same email to me. They will not take responsibility for the lost/stolen item and proceed to tell me it's my fault for not selecting a signature delivery when I've spoken to the highest person at fed ex and they told me I HAD NO OPTION TO SELECT A SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY. ONLY THE SHIPPER (GOAT) CAN REQUEST THAT. I want my money back and GOAT will not help me. I never expected NOT to receive my order. Goat should have insurance on items they send out in case of issues like this. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

I want a refund or them to send me my order.

After file complaint here with Revdex.com somebody reached out to me and said they would give me a Refund in GOAT credit. It has been over 48 hours and I have still not received any credit. My emails are going on answered and no resolution. This company is a total rip off.
