I returned unworn shoes to Goat and they said they were worn and would not refund my money.
I purchased shoes on Goat for Christmas on 12/25/19 after my son tried them on in our house and didn't like how they fit I contacted Goat and requested a return. I was aware that I would have to pay shipping charges. Goat sent a response on 1/4/2020 that said since the shoes were worn that they would not refund my money and I would have to pay $15 to get my shoes back. They were not worn. After researching I realized this is a common theme with this company.

Desired Outcome

I wish for a full refund. I don't want anything to do with a fraudulent company.

I sent them an email back stating that I did not understand what they meant by having a hold on my account. Their emails do not make sense. They are avoiding the issue and not trying to resolve it.

GOAT gave me the wrong shoes
I ordered some bred 4's for my bf before christmas. I received the package on December 20th. When I open the box they are the wrong shoes. I email Goat and tell them about it and they respond a couple hours later and give me instructions. I follow the instructions and they tell me that it will take 2-4 days to resolve my problem. It has been 2 WEEKS. I want the correct shoes or I want a refund. they haven't even sent me anything to tell me that it's going to take a while. very unprofessional after this I am never ordering from them again.

I was blatantly lied to, GOAT has possession of the shoes I returned as they acknowledged in their emails and have kept my money. GOAT's customer service is very unresponsive as they only receive email requests. I alerted them to the fact I hadn't gotten my credit on December 28th, the same day I was supposed to get it. No response. In my experience it's even taken weeks to get a response. Today the second return, order *** was approved and "my refund was issued to my account as credits on future purchases" but there is no credit. This is no accident, GOAT has stolen my money.

Desired Outcome

I want the return credits for my two returned purchases. (Total of *** USD) issued to my account as credit for future purchases. This is what I was promised. In fact I was told that the credit had been added to my account. It clearly hasn't and that needs to change.

I finally received my return credit.

I purchased a pair of shoes in new condition and am not being given a credit nor refund.
I purchased a pair of shoes from GOAT in New Condition on October 29, 2019. I received the shoes in the mail on October 31, 2019. They seemed slightly worn when I received them, but I assumed this was the way the shoe was made. I did not try the shoe on because it was entirely too large. I left the shoes in the box and shipped the shoes for return on November 5, 2019. (This was not within the 3 day window for refund but it was within the 7 day window for GOAT credit.) My order number was *** and I purchased the Yeezy Boost 700 Inertia in New Condition. I received a shipping label with the return amount of $325.99. I received an email with an evaluation of my return stating that the shoes were worn and that the only way that I could get my money back was to sell the shoes on their website. This is an issue because I paid extra money to receive a new pair of shoes and if the shoes were deemed worn upon evaluation when requesting a return, then that means I received a pair of shoes that weren't new. This is an issue because I am being told I wore a pair of shoes that I did not wear and this also means that I received a pair of worn shoes when I originally purchased them new. I feel as though I have been scammed and it takes extremely long to hear back from the company. There is no customer service phone number and this issue is going on two months. I am extremely upset and hope that this issue can be resolved immediately. I saw an address online for a GOAT location and went to what I thought would be a customer service location. It was a warehouse and I had two employees tell me that I needed to report this company because they are literally scamming people by lying saying that shoes are worn so that people won't get money back.

I am seeking a resolution in the form of a refund. I'd like a refund for the shoes that I purchased in new condition and received them used. I'd like an apology from the company for stating the shoes were worn by me even though GOAT sent them to me used. The most important resolution I am seeking is a refund and for the company to stop doing this to so many people.

Ordered an item, Canceled the order, was told wait 3 business days for money back, it's been 12 days and no money has been given back.
I ordered a shoe and decided I didn't want it a couple minutes later so I canceled the order and was told my money would be given back between 2-3 days. The third day comes and I haven't gotten my money back so I open a ticket and they tell me to wait 3-5 days and close the ticket. I reopened the ticket once the 5th day came and they told me they escalated the ticket to someone else and that I should wait 48 hours. 5 days have past and I still don't have my money back. I've tried contacting but I still don't have an answer. Please help me

I would like my money back. PayPal preferred because my gift card is not reloadable so I don't know if the money will go back on.

I have tried numerous times to reach GOAT and dont get a response

I ordered shoes on 12.20.19 in which I never received them.
I ordered a Paris of yeezy on 12/20/2019. Three days later on the 12/23/2019 a tracking number was given. ***. In which the order never reached UPS whenever you try to track the shoes. I put a claim in and was feed the bs and no response at all. On 01/03/2020 the goat app changed my status to delivered. I never received the shoes nor has UPS because it just shows a label has been created.

I would like GOAT to send me my shoes that never made it to UPS.

I would like to know what happened to the shoes. I would have liked a replacement pair instead of a refund but I guess all is well

I ordered shoes from the GOAT app about a week before Christmas.The wrong shoes were shipped, and they will not answer my emails to replace them.
I ordered shoes from the GOAT app about a week before Christmas. My order number is *** for Air Jordan 5 Retro *** Size US 11 M. They were a gift for Christmas and on the 23rd of December I received Nike Air Max 95 ERDL Party sneakers size 11 ***.There is no phone number to contact them, so I wrote them an email describing the mistake on their part. They said they would investigate it and get back to me in 3-4 days. I heard nothing from them and have written them 2 emails since, both have not been responded to.These were a gift for Christmas and were $145. I am very disappointed with this company and would like this matter resolved. I would either like the shoes I ordered, or my money fully refunded. If they choose to send the shoes in a reasonable time frame, I will not pay for any shipping for the new shoes or to send the wrong shoes back. This should be done by them for how horrible of a customer service team they employ.

No communication/payout in regards to my recent sell of a pair of brand new sneakers. Sent numerous emails. No response whatsoever. No payout.
Sold a recent pair of shoes (XXXXXXXXX) through GOAT on 12/23/19, and still have not gotten any email replies or communication as to why my sale order is still "Pending Credit". The app says the shoes were delivered and are still waiting to be "Authenticated". However, it is now 1/5/20 and I have yet to receive my payout or be communicated with, and my shoes STILL have not been authenticated NOR sent to the buyer, and I'm pretty sure they would like their shoes. These shoes costed me a lot of money when they were released, and I even sent the shoes to GOAT on the very same day of the sale in perfect (deadstock) condition. I have sent 2-3 emails and help tickets trying to find out the status of my shoes and my payout. I feel like I've been ignored and disregarded as a seller. The shoes were shipped the same day and on time in perfect original condition in a replacement box as described in my original listing, satisfying all of GOAT's conditions. Not sure about these so called "authenticators" of GOAT, or what their issue is with faster responses and or messing with people's transactions and not paying people out their money. I would like my payout processed as soon as possible and/or the shoes returned to me at GOAT's expense. This in my opinion is poor business practice whether it be for the seller or consumer.

I received a fake pair of AIR MAX 270's. I already own this shoe but just purchased a different color way on GOATAPP. As soon as I received them I knew they were not authentic and I contacted them right away. They responded and asked for numerous pictures of the shoe, barcode and the box it arrived in after that I have not gotten a response from GOAT. I reached out to AfterPay and they advised me the merchant GOAT had until to the 3rd to contact me but I have not received anything, There is hundreds of customers in the same position, just take a look at all their social m media profiles with complaints flooding their comments sections and FB reviews. This is ridiculous and something has to be done.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son on 12/31/19. On 1/5/20, I received an email that the shoes I ordered were not able to be authenticated and that my order was cancelled. I received a separate email on the same day reminding me to choose a method of refund. When I clicked the order link in my email, it showed me in the app that my refund had already been issued. In the app, there is no way to determine WHICH method of refund was used, or how to check an account balance if we were issued a credit for the website (which I would NOT PREFER). I put a request in with their Customer support, which doesn't acknowledge receipt of any communication or correspondence. I would really like my money credited back to my original payment method, as I have stated in my communication with "customer support".

I order a pair of Yeezy Boost V2 Citrin Non-Reflective men size 12. Order number *** on 12/21/19. The process updated til it got to shipping and I'm yet to get a tracking number are anything. This was a Christmas gift for my son so I'm very disappointed. I receive my shoes. They need to inform customers better of their policy and how much you really have to pay. It was my first order so I didn't know if it was a scam or not. I have my shoes and it came new so thank you.

I never received my order from GOAT (it was placed on December 19th). I was told countless of times that someone would reach out to me. They never did
I've been trying to get answers since December 28th. Imagine how frustrating this has been. Then to make matters worse, they LIED on the app and put the order in as "complete" knowing that I haven't received it.

Placed an order on 12/10/2019 and haven't received my purchased item or any confirmation of a resolution.
Placed an order on 12/10/2019, submitted a ticket on 12/20/2019 letting them know I received an update stating the product had been shipped but in checking the tracking only the shipping label was created. *** let me know they would investigate, and I haven't heard anything since then. I have submitted several tickets, new and on the same ticket, and have received no response. I later told them to just cancel and refund me my money, and all they did was fraudulently update my account to show that it was delivered, but UPS tracking doesn't show that, and only the shipping label was created. I have tried time and time again to reach out to this company through tickets because they don't have a phone number, and I have heard nothing from them but canned responses. This is fraudulent activity and it's almost a month, and there is no resolution to my problem. I have no product, no refund, and no response from anyone letting me know that my problem would be resolved. This is by far the worst customer service and business practices I have ever experienced.

This matter has been resolved, and the company has fully refunded my purchase.

PAID $200 for a pair of sneaks for my son for XMAS and they shipped 1 sneak, now I can't get them to respond to either get the other sneak or refund my money! It has been 8 business days. It's sad because when you are dealing with a teen that wanted/needed a pair of sneaks and you get them for xmas, you expect a service like this to rectify it. They advertise with the Brooklyn Nets. I have reached out to their promotional department to let them know what type of company they are allowing to advertise with them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered December 19th and have not received package yet. Contacted them on January 3rd because my tracking number was dormant after December 26th. They responded with an automated message saying they will look into the matter and return my email in up to 48 hours. I decided to wait it out and during that timeframe I called ups and inquired about my package with the tracking number issued... ups indicated that a pre shipment label was created but said package had not arrived at their facility yet. Goat failed to respond in the 48 hr window, so I contacted them, they contacted me back and said "item showing as shipped" well I know that was inaccurate information because my shipping info had not changed and ups never received the item. Someone need to shut them down or a class action lawsuit need to come from this because there's too many people with similar issues regarding there package not being shipped, or receiving old shoes or wrong sizing. The customer service or lack thereof is terrible.

Ordered a pair of shoes and they never came in. My order was delayed and now I can't even get my money back. Don't use.

This business needs to be shut down!!!! Worst customer service and return policy. No 800 number or online chat available. My daughter ordered a pair of shoes from this website. When the shoes arrived she tried them on and after taking two steps in them inside our house - she realized her heel slipped. So we decided to initiate the return process. We sent the shoes back. Their customer service representatives decided that the shoes were returned in "used" Condition and that we could not get a refund. I asked to have someone else review the shoes because they were NOT worn and were returned in the original condition I received them in. Several days later somebody told me they would escalate my case. During the time my case was being "escalated" they went ahead and put my shoes on consignment and sold them. And now I'm getting a credit back to my account for half the price I originally paid for the shoes. Beyond frustrated! This business needs to be shut down!
