I sold a pair of shoes over a month on goat and it was marked delivered. GOAT even told me it was delivered but I still have not been paid.
I sold a pair of shoes on 12/10/19, order #XXXXXXXXX, for a payout of *** I shipped out the shoes the same day and it was marked delivered on 12/16/19. After a few days I noticed I still did not receive a payment. I reached out to goat and they said, "Upon review, it looks like it was delivered on Monday. We do apologize for the delay for our warehouse has been experiencing a high amount of orders due to the holidays." - This was on 12/19/19. On 12/31/19 they emailed me asking me for proof of drop off, proof that I had the shoes in the first place, and my state ID. They also told my my package was missing and they cancelled the the order due to the "lack of tracking scans" which does not make sense because it shows that it the package was in transit and delivered. They themselves even said it was delivered. I provided as much information as possible. I had these shoes at a sister company of theirs on file to show proof I owned the shoes and the tracking itself is enough proof that I dropped off the package to UPS. I also checked their drop off guidelines and I did everything correctly. It has been over a month since I have sold the shoes and nothing has been resolved. They keep pushing me back and I have been very patient. Below is the tracking number for the order.

Desired Outcome

The resolution I am seeking is my pay out of *** I have been patient but it has been over a month. I followed all the drop off guidelines in the GOAT faq. They even told me the package has been delivered. I use the GOAT platform to avoid issues like this. Please take this matter seriously.

Yes I have been working with a member of your support team and I have already sent over the information that was requested multiple times already. It has been well over a month of emailing back and forth and nothing has been resolved. I have been patient, respectful and compliant. Please all I want is my pay out. I did everything I was told and I just keep getting pushed back. I even double checked that I did everything right by the GOAT FAQ. Please help me resolve this case.

they have finally paid me out

I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. Same story as everyone else. Ordered shoes for Xmas, didn't like/didn't fit. Assumed I had a few days to return them like any normal/credible company and was then told it had been 5 days and they only allow 3-day returns. Asked numerous times to speak to a Manager and then they just stopped responding to me. Based on feedback below, doesn't seem like it would have mattered had I contacted them within the 3 days.

If this is a Revdex.com site, why is the Revdex.com not doing anything to investigate this company based on all the scam reports.

I was sent a counterfeit item and I would like to be issued a refund. I have not received any contact back from the company regarding the issue.
I placed an order for a pair of Yeezy Azael on 12//24/19. They were delivered on 1/03/20. The main detail that I was looking forward to about the shoe is that they glow in the dark. As soon as I tested them out, I noticed that they do not at all. I was sold a fake pair of shoes. I don't understand if they are being sent out to be authenticated, why wouldn't the glow feature be a test listed as a checkmark to guarantee authentication?I sent a return request via email and I have not heard back from the company. They do not have a customer service number listed. Their return policy states that I would only receive store credit but under these circumstances I do not trust them and I would like my money back.

I would like to be issued a refund and not store credit. I am waiting and willing to ship the shoes back but I am waiting for their response and approval to ship them back. Also from reading other comments, I am scared to ship them back and the company stops responding to me and doesn't issue my refund.

The company responded to me letting me know that they would give UPS a deadline of less than a week to find my package or it would be declared lost. After only a couple days, they informed me that my package was indeed lost and that a full refund would be given back to me. After checking my bank records, I have received the refund and I'm satisfied with the resolution, although I will never shop with them again. Perhaps if I had better service in the beginning I would have reconsidered, but the lack of professionalism before Revdex.com stepped in wasn't up to my expectations of a fully functional company.

Placed a order 2 weeks ago with the instant ship option. Shoes were damaged. Still haven't been refunded and still waiting for the shoes.
Placed the order on GOAT on 12/30. They Guarantee instant ship to be fast. After time, they said the shoes were damaged and they were gonna refund the money. Ordered shoes thru GOAT website. Received the shoes (but in different color). I ordered black Yeichel Yeezy. Received Green Yeezreel.
Purchased shoes thru GOAT website. I specifically ordered Yeichel Yeezy. Instead I received Yeezreel Green. So much for "authenticity" check. They responded to my email saying they would escalate the ticket. That was on January 5, 2020. GOAT support also said it would get back to me in 48 hours. Its now 96 hours since I have last heard from their support team about refund and or exchange for the right shoe.

I made a sale on Goat and after they received my shoes they said they falsely stated they were replicas. I haven't received my shoes yet or a payout.
I sent a pair of Off White MCA in a MONTH ago on 12/11/19 and they said they were replicas in an attempt to keep my shoes. I They sent me an email the same day with the price of a return for $9.62 and NO links to pay it and no way for me to pay it on PayPal. I've sent multiple emails because that's the only way to get help from Goat. TRASH. It took them 3 weeks to send a return invoice and after I paid it on 1/2/20 they STILL didn't send any tracking its now 1/10/20.

An illegal purchase was made on my account on December XX XXXX. It was a purchase for a pair of Jordan 1 Chicagos size 9.5. Purchase price was $*** including shipping.

I did not make this purchase.

I reached out to GOAT as soon as I saw the order.

They responded within the day with an automated response asking me to change my account name, email address and password. They also said the purchase would be refunded. They would also put a hold on my account until I updated my account information.

I changed everything they requested.

I have sent several emails asking for specific details on the matter. My account was hacked and I cannot get them to substantiate the matter nor can I get them to respond period.

My account is still blocked and I am unable to purchase or bid on shoes.

It is now January 10 and they haven't responded.

I'm extremely frustrated with their lack of attentiveness and follow up. I'm afraid my credit card was exposed as well as my address, name, etc.

This matter is larger than just poor customer service but rather an issue with account hacking.

I need to speak to someone ASAP.

Paid for product and gotten no response regarding its whereabouts
I ordered a pair of sneakers on 12/23; order number XXXXXXXXX. I submitted a ticket when I noticed they were labeled "Shipment Delay" on the app 01/05. I received a prompt response saying that my ticket (XXXXXXX) has been escalated and looked into further. I was told I would receive a response in 48 hours in an email thread created by *** (GOAT). No response after the 48 hours, so I made another ticket on 01/XX (XXXXXXX) referencing the original ticket because I replied to the email thread and received no response. Neither ticket number shows up in the app as an open request. I would like some correspondence. I understand the holidays can get hectic, but there's no excuse for not providing updates for a product that was paid for.(My account shows the transaction date of 12/24.) I would like transparency. If the product isn't on hand, I would like a refund. If it is, I would like the product shipped as soon as possible.

I was given a full refund.

I ordered some shoes from goat on 12/16 and still have not received them. On the app it's labeled as delivered yet I have not received anything.
I purchased shoes from goat on 12/16/19 they were some *** 4 cool grey. I still have not yet received them after almost a month yet when I check the goat app it says they have been delivered. I sent an email to goat on 01/02 and they(***) replied that they sill get back to me in 48 hours. Days later 01/06 I have gotten no reply so I decided to put in another email just to receive the same answer. I don't understand what is going on since when I check the tracking number that was provide it just states the shipping label was created on 12/20 but there has not been any addition updates. At this point I no longer care about the shoes I just want a refund of my money as this whole process is very frustrating and not even being able to actually get a hold of a representative without getting the run around.

Shortly after putting in this case I was reached out to by goat that something had gone wrong with *** and they gave them a deadline to deliver my package. Turns out it was lost so they just ended up giving me a refund.

I ordered a pair of shoes for over *** on the Goat website. It's been over 2 weeks and haven't even gotten to Goat yet and I have no updates.
I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/26 for ***. A few days later my shoes were on their way to Goat for authentication. That's where the progress stopped. The status of the sneakers said there was a problem with the courier and the shipment has been delayed. I had to send an email to the company to ask what happened and I did receive an email in return rather quickly saying they were looking into the issue and would update me "within 48 business hours at the latest". I've emailed them twice following the 48 hour deadline they gave me asking for a status update and received one generic email saying I would slow down responses if I emailed them. That doesn't even make sense . How does emailing them slow down their research of a lost package?
I have. 3 issues with this transaction.
1) Where are my sneakers?
2) (The bigger issue- there has been no communication with you guys within the time YOU have set for a return email of progress. I feel as if I'm being brushed off and ignored. It'd be nice to have updates of what is going on with the delay and the product I spent money on. Even an email saying "we're still working on the issue and we apologize for the inconvenience" would be welcome instead of making me feel like I'm a pest.
3) The money was taken out of my account the day I made the purchase. Again, it's been after the 10 day delivery window And the product is not only not delivered but it hasn't even been delivered to you guys for authentication and is nowhere to be found. We don't know where it is and the company has said barely two words to me.
I'd would like some progress report on this. Where is my product or where is my money? Because right now I have neither.

The original seller shipped the sneakers out 2 days after I purchased. Over two weeks later I got the same generic response as the one above. How could they notify me that the seller didn't ship 2 weeks later even though it was recorded in the system as shipped to GOAT? Then I received an email saying they found another seller and that I will get a new pair from that seller and they will be shipping soon. I look at the status of the old pair and it says it has arrived at GOAT!! Wow that was fast shipping by the new seller (that apparently hasn't even shipped yet). This seems very odd to me. All of this while getting no return emails until after I posted a complaint on Revdex.com. I received the sneakers more than 3 weeks after I Ordered ordered them And although I love the sneakers, the customer service and transaction felt slimy and was unacceptable. GOAT has not reached out to me with any response.

The response isn't even accurate nor does it relate To my original complaint or response. It's a generic email that doesn't explain anything at all. My shoes were delivered weeks ago so this email further shows that their customer service does not put a priority on the consumers needs. The response is the same same email they gave me months ago, weeks after my shows were lost.

I requested a refund for fake shoes I received, opened and was told it would be taken care of in 2-3 business days. No response almost a month now.
On Friday the 20th of December 2019 I received a pair of shoes ordered on the 5th of December. After close inspection of the shoes I quickly realized that they were fake. I requested a refund the next day and was told to give them 2-3 days to review the information. I was then asked for pictures of the shoe with the tags and UPC. The next day on the 23rd of December I responded with the requested pictures. I have not heard back from the company since then. Today is January the 11th 2020.

I purchased shoes in the condition "Brand New". Upon arrival, shoes were stained, creased, dirty and not new. Goat tried to say it is manufacturer.
Hello. I purchased the " YEEZY BOOST 700 'INERTIA' - SIZE US 10.5 M" from you guys in the condition 'Brand New'. (Order Number : XXXXXXXXX ) .

I received the item a few days later. The shoes were stained, showed signs of wear and clear use, use which would not be classified as 'Brand New'. The shoes should not be in condition to pass as 'Brand New' , but rather B Grade shoes.

I contacted you guys ( Ticket XXXXXXX ) on 12/2/2019 regarding the issue and the dissatisfaction. These were upcoming Christmas gifts for my brother, and I needed the shoes to 1 - Arrive before Christmas and 2 - Be Brand New. The item I received was not brand new, and wished to get my money back in order to purchase a new pair.

Fast forward, and your customer support team would not issue me a full refund. I was going to only be able to get my money back via GOAT credit and would lose the shipping cost. This was not what I was looking for, as I bought an item in BRAND NEW condition, so why should I have to pay because the item was not up to par with a standard brand new item.

I have been waiting for contact, as the customer support agent, '***' would not answer simple questions, rather circumvent them with answers which were not answering my question. I requested to speak with another representative, and I was told on 12/10/2019 my ticket was escalated, and would take 48 hours.

Fast forward, after multiple emails and correspondences, no reply.

Horrendous customer service, misleading condition, shipping out items with clear and obvious flaws.

Desired Outcome

I would like one of three outcomes, along with the company, GOAT to contact me via EMAIL - *** 1- I would like the ability to get my FULL refund to my original form of payment, and with no subtractions for shipping and no goat credit. 2- The ability to re list the item on your website for sale in the SAME condition I received the item in as a 'Brand New' item with no flaws. 3 - To get my pair exchanged for a pair which is in actual ' Brand New' condition. I would most like option 1 or option 3, but will be satisfied with option 3. If you want consumers like I to keep trusting your company and keep doing business and buying / selling on your platform, you need to build trust. This is how you lose all trust for me and everyone else in your community. Please do the right thing and help me.

After further review of your photos and concerns, defects that you are pointing out can be attributed to natural inconsistencies in the manufacturing process. These sneakers were produced in large quantities, so manufacturing defects (i.e. excess glue, stitching, construction, paint, etc.) do commonly appear in most pairs.

We are only able to offer a standard return at this time, we are sorry this was not the outcome you were hoping for but it is all we are able to offer.

The GOAT website had a glitch and placed an order 6 times for the same shoe at $300.00 each. I Tried to cancel same day and they wouldn't allow it.
On Saturday 12/14, I went on GOAT and tried to order a shoe from their website. After going through the order process at the end there was an error message stating there was an error with the purchase. So I tried again a few time and kept getting an error message. Several hours later I checked my email to see that 6 orders were placed. I tried to Contact Goat Immediately to let them know of the error but it was Saturday and no one is available to speak with. I sent an email and got a reply on Monday. I also tried to contact the Loan company Affirm as they are who paid for my order, but I had to email them as well As it was late Saturday. On Monday I contacted goat multiple times and they told me is there's nothing they can do about me getting a refund. they told me, if I Return to Sender I will only get store credit which will not pay back the Affirm loans so the only option they give me is I can try to resell the item on their platform. The problem is each shoe was purchased for about $310 plus shipping of $10 plus tax of $22 however if I sell them today. Goat only offers $275 for each pair and they will collect a 9% fee for the transaction. This means that even if I sell them all for $275 I will only get about $240 back to pay the affirm loan which means I will approximately owe about $100 for each pair of shoes. This means about a total of $600 for six orders that were not my fault. to say that I'm extremely upset is an understatement. I requested for Affirm not to honor the loans and I requested for Goat to cancel or allow me to return the items for refund at this point I am positive I will be entering a negative review with the Revdex.com if I could not get this resolved I understand I might not get everything back but I need to get most of it back because this was not my fault. Affirm needs to see if Goat will allow me to sell the six shoes without getting charged a fee, or just allow me to return them so I can pay back these affirm loan I do not want these shoes. I told them that as soon as I found out these orders were placed which was the same day to both Goat and Affirm. this is fraud and I will pursue it as such. I submitted a dispute with affirm the 1st business on 12/16. They removed my ability to make any payment on the loan while the order was in dispute. I called Affirm 10 times trying to get this resolved. I received all of the orders and they finally completed my Dispute on Saturday 1/11, almost a full month later and stated I was fully responsible for the Loan and the payment is now due as normal on for all 6 loans on 1/16. This is not right and I truly negatively effected by this issue which I tried to cancel right away.

Desired Outcome

at this point, I have wasted hours stressing over this situation between Goat and Affirm. I am Forced to sell these $350 shoes for $240 each to send to Affirm to cover most of the Cost of these orders, then I will Still have to Pay affirm about $100 more dollars for each shoe, totaling about $600.00. I am not going to sell them on Goat's website because Goat Will make a Profit AGAIN if i allow them to sell these shoes a 2nd time. I want $600.00 sent to Affirm from GOAT to cover the difference. I don't need a dime from them, I just want to pay off these loans that should have never started.

Unethical sales practices where they do not prominently display the exorbitant additional duties to be paid, on top of shipping fees!
We live in Toronto (a major city in Canada!) and have order many products from the US. We've shopped from Amazon, Target, teen clothing sites, swimwear companies and so on and have NEVER been subjected to duties beyond $30-$40 for our most expensive purchases.

Had I know that a pair of $245 sneakers would cost $138 on duties ON TOP OF THE $30 that GOAT charged us at the time of purchase, I would never buy these shoes for my son.

They should prominently display the estimated duties on each paid or shoes right in the shopping cart, not provide some lame, generic shipping link to a different section of the site without any reference to the exorbitant cost.

No phone number to resolve the issue. Email complaints do not resolve anything, just stating generic shipping policies. For returns, the consumer is subjected to MORE fees and a CREDIT TO THEIR WEBSITE? Why would I want a credit to a website that charges 60% shipping and duties, how would that rectify the problem?

Terrible experience and consumer protection agencies should get involved to ensure that adequate and reasonable e-commerce purchasing practices are adhered to in order to inform buyers prior to purchase!

Desired Outcome

I expect a full refund (including shipping costs)!

The amount was never mentioned at checkout, only a generic message that you included in your response:

Had you written, "please be advised that international orders are subject to 50% - 60% additional fees in duties" I guarantee you we would not be in this dispute, but you chose to purposely be vague and wash your hands completely of all responsibility. It doesn't matter if the country imposes the fee or not, it is your duty to tell customers that they could be paying more than half the value of the shoes in duties.
We have never paid these duties when purchasing from Amazon, Target, Wayfair or other Tier 1 shopping sites. Because you are different from other large ecommerce websites, you have the option to either mention this fully or choose to be vague and let the customer have a terrible experience. We see how you choose to operate. You have hundreds of negative, scathing reviews describing this precise issue. Your response to me shows complete lack of awareness of what it takes to satisfy customers since this issue continues to persist in spite of so many complaints from previous customers.

Repeating your answer doesn't make it acceptable. As mentioned, it is your duty to consumers to let them know that the % of duties relative to the price CAN and in the case of CANADA will be MORE THAN 50% of the final price. This would make consumers think twice whether they should purchase the product from your site or not, which is exactly why you should explain more fully when consumers are checking out. It is your duty to warn instead of generalizing that there could be additional charges. You can keep saying thank you for my response and do nothing and I will keep letting you know that this is wrong. Just check all your negative reviews, I'm not alone. Next time I will check online reviews before shopping from sites similar to yours.

I wish to return shoes for a credit but goat is not responding to my inquiry
order number XXXXXXXXX. I purchased shoes in dec 2019. I received them about dec 22 and they were a chritmas gift. on dec 25 we opened the gift to find out the shoes were too small. I contacted goat by email to exchange them but their policy is that an emai request must be made within 3 days and there is no exchange, only a credit. I am happy to receive a credit. the problem is that goat is not responding to my many emails. its is now 3 weeks with no resolution. the email I do receive from goat is simply an automatic response email saying they will get back to me and never have.

as stated above, i want a credit so i can purchaseanother pair of shoes
