I purchased a subscription from Grammarly on 5/4/for $Per their billing policy consumers may cancel for any reason within the first days and receive a full refundI sent an email to *** on 5/10/at 9:27am to cancelThey responded to me on 5/12/to confirm receipt of my request but did not directly reply to my original email, which would have shown time/date stampsThey noted I sent the request on 5/I emailed them on 5/13/at 10:12am about the status of my refundThey responded by saying I submitted the request after daysAs an exception they offered to refund $minus a 1-month subscriptionI replied and attached the original email I sent on 5/10/and demanded a full refund or I will dispute w/*** & ***They did refund the total amount as a good gesture, however the full refund was due to me because my request for refund was sent timelyI will never do business with them again, not trustworthy
