Here's an excerpt from our ToS and billing policy agreement: "This Agreement shall continue until you cancel your subscription or until terminated by Grammarly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. All Fees paid or accrued in connection with any Service are non-refundable. Except as may be expressly set forth herein, Grammarly will not prorate any Fees paid for a subscription that is terminated before the end of its term."

The buyer has agreed with our Billing Policy that includes the following:
