Graphiq Inc. Reviews (195)

We do understand that it can be startling at first to find your
information online, but the data is made publicly available. Government records are public in order to enable
citizens to monitor their government and to ensure accountability in a
democratic society. Virtually every major change in life is recorded
somewhere in a government document. Shortly after you are born, a birth
certificate is issued.  If you obtain a driver's license, get married, buy
a house, file a lawsuit--all of these events are recorded in public documents
easily available to you and to others. Public records are just
that--public. There are few, if any, restrictions on the release of this
information. Public records may also be used by private investigators,
attorneys, law enforcement officials and other government agencies. In fact, as
more public records are posted online, anyone with a computer and Internet
access can easily compile detailed profiles on individuals.
Birth records can be an invaluable resource for
genealogists looking to research their ancestors. State and federal
institutions have documented births for hundreds of years. Digital copies and
indexes of more recent records are common, but their availability often depends
on a state's public records law. New records and collections are constantly
being adding to provide the most extensive and useful information on birth
records. At FindTheBest our goal is to collect, connect, and structure the worlds data to help people research with confidence. Since the data in question comes from public sources, we do not permit deletions as this would prevent our services from being as valuable. While the information is public we do make some exceptions for removing information.
We
do not believe that Anjali's information meets any of the qualifications that
we would consider grounds for removal. In no previous correspondence has Anjali
provided any identification or evidence that he is in law enforcement, a
protected public official, or a victim of domestic violence or stalking which
we would consider acceptable reasons for removing the listing. Thank you for your understanding and please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Hi [redacted],
Thank you for contacting us. We have manually deleted your listing from our site, but we want to make sure you understand that this may only be a...

temporary solution. As the data in this topic is sourced from a 3rd party site, this will not effectively remove you from their database. As a result, your listing could be re-inserted into our system next time we update.
Therefore, we strongly encourage you to pursue permanent omission by confirming removal with the source database. We do understand that it can be startling at first to find your information online, but the data is made publicly available through CA.gov, ucpay.globl.org and the State Controller's Office (http://assembly.ca.gov/salaries) (http://ucpay.globl.org/). The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) laws make this information public domain and allow us to post it on our website.
It will take some for the name to disappear from Google search results as their algorithm updates. Unfortunately we do not have control over that aspect. If you need the information to disappear sooner from the search results, please contact Google (http://www.google.com/policies/faq/). Thank you for your understanding and let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
The FindTheBest Team

Dear Ms. [redacted],
Thanks for contacting us. If you believe data from a public source is incorrect or out of date please contact the original source to request a change. The advisors category is built using...

publicly available data sourced from FINRA, the SEC, and state databases. We use the term "financial advisor" generically to reference registered Broker-Dealer Agents, Investment Advisor Representatives, and professionals registered as both. On each page, there is an overview description that indicates registered titles and explains what those registrations means. In order to be removed from this list you must remove your information for the source database, and once this can be proven, you will automatically be removed from our list. If there is outdated information such as current employment or work history that you wish to edit, please send us the current information and we will accommodate as soon as possible. You are also welcome to create a free account and update your page yourself. If you have additional questions please feel free to email our team directly at [email protected]
Sincerely,
The FindTheBest Team
*The employer information pertains strictly to the firm of which the individual is employed. Because many of these firms provide a variety of products or services, the individual may or may not be registered to operate under all services provided by the firm.
**Please note that the IAR is required to provide past employment information only while registered with an investment advisor firm and the information is not updated through Form U4 after the IAR ceases to be registered. Therefore, an employment end date of "Present" may not reflect the broker's current employment status.

**The Texas Public Information Act is a state law that generally requires governmental agencies to release or make available for viewing official records upon written request, with some exceptions. The Texas Attorney General has jurisdiction over how agencies ultimately administer the act, codified in Section 552 of the Government Code, issuing opinions about the types of documents that must remain public and those that are confidential. The agency also settles complaints about whether governmental bodies comply with cost provisions associated with the act.

It is impossible to remove a voter record that is private from my state. Their website claims that all you need to do is create an account to control your record. This process simply times out and does not complete. You cannot call or email customer service for assistance. The worst on the web by far.

Dear [redacted],
Thanks for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that you had trouble...

with our contact form and will be looking into that issue to make sure it does not happen in the future. Our financial advisors comparison section is built using publicly available data. Our primary data sources are public filings obtained from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Supplementary information may be provided by listed advisors or their representatives..We use the term "financial advisor" generically to reference registered Broker-Dealer Agents, Investment Advisor Representatives, and professionals registered as both. On each page, there is an overview description that indicates registered titles and explains what those registrations means. On the listing for [redacted] we show both registered titles of Investment Advisory Rep and Broker-Dealer Agent as is posted on FINRA.  In order to be removed from this list you must remove your information for the source database, and once this can be proven, you will automatically be removed from our list. Here is the contact page for FINRA (http://www.finra.org/Investors/Contacts/index.htm). If there is outdated information such as current employment or work history that you wish to edit, please send us the current information and we will accommodate as soon as possible. We have recently made some updates to the information but please let us know if there is anything else we can change.
