I am rejecting this response because:
I was aware that Dun and Bradstreet had also created a listing for my previous business (they also did it without my knowledge and permission). I already filed a complaint against Dun and Bradstreet and they stated to me through the Revdex.com that they DID remove it from their database.

I am rejecting this response because for THE REASON that I have spoken to the SEC FOIA office and they understood that I should be able to OPT-OUT. 
 
They instructed me to file a complaint about Find The Best.com about not doing the OPT-OUT as I have repeatedly requested.  The web listing is misleading and incorrect as I do NOT have any clients and I do not give Investment Advice.  My job involves compliance & enforcement and I should NOT be listed.  I again ask that I be OPT-OUT from the listing on the Find the Best.com financial advisors.  My many email requests that began on March 4, 2014 and Revdex.com Complaint to get the OPT-OUT have been ignored. 
 
The SEC said they will investigate this as a Privacy Complaint and review for any violations by Find The Best.com.  I will be sending my complaint to the SEC today and expect a prompt review by the SEC.  THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED.
