Hello ** ***, I am truly sorry for the poor experience you recently had with our company. I will be looking deeper into your account but my currwnt resposne is as follows:1- all estimates are based on information provided by the client and final bill is calculated based on actual
amount of services rendered2- packing materials and supplies are not included and in many cases necessary to complete the job3- if you need to file a claim please visit www.***.com and you can do so.4-Regarding the street parking, it is client responsibility to provide and or reserve space for the truck for the delivery if the building does not provide a loadi ga dn delivery dock, the most comon scenario in NYC is parking where truck can fir and if that results in ticket client pays it. 5- If a sofa is too large in some cases there is no point to try bring it up, but I am glad the guys did all well, regarding dumping all of your items in your place as far as I know you are moving in to a bedroom apartmentAnd or studio correctCompensation was exactly for the tape and other supplies you indicated, I will be back in the states next Thursday and can schedule a call to discus in length all the problems that occurred and may be provide a better compensationHowever you bill did not end up $over your estimate I am willing to offer at this time $275.0”compensationI hope you find this satisfactoryI will review the entire contract and provide all statements and papers when I can

Just wanted to thank you Great Nation Moving for my office relocation. The guys were terrific – efficient, courteous, prompt and stayed on budget. A number of our employees commented to me about how friendly and pleasant they were as well as how willing and accommodating they were to re-arrange items they had just positioned for us. then what our truck needs to travel for the delivery this requires at least 1 week of storing your goods so you can travel and arrange for your apartment to be ready.You were ready for your delivery when we called because we did not call for delivery from July 1-10 We only called you after you had your apartment.There is no reason for this request and refund. We stored your goods for 1 Week at our climate controlled warehouse before dispatching them to CA. If there was no storage our truck would have arrived between July 3-6Th in CA and there was gona be bigger problem because a redelivery and storage fees in CA would be way more expensive, we do npt have  a storage facility in CAIn order to resolve this matter and bring it to your complete satisfactionif you commit to repost your review with actual Ratings for our company(which I believe should be nothing less then 5 stars due to outstanding job we did) I am willing to Offer back the storage cost back to you  for the amount of $225.00I would like to resolve an bring this claim to your complete satisfaction upon you agreeing to the terms of the review. The truth must be told, After reading some comments about this company by some people that have used this service before, I was skeptical of using the service(Few bad reviews and many good ones), what I did what to give them a chance by calling the customer service representative and we agreed on the terms. I was surprised by their great service; these guys went beyond my expectations. My furniture was delivered on time and I was contented with their service. I have being making use of different Moving companies before but their service has not being good as this. Everything was perfect, nothing damaged, and all their staff was professional. I would always be more than happy to be a reference for your company. Thank you.

While we did obligate and honor the agreement about dates and fees you do realize that any and all packing materials and or supplies needed to protect your furniture and belongings as well as boxes will be at an additional cost, we understand our prices are different from Home depot or any other large vendor, but you have decided to purchase this supplies for your own benefit, and the benefit of your property.

You have booked our services in request of the relocation for [redacted] whit a pick up date of September 13th and estimated delivery spread of September 17-18we have picked and deliver the goods in...

the time frame promised, The estimated weight for the was 2,800 lbs which is lesser then our minimum handling fee cost of 3000 lbs per job for the. So all of our jobs that are for the month of September are base don 3000 lbs or less cost, so if a client moves less then 3000 lbs the cost is always the same because we have a minimum handling fee. Final paid price for the move of [redacted] is 4463.19 and the original estimate was for $2,403.19 the difference is few boxes the movers needed to use. Also we have done incredible job with service and honoring dates and times.Rding the weight certificates for [redacted] shipment if I was made aware of I was gone provide them to you in the instant, please have in mind because we only charge you the minimum handling  fee we have even if the weight is less the price will still be the same. I apologies the weight slips were not provided to you on time and I promised I will email them to you as soon as possible, since the job was done few months ago it will take me a little time to provide them to you.I am afraid I have to deny any compensation at this time due to the fact we are only charging you the minimum amount we have for jobs for the month of September. In good faith  with Revdex.com rules and regulations I would you a compensation of $75.00 and a promise the weight certificates will be emailed to you as soon as possible under my supervision. Dear Mr [redacted], Mrs [redacted] and Revdex.com representative,This is [redacted],I am the majority shareholder of Great Nation Moving, I would like to first of all  apologies for all the misunderstanding regarding dates and all the rest of the issues. I am truly sorry we were unable  to deliver a great service on a great price. We do always try to deliver better service on a reasonable Price.I have review all the paperwork and communication via mail from, Greg, Rose and Mimi, and I do apologies for that the case has not being closed and or resolved by now.Regarding the estimated cost for the move from Charllottesville VA to Denver CO, we have provided 2 different estimate based on the request of the client. Here is where the major miscommunication is happening.  Estimate Number one was for the estimated weight of 5305 lbs and for client self pack move where client is packing all the boxes and breakables and estimated cost was for $$4510,07,,,, with a doiscoutn provided by Greg for the amount of $902, Total Price is $3,608.07. Also on the original estimate there is a clear statement that estimate for a fullback will be $4,577.00(and the client is assuming they will take an additional $900 off with is the major mistake in the entire process, the price is already with the added discount and it was not $900 but $1145)Estimate Number two was including all packing boxes labor and breakables, and the price per pound is higher because of all the labor and supplies . The estimate was for the same weight of 5305 lbs and the total cost was $5722.42, Greg Smith has provided a one time booking discount for the amount of $1145 and we come to the actual contract amount of $4,577.42, this is the number under which our client has sign the agreement and all paperworks,if the client was left with the impression that we will take an additional $900 Off they should have raise that issue much earlier in the negotiation for the job,before pick up or any time,just to call and ask why the numbers are like that and not how they have expected, Mr and Mrs [redacted] have only approached us regarding this $900 few weeks after the job was completed and only when they needed to file a claim. We have provided them with two prices:Self pack for 5305 lbs - $3,608.07Full Pack for 5305  lbs - $4,577.42The actual weight came up to be 5,960 lbs, weight certificates were provided to client,  that is with 655 lbs additional weight.That is all about the bill, there is no mistake or misunderstanding, Why the client is taking an additional $900 Off from their Full Pack Price is a Mystery. I would like to make one more final attempt in resolving this matter, I would like to give them the opportunity not sign the release claim settlement and still be entitled to the compensation which I am willing to increase to the significant amount of $750 (on a move with total  cost of $5,278 that represents 14% from the entire moving cost, our profit margins are at 5-10% which will leave us at a loss on this move),Also I will be ok with the client just rewriting the reviews on [redacted] and [redacted] but I would like to know in advance of how happy and satisfied they will be with my company and what star ratings they will give us and how the review will look like, I am Ok with my clients leaving us a fair review when they say the good and the bad with the company,that helps us clear all the flaws in our services and helps us become better, but I do not agree with statements that are not true and defame our organization,we are a small business that is trying to deliver outstanding quality of service every time and to all of our clients. I just wanted to let you know that this was by far our best move ever. The truck arrived on time, and the crew was friendly and professional.
