I find it completely absurd that they are trying to paint the tenants irresponsibility with paying his rent and their complete lack of enforcement as a good thing for me by trying to say it was lucky bonus income for meI would have gladly had a tenant who paid on time and didn't leave his pet alone to hours a day to use my carpet as his bathroom than the $that trickled in over the course of the lease. One month the tenant was so late in his payment that I almost didn't get my disbursement that month and would have had to cover the mortgage on my ownI have a feeling of the rental company was financially responsible for seeing to the repairs rather than myself, and if I had stayed with their company to re-rent to another tenant that they would see these fees differentlyThe downstairs carpet should have been replaced due to the damage done to the padding that can't even been seen after it was soaked in urine, however, I was unable to do that because I knew I would not be getting enough money to cover that expense even if I did get the full $of the depositThe rental company assured me that if any damage beyond that was done they would charge the tenant extra, somehow I knew they wouldn't follow through on that promise eitherIf that was the case then the experienced expert who walked the property and no doubt experience the smell would have seen the state of the carpet, seen in needed replacing due to the excessive urine damage and calculated the square footage of the downstairs area, along with the price to replace that amount of carpet and padding, and that amount would have been charged to the tenant?

Horrible waste of money and time very negative experienceI found houses I adored and contacted the company immediately by website and by phoneMy response back was a text message to go onto the website and fill out a rental application & fee $and come by the officeI called but no answer just the same message multiple timesSo I drove to the office and was advised the exact same thing which they could of told me over the phone so min drive was a waste of timeWas advised my houses I was interested in were still available but they wouldn't schedule a viewing until I filled out an applicationAlso that I had to stay with the same realtor that I couldn't change associates even though there were different people assigned to different listingsI really didn't want to do that because there weren't many or any pictures of the properties to view but I drove by the area and liked it so I filled out an application for myself and my spouse so $Then days later I was told I was approved but the houses were not available any longerSo I was a little upset but they said they have tons of listings all over so was told to come into the office again to discuss listingsSo I went by the office and was given a listingswas one that I liked and all the rest were either outside of the area requested or out of my price rangeAnd he knew exactly what I wanted because he wrote it down on the paperwork in front of me before looking through listingsI requested pictures of the house that I like since there were none and he then stated it was not available any longerSide note it's been over weeks since he stated these houses were not available but they are still listed available on their website as well as other sites like ***, ***, and ***I figured he would keep a look out if something popped up but no never received any communication over weeks from him trying to help me find a houseI found more in the same area that I like and asked if they were available and days go by and then received a text stating you are probably not approved for those housesI stated that they were in the same price range and area as the others I requested viewings and he stated that my credit score may not be good enough but he doesn't know since he is not in the office to look at my fileHe stated come by the office and I will get you a listing also to reserve any house now its $Let me remind you I have yet to see any housesAdvised him that I cannot keep taking off work to come by his office but if he could email me a listing I'd appreciate itNo email received no text or call back nothingVery bad customer serviceOnly thing good is that they were fast with the background check if they even did one

I moved into an apartment here on *** *** *** and haven't had AC in the Unit since I moved inI have called the property manager multiple times and she has promised me that someone will fix the ACNo one has showed up to fix it nor have contacted me It has reached degrees in my unit I've sent certified letter and letters in the mailI need help I can't afford an Attorney , I just want them to fix my unit I' not sure if should pay my upcoming rent or notWe will be in triple digit temperatures in the next day or so I've had to go out and purchase a window unit but I don't feel safe with that in my window

mold and mildew growing through out apartment smell through out house is very strong roaches and gnats through out house as well has not been fixed in two years have been emailing and contacting property over and over againwe have copies and pictures of everything

I told my rental company my family and I were having issues with our neighbors when the situation was small and escalated into a bigger situationWhen the situation started to get bad we called the police and the rental company told us to provide all police documentation so they could either evict our neighbors or do an emergency transfer for usThey had mentioned it was going to be hard so we had to get all the police documentation and send it to themWe did, but in the midst of the process our neighbors pulled out a gun on us and were then arrested for trying to fight a police officerWhen I told the Great Richmond RentalsThey basically told us because the neighbors payment history was better than ours, they could not help usThey also told us because of our credit score only qualified for the area we were in

is designed to be fueled by oil when temperatures reach a certain temperatureOur company was unaware of this functionWe offered *** *** $and the option to move out at her leisureDuring the same period the owner was gracious to change the HVAC system to only use electric as the fuel source, an investment worth approximately a few thousand dollarsIn addition, we have communicated on a regular basis with *** *** advising her of the improvements being made to her home
The owner have been incredibly accommodating and *** *** extremely fortunate to serve clients such as theseWhile the tenant has had a choppy first month, hopefully the tenant will enjoy the remainder of her lease

I feel like this is not my fault, this was there problem, my nebynebulizer machine was destroyed, I have asthma and I need that machine, so far as this man *** saying that it is my problem he is wrong, it took these people from Jan7th to Febto complete the work on my apt, not to mention this company not one time offer to accomodate me in another apt until the work was over, I had to find somewhere else to stay, this is the worst company I have rented from, this company dont care about the tenants at all, I have plans to move when my lease is up, I have been living here going on six years, now due to this matter, I feel as though im forced to leave, but I refused to keep going threw the same problem again, and dealing with this slumlord, I will make sure no other tenant go threw this or forced to live in the poor conditions I was forced to live and deal with

I rented a townhouse managed by Great Richmond Rentals My lease ended on April *** *** I was present during the move-out inspection and was told there were things wrong with the townhouse: scratch on hardwood floor near stove, anchor mark in wall from dresser in bedroom, and stain on step of carpet on stairwell I received my move-out calculation about on June **th and notice there were several other items being charged to me that I was not made aware of at move out First, I was being charge rent from May *st to May *th, when I clearly moved out on April **thSecond, I was being charged $*** for "premises cleaning" when the move out inspector said the place was clean and did not note any cleaning concerns Third, I was being charged $*** to fix a scratch in a hardwood floor When I called about my concerns, they took over a month to follow up and only removed the rent charges when they verified that I had turned in my keys on April **th They were unable to tell me why
