When we went to the store to pick out a sofa set, the store asks you to sign papers for financing I did not know that I signed a paper that states that Ashley has the right to postpone delivery or to put off delivery if they choose If I want to cancel my furniture order because of delivery issues Ashley gets to keep % of the furniture's worth, at least that is what they told me over the phone I have now called Ashley furniture several times This all started because the day before delivery they called and said there was a manufacturing issue....the day before!......I ordered my furniture over a month ago and still do not have it

We purchased a sofa and recliner from Ashley Furniture on Oct2010, at that time we purchased their VIP extended warranty protection plan for $plus taxWe were told by the salesman that if we do not use the VIP coverage, then we would get a full cash refund backWe did not use the VIP coverage, so we went back to Ashley Furniture on Nov 2015, after the end of the VIP coverage to get the refund backWe were told by the manager that we cannot get a cash refund even though the salesman said that we could at the time of purchaseShe said that we could use the full refund amount toward any purchase at Ashley Furniture and that the offer was good from 10/12/thru 10/12/We went into the store on 6/3/to make a purchase for the amount due usWe spoke to the Manager ***She said that they changed their policy in January 2016, and that to use the amount due us that we had to purchase something with a minimum cost of $She said that the change had come down from corp

On July 4th I purchased a wood dining table and chairs They talked me into purchasing an extended warranty, I had never purchased one before but they really talked it up and said it would cover anything for years plus the one year that it normally comes with In January I made several calls to the store because in all the place setting the table was turning white, it is a dark colored wood I had to make several calls because I either had leave a message or would just get disconnected all together When I finally spoke with someone on they told me I would need to call the warrenty company, I misplaced the number they gave me and when I found it about weeks later I called and the warrenty company said I had waited longer then days to make a claim and therefore voided the warranty! At no time did anyone tell me I only had days, I called Ashley furniture back because I felt I was sold a warranty that they now will not honor, less then months in, they said well why

I wish I could give them stars I literally cried after our furniture was delivered The delivery men were minutes late and they start bringing in furniture as fast as they could One guy came into my house holding a nightstand that should have been carried by two people He rams into a shelf and shatters a handmade ceramic statue that we bought on our honeymoon (actually, the only item we bought on our honeymoon) Then he rams it into the bedroom door and chips the paint They also brought the wrong stools for the kitchen table so we have to wait another week or so to be able to actually sit at the table to eat
I could have gotten over all of this, but after they left I went to start filling the new nightstands and dresser with items and noticed cracks, stratches, chips, excess glue and other problems with the furniture The quality is poor to begin with, and I'm sure they were not careful when loading, driving and unloading the furniture
I have talked with guest relations and they are replacing the night stands and the dresser They asked me for estimates for the property damage How am I supposed to get someone to put a price on an irreplaceable item?!
Needless to say, I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again and advise everyone to stay away!!

I purchased furniture at the *** *** *** *** on 10/21/(Order ***) and was told that my furniture was to be delivered on 11/17/ I thought at the time that a month was a long time to wait for my furniture to be delivered, but I went ahead with it I called on 11/to verify that my furniture was going to be delivered on 11/and was told yes, between 3:and 6:15pmI then took the 17th off of work so that I would be home Then I later received a call from Ashley stating that my furniture was not on the truck, and delivery needed to be rescheduled for 11/ I am getting more upset, but what can I do about it? So I say okay Then I get a call on 11/and am told that my furniture is on back-order, and cannot be delivered now until 12/- over months from date of purchase! This time I am offered a refund of the $delivery fee for my inconvenience (which I still have not received) So delivery is scheduled for 12/ I call the Ashley Store

I PURCHASED A COFFEE- Ashley furniture on 1-30-A metal corner cove fell and bentI have contacted Ashley furniture several times and keep getting a run aroundI did stop payment on the itemThey have never made any attempt to contact meAnd I am tired of it Most recently they gave the wrong for warraty service
