I bought a dining set and complete livingroom set from this Ashley store back in October 2018, as of today January 14, I am still waiting on my Sofa and Chair I keep calling and my order keeps getting pushed back This has been the worst buying experience EVER They have made no action to assist me with obtaining the rest of the pieces I am missing Everytime I call the store I end up speaking to some unprofessional customer service reps that are of no help at all I even told them they can come and pick up the living room pieces the already delivered and I've been told they can't do thatHow is that, I literally have a Loveseat and ottoman with three tables in there, it looks crazy that the major pieces of furniture isn't in my living roomI will never buy directly from Ashley again In the future I will order my Ashley furniture from *** *** or *** They don't even deserve one star!!!!!

I purchased a sofa and recliner originally in Dec of I was very dissatisfied with the qualityWithin a couple of weeks it was clear it was not going to hold upIt was poor qualityThey agreed to an exchangeWe went back to the store and picked out another sofa and reclinerit was delivered Jan 16th

On July 4th I purchased a wood dining table and chairs They talked me into purchasing an extended warranty, I had never purchased one before but they really talked it up and said it would cover anything for years plus the one year that it normally comes with In January I made several calls to the store because in all the place setting the table was turning white, it is a dark colored wood I had to make several calls because I either had leave a message or would just get disconnected all together When I finally spoke with someone on they told me I would need to call the warrenty company, I misplaced the number they gave me and when I found it about weeks later I called and the warrenty company said I had waited longer then days to make a claim and therefore voided the warranty! At no time did anyone tell me I only had days, I called Ashley furniture back because I felt I was sold a warranty that they now will not honor, less then months in, they said well why

Earlier today, I called and spoke with an extremely pleasant woman at Ashley Furniture about an issue with our couchWe purchased a sectional in April About six months later, an employee of an Ashley Furniture was sent to fix an issue with the stuffing in our couchUpon re-stuffing the chaise lounge, he used staples and forgot to put on the fourth couch legNone of this was known to us at the time We only just discovered it today when we moved our couch when moving around our living room furnitureWe now also learned that said staples have completely annihilated our hardwood flooring, due to scratchingThis was, by the way, the same employee who had previously come out to fix an issue with our previously bought bedroom furniture and tried to sell us "stolen" lower cost carpeting (from the store) to put in our bedroom

In February I purchased a mattress set from Ashley furnitureIn January I noticed a problem with the mattress and made a claimA few weeks latter they sent out a tech to check the problemI waited a few days and called about the claim and found out the claim was deniedI ask why and was told customer causeI then ask what I did and was told I set on the side of the mattress and this is what caused the problemWell I don't know any other way of getting out of bed with out setting on the side This is a joke the truth of the matter is its a bad mattress and poorly designed and made and they don't wont to honer the warrantyThe mattress is made by Sealy co I also called them and was told that Ashly was responsible for the warrantyEvery time I call someone in regards to this problem someone slams the door in my faceI paid for the mattress it has been Gently used and both sides of the mattress is giving way taking on a hour glass shape Neither Sealy or Ashly

I bought an extended warranty on my furniture The sales rep told my wife and I that it covers any damage to the furniture After problems last year a representative from Ashley told me that the fabric was the only thing that is covered My recliner footrest fabric toreI had their service guy out He said that it peeledApparently the word "peeled" is their code word which means "NOT COVERED." This furniture is only years old and has not been used that much in my basement I went to Ashley Furniture about a week and a half ago and talked to the managerShe said they would get back to meNo one has contacted meI called their service warranty company today and they used their code word "peel" and said it wasn't covered I want my chair repaired like their salesman told me it would be This wasn't abused and used very much If Ashley Furniture uses substandard materials (which their extended warranties don't cover) then they should be responsible to take care of their cus

I bought a recliner in December and is electric push buttonThe guy that delivered it said it’s cold and will work when it warms up due to the weatherIt stopped working altogetherFor a month and a half we have been waiting for it to be repairedIt is in the payed out positionAnd now March it was finally suppose to be fixed and no one has called or shown upI’ve called the store and they said call back if no one shows upThey would not give a new chair or a refund

On March 24th we purchased a $2,leather sofa and love seat from Ashley Furniture Store (*** *** ***)We were told we had to wait until April 18th for delivery to which we agreedBecause we were in such need we went back into the store the 1st week of April and asked if there was any way we could get delivery soonerWe were told by the customer service manager that the salesperson should have checked to see if there was a possibility that another warehouse had the item by putting in a ticketShe promised to do that and call us back within hoursTwenty four hours later we received a call from the Customer Service Manager telling us that it was not possible to get an earlier delivery
Fast forward to April 18th this weekWe took delivery on April 18th as we were toldWhile the truck was here we noticed a few nicks and one of the sofa pillows looked a little wornIt was called in and noted to the warehouseThey said they would take care of itI was also

Bought a brand new leather piece sectional sofa from Ashley's Furniture in Louisville, KY for a total of $in Sept Paid $for delivery and then another $for a year warranty protection plan Upon delivery of the pieces had been damaged with cuts to the leatherIt took service calls and months for the leather to get replacedThe service man took the couch completely apart and replaced the leather backing of the couch where the damage was doneThe replacement of the leather was done extremely poor, looks nothing like the other two sectional pieces on the backside which is exposed to seeThe leather is bunched up, does not lay flat, is pulled too tight in some places and loose in othersThe replacement leather also has crease in it from shipping it directly to my house which is clearly visibleFinally, the service man comes back out and says he cannot fix the crease or do anything about how the leather is now installed on the current sofaI'v

My furniture was delivered ripped, chipped, seems we're not together, scratched and screws were hanging outThe truck that delivered my furniture was very messy and unorganizedWhen I got my bill all the merchandise that I sent back was not on there Then they said they didn't have that I paid for the item in their record Told me I would have to bring my receipt to the store, So the next day I had to drive minutes out of my way to take my receipt to the company to show them that I purchased it to get my refundWhen I got there I talk to the manager and showed my receipt and she said we ended up finding that they did not try to call me to inform me or anything that they took care of this situation.They was going to repair my couch but it's taken so long and I complained so now they're just wanting to send me a new oneTheir customer service has been awful they don't work well with customers at all I've been very dissatisfied and I would like for them to come get their ripp

Furniture and year extended warranty were purchased in and delivered in January Salesman assured us that the extended warranty would cover any issues once the manufacturers warranty expired The Durablend furniture (sofa, loveseat and recliner) started peeling in October of and we are now being told that it will not be covered We submitted a claim with Ashley Furniture and their solution is to offer us $(with a signed release waiver) for our inconvenience That is absolutely unacceptable when we paid $for what we thought was quality furniture

I brought several thousands dollars worth of furniture The salesperson informed me that if I brought the extended warranty that any accidents that happens to the furniture would be covered One of the dinning room chairs legs broke When I tried to get it replaced or fixed, the Ashley furniture staff told me that the frame on the chair was not covered I told them that when the furniture was sold to me that the sales person made it clear that it would be covered They would not give me back the money that I paid for the insurance, or replace the chair or give me a discount to purchase another chair The mangers and sales person are running a scam by getting people to purchase the extended warranty under pretense I do not plan to buy anything else from Ashley furniture They do not stand behind their products and after they get your money they do not care if the customer is satisfied

I PURCHASED A COFFEE- Ashley furniture on 1-30-A metal corner cove fell and bentI have contacted Ashley furniture several times and keep getting a run aroundI did stop payment on the itemThey have never made any attempt to contact meAnd I am tired of it Most recently they gave the wrong for warraty service

I bought furniture in early November and scheduled delivery for February 4, I called February 2,to confirm delivery and was assured that I was scheduled and would receive a call for delivery time frameOn February 3,when I had not got a call I called back to be informed my delivery has me rescheduled for February 25,I called the delivery center, called corporate and then drove hour to storeAfter waiting hours I was told that they would not deliver or return moneyBasically, they have had my money for months and I can not get my furnitureWe had a house fire, so this is a whole house full of furniture
