In February I purchased a mattress set from Ashley furnitureIn January I noticed a problem with the mattress and made a claimA few weeks latter they sent out a tech to check the problemI waited a few days and called about the claim and found out the claim was deniedI ask why and was told customer causeI then ask what I did and was told I set on the side of the mattress and this is what caused the problemWell I don't know any other way of getting out of bed with out setting on the side This is a joke the truth of the matter is its a bad mattress and poorly designed and made and they don't wont to honer the warrantyThe mattress is made by Sealy co I also called them and was told that Ashly was responsible for the warrantyEvery time I call someone in regards to this problem someone slams the door in my faceI paid for the mattress it has been Gently used and both sides of the mattress is giving way taking on a hour glass shape Neither Sealy or Ashly

Ordered a kitchen table set on 8-15- Was told it would be in stock within 2-weeks Called once after weeks to check status and was told it was being delivered on 9-20- Only received the kitchen chairs on that date with no table Called to find out status on the table only to find out table is not available till November I was lied to during purchase that table was readily available I am now making payments on an expensive kitchen table with no table I came to your store not because it was the cheapest because your clearly not cheap We expected a quality experience and Service as expected with the prices that are charged but have been let down

On 1/29/I purchased a Table and Chairs set from Ashley Furniture The total for the set was $ Additionally we purchased the "VIP Coverage" warranty at the time of purchase Our salesman was the store manager at the time "***." The "VIP Coverage" cost was $ As someone who never buys extended warranties, I purchased the extended warranty based on two provisions as explained and still currently in practice to this day The $warranty would be given back as a store credit (NO MINIMUM PURCHASE) if no claims were filed during the five year period, and (NO TIME LIMIT) to use the credit
I did not file any claims during the five year period I made contact via telephone in March with the store to use the credit I spoke with a salesman at that location, "***", as well as one of the managers, "*** ***." Both *** and *** stated that "Two years ago they change the "store credit" portion of the warranty which now includes a $minimum purch

I bought furniture in early November and scheduled delivery for February 4, I called February 2,to confirm delivery and was assured that I was scheduled and would receive a call for delivery time frameOn February 3,when I had not got a call I called back to be informed my delivery has me rescheduled for February 25,I called the delivery center, called corporate and then drove hour to storeAfter waiting hours I was told that they would not deliver or return moneyBasically, they have had my money for months and I can not get my furnitureWe had a house fire, so this is a whole house full of furniture

Earlier today, I called and spoke with an extremely pleasant woman at Ashley Furniture about an issue with our couchWe purchased a sectional in April About six months later, an employee of an Ashley Furniture was sent to fix an issue with the stuffing in our couchUpon re-stuffing the chaise lounge, he used staples and forgot to put on the fourth couch legNone of this was known to us at the time We only just discovered it today when we moved our couch when moving around our living room furnitureWe now also learned that said staples have completely annihilated our hardwood flooring, due to scratchingThis was, by the way, the same employee who had previously come out to fix an issue with our previously bought bedroom furniture and tried to sell us "stolen" lower cost carpeting (from the store) to put in our bedroom

We went into the Ashley Homestore and purchased a couch and loveseat on January 5th, When we purchased them for $we were told that both the couch and loveseat would be delivered on Feb 3, After approximately a week we contacted the store to verify that the furniture would be delivered on timeWe were then told, by the manager ***, the couch was on backorder and would be delivered at a later date than agreed uponWe stated that we needed a full refundAt that point she said rather than refund she would refund half of our delivery fee and promised that both pieces would be delivered on FebWe then called again a week after this to check and was told by a associate that again it was pushed back and would be delivered on a later date, again we stated we wanted a FULL REFUND and we would be up to collect the cash that we purchased the furniture withWe were told that if we wanted a refund that they would have to mail us a check and it could take days that they

I went into Ashley furniture on 8/15/to purchase a sofa and love seatI was informed that the leather quality I was getting was top grain leather that can withstand the test of timeI saw a good quality sofa and love seat at the show roomI paid $2,702.98, which included cost for the sofa, love seat, tax, and the deliveryAshley delivered on 8/24/To my surprise the furniture could not withstand transportationThe sofa and love seat were scratched upTop grain leather should not scratch up like thatThe quality that was delivered was inferior to the furniture displayed in the show roomI have called Ashley furniture, I was informed the manager will call me backI waited no phone callI called Ashley again, the person who picked the phone claimed to be the manager, I informed her of my concerns with the inferior product delivered and she hung up the phone on meAt this point I no longer trust Ashley furniture's business and I am asking for a full refund of my moneyOrd

I bought a couch from Ashley and was promised a delivery date of 02/I was then informed my couch was on back order even though when I ordered I had them check as I have heard this is a problem with AshleyAfter complaining, I received a call that my couch would my delivered today, 02/The couch came today, however we are missing a pieceWe have been told the additional piece wont arrive until 03/This is not acceptable!

After being a loyal customer of Ashley Furniture for several years, it's extremely sad and shameful that this business has become so disorganized, customer unfriendly, communicational challenged, and downright rude On multiple occasions, each of these negative qualities has been unfortunately displayed by several of their representatives After our recent purchase, which will be our very last with this organization, they made it impossible to get the furniture delivered Even their management officials were far less than accommodating While they answer their phone lines as "the number one furniture store in the world", they are anything but that these days It is now days past the original delivery date, and days past the birthday that we purchased it for, and we still do not have the furniture we ordered Throughout this entire process, this company's personnel have been both disingenuous and deceitful After approximately years of doing business with this company, my recommendation would be to shop elsewhere in today's marketplaceCustomer service is no longer something that they are committed to

On 1-25-I purchased $10,worth of furniture from Ashley Furniture The initial delivery date was to be 2-8- Most of my furniture was delivered on that date, however there were a few pieces missing Since that initial delivery I have received all of my furniture with the exception of my bed There have been different delivery dates scheduled for this, three of which no one showed up or bothered to call to state they weren't coming Every time I call customer service they tell me that something was damaged and needed to be reordered I have tried to contact Ashley Furniture several times via phone and email No one can tell me what is going on Please help me resolve this issue I don't have anyone else who can help me

I purchased a six piece leather sectional living room set the first week in April of they gave me a delivery date of April almost three week from the date of purchase.On April I received a text massage confirming the delivery of my six piece living room set for April between the hours 1:30pm and 4:30pmThe delivery people arrived well after 4:30pm and when they arrived they started setting up the furniture and at the last minute they informed me that one of the pieces was on back order and that warehouse would contact me and let me know when the other piece of furniture would arrive at their warehouse and to sanother delivery date.Here's the problem I turned down working a 10hr shift that Saturday in which I would have made over $ dollars and now they want me to schedule another delivery and miss more MONEY.I talked to the store manager and he offered to take off a hundred dollars which is not acceptable to me.I Told the store manager this cou

We purchased beds for pur children and were told that delivery date would be April 19thBeds never came and no one ever calledWe went to the store to see what happened they said they called and talked to someoneThen when we said that neither my wife or I talked to anyone they said they left a voicemailI asked when they called and pulled up records for all calls from the day on my att account and their number never showed upAsked for a manager, they said noone was availableWe told them we wanted to lick up the beds ourselves and the lady informed us to call next day to talk to the manager so that she can set it up but she confirmed that everything was thereThey then stated that we would receive everything may 5th, called two days prior to double check they said that everything is there and will be deliveredReceived a call the morning off by the delivery personnel and he informed us that he only has one bed not two

Refund for bed rails as promised by Ashley's Customer Service manager I paid in full for purchase in May Product delivery was scheduled and cancelled at least times prior to me ultimately getting the bed rails in early to mid July After being scheduled and cancelled times, Ashley delivered my furniture and loaned me "temporary rails" They then scheduled and cancelled twice the delivery of permanent rails Due to the aggravation of coming into the store on occasions and coordinating to be off work only to tell my employer, they cancelled so I will not be off work; the Customer Service manager said she would refund the cost of the rails to my account It was never done I went into the store a 3rd time, traveling from Pleasure Ridge, and no one could assist me I tried to call their store for an entire week and no one answers the phone Totally fed up and the business relationship cannot be salvaged

We purchased a mattress and box springs from this companyWhile their employees were in my house delivering my mattress one of the delivery men stole my wedding ring off of my dresserA police report has been filedBut the company has not reached out to me in any way about this issueI feel like they as a company are responsible for their employees and that they should do something about this matterThey have not reached out to me to see what they could do to make this matter rightI have tried to get in contact with them and they will not return my phone callsNo supervisors are ever available to speak with meI understand that they cannot get my wedding ring back but I feel like they as a company should try to make the issue rightI would never want to purchase anything from them again and I would not recommend this company to anyoneTheir customer service is horrible

***1-10- I did get a call from an Ashley representative early yesterday afternoon after my 1/8/post We discussed the issue and she told me she would make some calls and get back to me a little later on and hopefully have a resolution to the problem Have yet to hear from her Again I ask, Ashley when will I be able to sleep in my bed???

I bought an extended warranty on my furniture The sales rep told my wife and I that it covers any damage to the furniture After problems last year a representative from Ashley told me that the fabric was the only thing that is covered My recliner footrest fabric toreI had their service guy out He said that it peeledApparently the word "peeled" is their code word which means "NOT COVERED." This furniture is only years old and has not been used that much in my basement I went to Ashley Furniture about a week and a half ago and talked to the managerShe said they would get back to meNo one has contacted meI called their service warranty company today and they used their code word "peel" and said it wasn't covered I want my chair repaired like their salesman told me it would be This wasn't abused and used very much If Ashley Furniture uses substandard materials (which their extended warranties don't cover) then they should be responsible to take care of their cus
