Bought a recliner on MayDelivered on May Bought extended protection plan,total ofThree days after delivery about the third time I sat and reclined, it brokeIt scared me ,I thought the whole thing was falling apartSince it was DAYS old-NOT years old, I wanted a replacement chair or to return it! My experience in the show room was “good”The saleswoman that helped me was delightful and is definitely a great fit for the storeShe was helpful and seemed to do everything she could to make sure I was happy and well looked afterThe “problem” arose after I left the store, having placed my orderI got online a little later to show a friend the furniture I picked out and behold! Price differences close to $per unit! We purchased a mattress and box springs from this companyWhile their employees were in my house delivering my mattress one of the delivery men stole my wedding ring off of my dresserA police report has been filedBut the company has not reached out to me in any way about this issueI feel like they as a company are responsible for their employees and that they should do something about this matterThey have not reached out to me to see what they could do to make this matter rightI have tried to get in contact with them and they will not return my phone callsNo supervisors are ever available to speak with meI understand that they cannot get my wedding ring back but I feel like they as a company should try to make the issue rightI would never want to purchase anything from them again and I would not recommend this company to anyoneTheir customer service is horrible

Bought a brand new leather piece sectional sofa from Ashley's Furniture in Louisville, KY for a total of $in Sept Paid $for delivery and then another $for a year warranty protection plan Upon delivery of the pieces had been damaged with cuts to the leatherIt took service calls and months for the leather to get replacedThe service man took the couch completely apart and replaced the leather backing of the couch where the damage was doneThe replacement of the leather was done extremely poor, looks nothing like the other two sectional pieces on the backside which is exposed to seeThe leather is bunched up, does not lay flat, is pulled too tight in some places and loose in othersThe replacement leather also has crease in it from shipping it directly to my house which is clearly visibleFinally, the service man comes back out and says he cannot fix the crease or do anything about how the leather is now installed on the current sofaI'v

Purchased furniture and items delivered were not same quality as in store and took an excessive amount of time to deliver furniture
Purchased extended protection plan and was told it would cover anything except pet damageJust over a year and the swivel base of a recliner we purchased is broken and customer service said that it isn't covered
Have full coverage and they refuse to repair or replace the chair according to the extended warranty we purchased

I purchased a Chandelier 'pendant light' on 5-30-at this store location I was told the item would be direct shipped to my home no later than 6-21- I wanted the item delivered in time for a party I was havingThe delivery never occurred I have contacted the store and their 866# seven times in the past weeks to find out where my delivery is Its been over weeks now and they still cannot tell me where my item is or give me a tracking# on it They continue to tell me they will call me back and in weeks I still have not ever received a call back I now have received the bill for the item in the mail stating first payment due in days I called Ashley Furniture and was told I would still have to pay by due date even though I still don't have the item and they still don't know where it is or when it will be delivered

I purchased a $ kitchen table & chairs from this company and inquired about delivery was informed it would be another $so I decided to have my brother pick it upwas not informed that it would be in boxes when picked up if I did not pay the additional moneyWhen called to ask if I could returned it because I did not have anyone to put this together I was told since it was in my possession I could not return it for refund and if anything was wrong with it once opened I would have return it to the storeI have never dealt with a company with these types of policies and I am very unhappy with a company that has shady policiesI understand now why their parking lot is emptyBUYER BEWARE are be sure you ask questions about their return or refund policy

Purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture 03/29/11....also purchased VIP coverage for 119.99....contract stated that if I had not used coverage in years, I would get an instore credit for that amount (no conditions) On 06/21/2016, I went to the store to purchase a small item with the amount....was told by store manager that the contract had changed....now you had to spend a minimum of in order to use the credit....my complaint is that the store should honor the original agreement....bait and switch or fraud?
