Very poorly ran companyDid receive all I purchased then wanted to charge to send to mePayments not applied correctly then takes forever to correct the payment so you can't pay off early and then they want to charge you twice the price of the itemManagers say they are helping you and make deals with you and your item is paid off then you receive letters saying they are taking you to collections and ruin your credit and you were told it was paid offI have never been screwed over so badlyAll they do is lie

If I could leave a zero review I would I leased a washer dryer from this Aarons without issue and was paid off after years and paying triple the value of the appliances after an inflated price and interest I do not take issue with this as I was ignorant when I leased to own and agreed to pay that was paid Over the last two years looking at the website and price comparing, I have come to realize that Aarons as a whole actually charges a base that is slightly 1/higher than other vendors Aarons says that they will match a lower price but when the lower price is presented to them, they give some vague answer about the additional service provided as being the reason for the higher price and they do not honor what they claim I was told that they were asking $more on a stove I was looking to lease because of the 'additional service' provided; the other vendor also provides free delivery and set up; they also charge an inflated rate for their furniture and merchandise, it would be interesting to see what excuse they give for the difference in price for these items The customer rep I spoke to took my first payment for this stove before I did the price comparison; I was not even advise of the model number or specifications of the stove, it was just, yes, lets just get that payment now! After doing my research and the request for the company to match the price, I was told that in order to get a refund I would have to physically go into the store and provide the physical card to get my $back For me, living about minutes away from the store and not having transportation, just going to the store would cost me over the amount of the refund I had to call my bank and request a charge-back instead and I am now changing my card with the bank as well because I do not trust this company that they won't try to charge my card more in the future Dishonest, will take you're money in a heartbeat and definitely not looking out for the customer; please do your homework, be savy and beware

Stay as far away from them as you possibly canI have been a loyal, on time paying customer for years and while having an issue with an online payment I was locked out of my accountI tried to receive a resolution to this while speaking with a customer service representative online and I have NEVER received such a cold and robotic experienceSTAY FAR AWAY!

I have been leasing furniture since June In October, my debit card was compromised and I had to close it I was contacted by Aaron's in mid-November and provided my new debit card number On 12/11/17, an employee arbitrarily took $and $from my account, after I had advised said employee that she was authorized to only take $(she took out an extra $that she was NOT authorized to take) I went to my credit union and reported this and was told that because it was not fraud (I consider it fraud because she took out amounts that were never authorized by me - I only authorized $twice a month) I am livid Once I pay the installment coming due, I will be returning the furniture I figured out how much I have paid and I could have owned all the furniture had I bought it outright Live and learn

So Aarons charged my card I didn't authorize thatI am not on auto pay so Why? Received Call by employee of Aarons never acknowledged his name to myself was very rude unprofessional telling me I had to pay him in a loudly voice I then ask for a manager come to find out he was the manager and disconnected the call it was February 1st and I usually pay before the 4th to avoid a late fee called back another associate supposedly the manager took a complaint come to find out his name was [redacted] and he is the manager which needs to be retrained or stripped from his position

Went in to purchase a new computer with window's Salesperson told me the model I selected was new and had windows When it was delivered it was not in a box and there was no paperwork with it The computer didn't work right, the mouse didn't work right and the computer had windows The disk drive didn't work I complained and they brought me another one that did work, another used one also with windows I told them I expected a new one and they said "Fat chance of that" A couple of weeks later I noticed the warrenty was expired before I even got the computer What kind of a business is this I'm already paying through the nose for it, I at least want it brand new! I had a 50% off card on a purchase but was told I couldn't use it on the computer even though I just got it last month

I applied for a washer/dryer set online After applying, I received a call from the corporate office (Atlanta) to complete the application process They (Aarons) then started the verification process by calling all of my relatives, employment and landlord I was notified a short time later that I was approved and since the item is in store, I qualify for express delivery of 1-day (I have an email as proof of this) I called the store and a very rude and sarcastic manager by the name of [redacted] told me something completely different He told me that they won't be delivering anything before 5/10/because they still have to do their due diligence (I was told by corporate everything was done and verified & all the store needed to do was schedule delivery) When I asked questions, he became irritated and abruptly ended the call I made a complaint but no one reached out to me at all (reference issue # [redacted] I reached back out to the store yesterday evening after never hearing
