I have a living room set and a washer and dryer from Aaron'sI call every month and have them charge my card for both itemsI get a call thisorning saying I'm behind on my washer and dryer but not my living room set How is that even possible? Aaron Rental previously located at S Cooper St Arlington Tx 817-419-are liars and are deceitful when getting you to enter into a contract They refuse to stand behind their word or the companies they representNEVER use Aarons they are the worst sell you stuff that has know problems even verifiable through internet research but take your money act like the will help then NOPE no more they keep your money take the product back and cut the relationship with good paying customers RUN RUN RUN live and learn but at a expense that was to high

We were told over and over it would be fixed and never had been and they harass every reference if I don't mAke it in the day payment is due There are loose threads on the ends of the arms of couch and chair the back of the couch has a huge line in it they had hidden at the store when we first seen it but as soon as we did they said they would send someone right out then the guy gets there months later says it's unacceptable and he would replace the whole back of the couch and haven't heard anything else I still make my regular payment as I agreed to do so why can't they keep up their end of the agreement

I have been a arron's customer for over 15+years and I have paid for everything I owned from them, I just rented a washer/dryer from them threw a promotion and I am not satisfied on the way I have been treated, when I started in this 5.00 promotion they didn't tell me after the 13th of sept. that I would have to give them more money, I was told that I could pay them on the 3rd of every month coming to find out that they weer frauding on their promotion. they have been calling me and harrassing me for more money, I am on a ssdi check and get paid every month on the 3rd and te first set of washer and dryer was supposed to be new but instead they sent me a used set and when I called them telling them I was having problems with the used set they ordered a new set on a wed and it was supposed to be sent to my house between 11 am- 3 pm on a friday between 11 am - 3 pm and when I called them then they told me between 3pm-7pm the same day and when I called at 7pm mark smarted off at me and told me it will be brought to my house that sat between 11am-4pm and when they came and brought the new washer and dryer in they took the old washer out and left the old dryer here and they were complaining that they couldn't get the dryer out but they wanted to hurry up and leave so they can watch a college football game on tv

I ordered some furniture online from Aarons they checked my references and said I was approvedI went into my local store upon their request to provide my debit card and ID which they then set me up with a delivery dateI then threw away my old furniture at this point it has been a week since my online application and appoval 3days before my scheduled delivery they call to inform me I had two options either I get a cosigner or make a bigger deposit (1,071) to get my furniture.....they were rude and lacked consideration....if I had over to purchase furniture why would I give it to them to rent makes no sense I would never recommend them oh and they had the nerve to call and tell me I'm behind on my payment for furniture I never received

I had bought a inch tv thru aaronsIt started glitching in november They came and picked it up either in nov or dec of to have it servicedThey gave us a smaller loaner tvThey said our tv was unrepairable and they would have to replace itBeen monthsNo replacement and given a run aroundWe are paying for a but have a inch! month wait on a replacement or repair is just not acceptable! Before we knew it woule take this long we paid off our xbox one in cashWe had sent it back for repairsWe paid for it in full before we got it back from repairsmonths after getting it back it still has the same issue it was repaired from and we were told warranty is only good days past payoffSo we let it goIn jan we purchased a living room set from themThe set had mis matched end tables and coffee table and we were told if we decided to return the set the end tables were ours to keep there just giving them to us cause its mismatchedNever put on ou

[redacted] I had a washer and dryer delivered on Wednesday 10/3/We did three loads of laundry that night and everything seemed to be working fineAlthough the next morning, we were told the apartment below us on the second floor had water stains on their ceiling and the first floor apartment was floodedCome to find out, the techs at Aaron's did not tighten the knobs tight enough which caused a leak during the three loads of laundry we did the night beforeIf the techs would have DONE THEIR JOB LIKE SUPPOSED TOO AND DID A TEST RUN ON THE WASHER, this would have been avoidedNow Aaron's is saying that because there is no damage in our apartment, they will not cover the costs of the water damage in the two apartments below because there is "no proof it started in our unit." It is ridiculousWE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES, WE DID NOT INSTALL THE WASHER OR DRYER AARON'S DIDThe general manager will not talk to me about the situation, some random person in the store has been playing the middle man and talking to me from the regional managerThe regional manager has not personally called me, even though has stated multiple times he will for a week nowNo one will help me and this is somehow my fault that the techs did not do their job.*

Employees are very rudeI called to pay up on my bill and try to figure out when my next payment was dueThe lady got rude with me and wouldn\'t let me talkI didn\'t understand what she was saying or explaining but she still wouldn\'t let me talkI asked to speak with a guy that I usually speak with named Rich that is usually greatHe explained the situation and then I did understand himThen I continued to tell him how the lady was being rude and he disagreed, he then started to be rudeSo I just asked him how much more I owed to pay the bill off so I wouldn\'t have to deal with Arron\'s anymore because of the rudenessI then payed off the entire billI WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ARRONSI usually go to rent a center and they are great but decided to try ARRONS out but I\'m very disappointed and will have to continue to go to rent a center again next time I need something!

The GM and Sales Manager answered every question I had when I called before I drove all the way thereThey both were extremely polite and respectfulTheir footwork made my trip extremely quick and easyI spent minimal time in the store and couldn't be happier with my merchandiseAnd the delivery drivers were just as courteous and helpful when they delivered my merchandiseThey made sure they set it up for me and went over all the information about the merchandise to make sure I understood how it worksThe whole staff was just absolutely wonderfulI am overly satisfied with my experience

My husband and I were stereotyped by the regional manager and whoever else in the Aaron store on Two Notch Rd., his name is MarcusHave anyone else ever had any problems with this?? I can't believe that Aaron's would hire someone in a high position such as a regional manager that would actually tell a customer that he felt that we would not make their payments and pretty much that we would basically steal their merchandiseThis is after we had already paid our down payment and haven't even gotten the merchandise yet!!!! I have been doing business with the same store since 2012, never had an issue always willing to work with its customers A rude man came over as a manager for the Lenoir City TN store and he is harassing customers, threatening them refusing to leave property etc When asked to leave my property he stood outside making threats I told him to only contact me by email and he blatantly said he did not want to say anything in email that could be used against him Seriously When you have had a customer that has been your customer for years purchased several items at above retail, you work with them when an issue comes up not threaten and send people repeatedly to their home

TV Advertised for month Lease or month Pay at costNow they say it's month lease or month pay cost to own I moved from TX to CO, and needed to get washer and dryer and saw a beautiful TV that had the advertising on it that said that it could be purchased at a month lease, with payments of $120/mo for just the TV, or buy it outright in monthsI knew that I would be paying the price of the TV plus interest but thought it was fair to pay $at the end of a yearWell I moved from CO to LA and was told that I couldn't take the TV out of state but that I could use their Lifetime Transfer, which would give me credit for what I paid and continue to pay at the same rate for the same or a similar TV, I didn't need the washer and dryer because I had mine when my wife came up from TX when the house soldSo I went to Aaron's here in LA and informed them of this and knew I had a couple of payments to finish my year contractSo after paying my 12th payment I stopped paying
