My name was listed as a reference on a rental contract without my knowledge The person has defaulted on agreement an I have had Aaron's employees calling me for about months or so I initially provided them information that I do not know where this person is or how to reach them, still they call I've blocked their phone #, but then they call from another line The last straw for me was that now they have begun COMING TO MY HOUSE! My teenage son was home alone when they came to the door last week and told the person (General Manager's card left) that the person that they were looking for did not live here and that he does not know how to reach him They came to my home again yesterday! My son did not answer when he saw who it was and they left a door hangerI will contact the States Attorney's office if they continue this harassment for a debt I have no part of

I have informed Aarons since 7/3/that my oven door needed repair since I have the warranty thru Aarons and my item has yet to be paid off I requested this through the Aarons on Wheeler Road, Central Islip, NYI also purchase and pay for the Extended Warranty to cover all my products purchased through AaronsOn 7/3, I was advised by the person who came to repair my oven that he had to return to the store and could not fix the doorAfter not returning on 7/and my appointment being ignored with no phone call or no one coming to my home even after being placed in the schedule book I filed my 1st complaint and Nia the regional manager contacted me and advised that someone from Aarons will come to my home on 7/After that date I was informed that they had to outsource the repair to AllPro and register the product with Frigidaire, after a Month on 8/I called Frigidaire for status and was told NO ONE from Aarons called to register the productI, Myself went to register the product and called AllPro to try to schedule an appoint and was then told by AllPro that NO one from Aarons called them because if they did they would know that AllPro does NOT SERVICE the Brentwood AreaI am very UPSET since I have to do all the work to have my own items repaired when I am making my payments and also am paying for an EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!! How is it that when it is time to make a payment Aaron calls me 5-times a day even when I make payments onlineWhen I told that to Aarons in Central Islip, I was told what does that matter one has nothing to do with the otherI find that this has been the worst experience ever I have a Family gathering on SEPT 1stVery Important and I do not have an oven for Over a month trying to just cook on a stove is somewhat very difficult with childrenas to my 2nd complaint on 8/no one has even bother to call me not even the regional managerMy 2nd Complaint number is [redacted] and the 1st complaint number is # [redacted] I hope to have this resolved ASAP

I leased a bedroom set from Aaron's a few months agoI'm twenty and got my first apartment and obviously had nothing to my nameI literally tried every other avenue except for Aaron's before I had to go to them because I heard about how bad it was, but being so young and having no family and no credit, I had no other choice Right away I wasn't able to make the paymentsI called and setup an arrangement the first few timesAfter that my car was totaled and I had to pay thousands of dollars to get a new one My car payments, cell phone bill, rent, everything was put on holdI contacted Aaron's and said I couldn't pay for 3-weeks and they told me I was SOL and that I was stealing the merchandise Today while I was working (I work from home, my desk is right in front of my window which was open) some reps came by from Aaron's to take the merchandise They said it was stolen and they would call the police to escort them into my apartment if I didn't let them inI was working as I do and was on the phone with one of my customers at the timeI clock in and out of my job and my lunch wasn't for another hour and a half I told them I would get in major trouble for leaving my desk during my work hoursMy manager would see my activity on my trace report and I would get disciplinary action They stood outside my window harassing me, calling me a thief, a petty "white girl" and started looking in my windows noting all of my other expensive possessions like my computers that I use for work saying I had some "pretty nice expensive Mac computers" and that they "didn't understand why I couldn't afford to pay them" (Obviously not my own computers my company gave them to me for work) They banged on my Windows and banged on my door loudly, repeatedly and tried yelling at me through the window even though I could clearly see them I was on the verge of tears trying to continue working and trying to negotiate with them by opening my window They said they weren't leaving until they got the items I had to work with them outside of my window for over an hour before I could let them inAll the while while their store manager who wasn't there was texting me threatening me to let them in or else It was so embarrassing and awfulEventually I put my customer on hold, opened the door and let them into the bedroom to seize the things while I had to get back on the phone They dumped all my things across the floor and took the bedroom setI think they were embarrassed themselves when they came into my apartment they saw I had NO other furniture except the bedroom set I got from them The only nice thing about it was getting a text from one of the reps later who said, "Keep your head up."

I have rented a lot of things from Aaron'sBut I was sold a bad television and fraud and deceived out of what I had paid for the television of the months payment, but for me to lease another tv I would have to start over on another lease, but I would not receive full credit for the bad tvI never will lease anything else from Aaron;s lease and rentalIf you can get credit when you need appliances and tv's make sure you get brand new of everything from the box and delivered in a box

I am a previous customer of Aarons I leased a television and cocktail table set from them Although I paid off one of the contracts, they have placed accounts as collections on my credit report The Balances are both incorrect, the payment history is absent and the highest balance is also incorrect thus causing it to appear as if I never made any payments and it has a negative impact on my Credit score I have always paid them on time and it is unfair and unlawful for them to report informationThey NEVER contacted me to notify me of any balances due Product_Or_Service: TV, Vizio

I went in to get a washer & dryer set and they deliver it the washer and dryer and the dryer did not work I called back up there and explain to them that the dryer was coming on but it was not heating up my clothes the head manager whose name is Andy proceeded to tell me that it was because my pipe where the lint comes out was clogged up in my house. I told him no that's not the case because it's air coming out of the dryer & my connection to the house don't have anything to do with the dryer he was very rude will not let me talk told me I didn't know what I was talking about so I proceeded to talk to another employee and he gave me some instructions on what to do with the dryer so as I got home and proceeded to do what he said might be the problem I noticed that the cord was burnt out and barely connected. (fire hazard) so when I went to tell Andy what was wrong he told me not to come in the store no more very rude no customer respect. I feel this needs to be looked into and I also feel he needs to be looked into because if he don't know how to talk to a customer he don't need to be doing this job... Now he wants to pick up the product without refunding me my money and I've only had it for one day but they're charging me for 5 days because I went and purchased it last Thursday they didn't deliver it until this Monday is Tuesday and he want to come pick it up without refunding me my money so not only did the product not work and I was at risk for a fire hazard but he wants to pick it up without refunding me my money....

he company did not honor their promise of reporting my good payments to the credit bureau Within the past year I finished making payments on a chair, and a bunk bed at the Aaron's rent to own furniture store in Mason City, IAI filed a complaint in the past with the Revdex.com, and that complaint was resolved, however, part of my contract with Aaron's was their promise to report my payments to the credit bureauDuring the last complaint with Revdex.com I had mentioned this, and an Aaron's employee responded by saying that it would take a month or so to show on my credit reportIt has since been several months, and it is now 100% apparent that Aaron's did not keep their end of the bargain, in that they did not report my payment history to the credit bureau as promisedI had a feeling they would not do thisIn my last complaint to the Revdex.com I noted how difficult it was to get the Aaron's employees to even accept me paying off the furniture, (they did not want me to pay it off, they wanted to keep me in debt to them) They even tried to sell me more furniture after I paid off the other furniture I made all of my payments honorably and on timeWhen I first came to their store, the associate who helped me told me that they do not report bad credit, only good credit after you pay off whatever you buy from themFrom the First employee that I spoke with at Aaron's, up to the employee I spoke with when I paid the furniture off, and even up to the employee that answered my complaints with the Revdex.com, they all lied to meThe payment history with Aaron's is no where to be found on my credit report

Billing my credit card without authorization to do On two occasions this company (Aarons [redacted] ) charged my debit card without my authorization PRIOR to the actual date that my bill was due, causing overdrafts to my account and causing other bills that I paid to be returned for insufficient funds, and causing me to incur fees on those accountsMy payment for this company is usually not due until the 16th of each month and I CALL the location and pay my bill phoneOn 2/12/however I noticed that Aarons had charged my bank account $I called the store and spoke to a sales representative who said the "system" must have charged my accountI was furious and demanded that they return the money to my account as I had other bills pending and DID NOT EVER authorize them to charge my accountThe money was refunded that day however on 2/15/I checked my account balance again and noticed that this company AGAIN charged my account WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION,

They have come to ccollect my furniture I have told them to take it But I ended up with bed bugs from my neighbors They call daily and I told them to take it They are driving me nuts Product_Or_Service: bed and couch

On 11/23/we were contacted to provide water mitigation on their customer's home due to incorrect installation of a fridge We were never paid On 11/23/we were contacted by the manager of Aaron's home to complete water mitigation on their customer's home due to their incorrect installation of a water line to a new refrigerator installation We were told to submit our bill and we would be paid within days We have not been paid, and the original manager has been replaced The new manager has not responded to phone calls or emails We are now forced to place a lien on their customer's home for damage that they caused

I have leased from this company for about yearsNo payment issues once so everThe moment that we do hit a hardship because my wife hit unpaid maternity leave, they are VERY numb in the department of Customer Relations.When I in fact say I can make the full payment on the 3rd of the month mind you that I only ended up one payment weeks behind, you get ran down over the phoneThey have no since of retention and they act as gods giftEven though I stated that I will make full payment including late fees weeks late, still get the harassing phone calls as well as my familyI do not recommend rent from the store in Waterville MaineWhen a customer asks " what am I suppose to do, its gonna be two weeks late but it will be paid in full am I suppose to cancel the leaseThe response from the "ACCOUNT MANAGER" Are you gonna be around tonight so we can pick the stuff up?I think that all the management there needs Customer Relations classes and they talk to you like your the sm of the earthIm sorry but im going to collage to finish up my Masters degreeand with me leasing like I do pays there pay checkThey had one of the best managers there but he ended up going to the Bangor LocationOnce this is done and over with they have lost a loyal customerThese "Satellite stores" that are privately owned are dragging down your corporarte business slowly
