Around the middle of May I contacted Aaron's in [redacted] and requested that they pick up their furniture because I was movingThe associate said he would return my call and did not for over a weekI then called again stating it was emergent that they get their furniture because I wouldn't have access to the home anymore after movingThis time he tried to convince me to keep the furniture stating I only had payments leftI told him that I did not care because I was purchasing furniture elsewhere and I was not happy with the quality of their furnitureHe said he would return my call to set up a pick up dateThey never called me back so I called again and told them I needed them to pick up their furniture the first Monday of JuneI discussed a time being noon and they said okNo one showed upBuddy's rental came and retrieved their furniture and Aaron's never cameI called again and they stated that they would be coming later that weekI explained to them for the thousandth

That's people double charged my debit card overdrawing my checking accountThe only saving grace is they called to tell me they made a mistakeHowever they couldn't fix it, I understand mistakes are made sometimes but the difference between $and $is a HUGE oneCustomer service gets smart with my wife telling her it's not their problem to take it up with the managerI'm sitting here now with and no money and another bill to pay for overdrafted fundsBut hey it's not their problemOn top of all this I run across a former manager and he tells me these people will double charge u just to get the bonuses they recieve for making quota; then they pretend it was an accident

I'm renting dressers from them and every time I pay my bill the balance is highI paid $on a bill that was $my remaining balance was supposed to be $I called back to pay the balance the next week and now it's $I'm paying my bill ahead of time so I don't understand why they continue to add on interest

Rented to own new refrigeratorWas delivered and brand new abd have been making payments on it monthlyNoticed one day there was a crack inside wall of refrigerator and contacted Aarons in Danbury where produce was purchasedFist they asked me if I put anything heavy in refrigerato which was not the caseThen the proceeded to say they would get a appliance place and have them contact me to come outThe applicace person came and confirmed that it was a manufacterer defect but would call us in days to confirm the next stepWell is been months and man futile phone calls to Aarons who are now informin gme that I shouldnt have gotten my ownwarranty as we are wareentedd under them which was never told to meAs of 4/27/there is still no help or anything and the waal is still crackedI told Aaron's I refuse to make anymore monthly payments to them until this issue is resolved./ I have spoken to [redacted] in Aarons and to no avail as they keep tryin g to say this is a problem

I had placed a order for a product that was on their website in AprilThe product was received the last week of MayThe product was put in my home defected they new it was defected and never repaired it or came to check on itI been getting harassed for payments I was told I didn't have to pay because the product was defectedNow it's August no replacement, I'm getting harassed for payment, and the product is still unusable in my house

They offered a queen size adjustable bed online to orderWhen I went to order it, it tells me it's not available in my areaTo call, so I call and I am informed that the warehouse for my area no longer has it in stock, I asked if one could be obtained from a different warehouse and was told, "oh we don't do that"Very poor customer service! I had a bug problem and I got it taken care ofAarons had been refusing to come fix my washer that has been broken for almost weeks I have a seven month old son that needs clean clothesThey came over one time and said that they could not take it because of the bug problem, I talked to [redacted] and told him I would take care of itHe said to make sure that the bugs where not inside or under the washer and they would come get itMy mother I law came to help with that because I am on a high risk pregnancy so it's hard for me to do anythingI have called and asked them to come and replace it and [redacted] told me that she would not come and replace it for meAlso the first time when they came and looked at it they recorded my house without my permission and it the lease agreement I signed it doesn't not say anything about them recording

on 4/6/i purchased a bedroom set in a box brand new from aarons rent to own in auburn washingtonI took my property home and set up my bedroomon 4/23/me and my girlfriend were sitting on the bed talking and a bed bug crawled across the bedI was mortifiednever ever have I had to deal with this beforeI immediately googled the bug....I followed the instructions about drying my bedding and slept else where (my moms room)Monday morning I called Aarons to see how we can rectify this situation and they told me that I just needed to cut it at a loss and that they would not pick up their infested products so I proceeded to go into their office, once their I spoke to [redacted] the manager and he stated that I was in default and they (aarons) always properly clean their productsi disagreed and demanded someone come out [redacted] then sent out his employee and he identified the bed bugsSoon after my visit to his office and communicating he then agreed he would remove the property

I was rented a faulty washer and lap top, they didn't fix it and are now refusing to pick the washer up to get it out of my way, I was told they would call me back on it on several calls and they never returned my calls, I am seriously upset with this company and I don't plan doing any business with them in the future

I recently rented living room furniture from the Laporte Indiana locationI am not happy at all!! I made a cash payment which I dropped into the drop boxI have payed this way in the past and never had an issue!! And then the store manager called me to say I am payed up until the 1st of August only to turn around and tell me my payment was never received!! I asked him to review the store cameras because I DID drop my payment!! Today he calls to tell me my account is days past due!!! I am returning the furniture and I will NEVER do business with Aaron's again!!!

Aarons in Wilmington, NC has the worst customer serviceWhat is so bad about this whole situation is that I have had several leases with themThis last lease I have had the worst experience and will never associate with this business againI leased a washer and dryer brand new from the store and after having them for a few short months the washer messed up so they came and got and brought a replacement that was USED, not new, so they could fix mineThey kept my washer for over months before it was returnedOn top of that it was nasty and smelled where they had let the water sit in itWhich is why we sent it back in the first place because it would not spin the water outSo when it was picked up it still had water in it cause there was no way for it to get outI never said anything we washed it out and finally got the smell out and continued to keep Several months later we had decided to move to TN, and our plan was to keep the washer and dryer and I called for a pay offweeks later I went to pay it off and they had added more charges and would not take what they quoted me weeks priorIt may have not been that much more but it was the principle of itI had paid over a $for this set and they kept my washer for over months in the processWe had already moved some of our stuff to TN and was leaving that weekendThey would not work with me and I left very upset and told them they could come and get itI would give them the address when we arrived and there was a branch of Aarons in TN per the manager Chris at the Wilmington store and they would pick it upSince then there have been mulitple calls address was given but no one has come, which is fine, but I have not and will not pay them anymore moneyWe are not using itToday, 3/2/18, the manager was very rude and stating that I was still responsible for late charges and if I wanted the process to move faster that I had to contact that storeI will not and it will sit in my garage until they come get itThis has been the worst customer service and the unwillingness to work with me in the beginning is awfulI will never recommend this store to anyoneI work in the public and have to deal with people all the time and have good customer service, this is not what customer service is and they really need to re train there staff Writing this review will not have any impact, im sure, but I needed to vent If anyone in the corporate office reads this your Wilmington NC office with manager Chris and other staff Ben and Stacy have been the ones that have been very down grading I do not live in poverty as some and I am a very well respected provider and person so you might want to speak with your staff as this is a negative review and they need to be counseled

I bought a really high dollar bed the bed started breaking down so the manager took my bed and had me come pick out a bed that was way less than the one I had its also a horrible bed its made cheap I also bought a tv from them I was told my balance was and the manager said he would get it squashed I said the whole thing he said yes now there saying I owe something since I paid so much for the other bed they was supposed to have my account paid off I bought an xbox from them years ago it broke they repaired it months later I paid it off months later it tore up and it was going to cost more to fix it then it was worth I have always paid on time and bought so much stuff from them this bed is horrible I had to keep the boxspring all I got was a small headboard no footboard and a mattress I go to the doctor on the 6th of december and the mattress has caused me bad bad back issues this is not fair if they take what the bed I originally purchased and how much this cost the tv

General manager of the Hillsboro location is extremely rude and unprofessionalI have been a customer since 2013, yet because of this employee I will not spend another penny in this storeThey have no value for loyal customersThis company does not foster customer relationships and employees are not encouraged or trained to provide basic customer serviceI've seen reviews on social media done by their own employees posing as customers which is a dishonest representation of the business
