Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The advertised price is misleading. The advertisement is for an additional 50% off of the advertised sale price, not just the sale price. The discounted price varied in percentage from 50% off of the total sale price. That is misleading. A statement that the discount is reflected in the price will clear up any "confusion". Some items only contain a sale price without any advertisement for an additional 50%. If that is the case, then there is no "additional" 50%. 
As you admitted in the response. The words used for the advertisement is "confusing" and misleading.  Either all items are "on sale up to 80% off or whatever. The "additional" implied that whatever the sale price is, an additional 50% off will be taken, not already reflected in the price. All items are priced extremely high and so with the discounted price, the price is comparable to most price points of non discounted children's clothing from other brands. 
Please adjust the advertised sale price to reflect an additional 50% off. Sincerely,[redacted]

First, I didn't refuse the package and there was no one knocking on my door to deliver this package.
Second,the address on this order is always the same as before and it is the right address.
Third, I paid for this order and received nothing until now. I don't know why I should wait. I did't make any mistakes. I need my refund right now or you can ship my order right now.
Forth, Gymboree should contact with ups or usps to track the package instead of kicking the ball between customer. You never try to make clear whether it is the mailman's fault to deliver the package to a wrong address. 
I hope you could promote your service in the future. Right now, you should make up my loss instead of letting me wait. Sincerely,[redacted]
