As stated on our shipping page, "Orders received after 12 noon ET will begin processing the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.". Your order XXXXXXXX was processed on 12/31/2015 and delivered on 1/4/2016 which is the next business day. However we understand this has been an inconvenience and we would be happy to credit your shipping as a courtesy.
