I am rejecting this response because: Both H&R claims are false They called after I made this complaint and I indicated I'd also filed a complaint with the Attorney General The woman said o.kand hung up At no other time did anyone from H&R Block contact me about this complaint, much less offer me anything (I immediately found someone else to do the taxes, I could not have accepted a "half off" offer.) H&R Block has done nothing whatsoever to make right on this wrong

Dear Revdex.com,In response to this matter, our investigation reflects that the IRS Notice which Ms*** recieved was due to the 1095A not accounted for on the original return.
