I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because H&R block has continued to falsely state that I requested that the notice from the state of *** not be challengedWhen I spoke with *** *** during our first meeting regarding the *** notice, he verbally stated that it was 'cut and dry' that H&R Block was at fault and had made an errorAdditionally he stated that H&R Block would challenge/amend the tax returnPlease see the attached email from *** ***, manager of my local H&R Block Hopefully, H&R is able to move past these accusations and address my concerns and the cause of my Revdex.com complaintAs I stated in all previous correspondence, I would like an itemized list and/or an explanation of chargesI want to know how the $fee was determined and/or calculatedI would like to understand how I paid over $for my taxes to be (erroneously) prepared, yet only receive a $reimbursement for an error that cost me a little under $200. I am rejecting this response because:H&R Block is claiming I received a $advanceAs you can see from my attachment, that on the front page of my taxes, it's $that H&R Block withheldNow,if I had received an advance, it would be listed here on this page along with H&R Blocks' feesAs you can see, H&R Block withheld the balance in which I owe the stateYes, I did sign papers the night of my tax appointmentI had signed many papersI didn't realize I had signed "advance" papers because I had not asked for an advanceI never received what they call an "Emerald Card"H&R Block says they have text messages? I'd like to see those because that's not trueH&R Block claims I didn't contact them for eight monthsThat's not trueI've been in contact with them since mid-summer, as well as having two "sit down" appointments with them to hash this situation out
