Installer Gary Stella with Reborn Cabinets did a perfect job for us. he was professional, friendly, kept us informed every step of the way, and very neat and clean. He protected our kitchen and den from wood dust with plastic, and cleaned up the mess every single day when he left. We'll use them again in a heartbeat. Pricing was competitive, and better than [redacted].

The installers were very good and patient throughout the installation process. We had a few issues with the internal sales and production staff that lead to some delays in the expected installation finish date and several return trips to properly complete the job. Reborn did work to satisfy us and the final product is very nice.

I recently had a wall in shower installed by Reborn Cabinets. It has been a wonderful experience. The workers were very professional and the office staff was very helpful.
I really love my shower and would recommend Reborn Cabinets to anyone needing a new, clean sparkling look to tinier bathroom and all in one day.

Rigo and his helper from Reborn Cabinets did a shower installation for me. Whatever issues came up were resolved promptly and to my complete satisfaction. Reborn is a pricey outfit but the bathroom looks great and, hey, it's only money. I did, however, ask for Rigo specifically. The first shower pan they delivered had a small divot which would have allowed water to pool. Rigo caught it and took it back. This delayed the project completion but the second pan was perfect. Rigo is an honest guy.

Chris F and Fermin N were my installers. They arrived on time and covered everything while they were working. The hallway cabinet looks great and so does the kitchen trash storage. Cabinet finish is a perfect match to the other cabinets.

I would like to thank Narvie S and Team for doing an excellent and thorough work in refacing our kitchen. Everyone in Reborn from the designer, to the counter clerk, to the office clerk and the Project Manager are professionals.
I admire the way they come back to complete what was lacking:
install an oversize over the range microwave and pull out thrash can cabinet.

Warrenty repair work after 5 years of use - kitchen:
The service tech was compentent friendly and efficient. However, it took very long for the repair of the cabinets to get underway. I left messages many times, I missed a couple of returned calls but when I called back I got voice mail and the cycle started all over again. I got the impression that honoring their warranty was secondary to reborn. Note - the cabinets in general were very nice

Luis was great. He was neat and left no mess when he completed the job.
I would recommend him and Reborn cabinets to friends, family member, or
neighbor. Luis did a very fine job, he was polite and helpful. Reborn is lucky to have
him as an employee.

We were very happy with the teams performance when they installed our cabinets.

Better Business...

Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that while they are making an effort to resolve this complaint we are still in a waiting mode to see if it will happen.  They are building us a new set of cabinets that will then be installed in our bathroom after they remove the first set they built.  We are also still waiting for the sink top to be removed so that they can set the sink in in correctly.  We are now on day 45 of what should have been a 12 day project and we are still expecting some sort of compensation for  the lengthy inconvenience that they have caused for our family.  At this point while we are hopeful that the new cabinets will be what we originally ordered and expected, we are in no way ready to say that this is resolved.

Shelley G. came out to my condo today to give me an estimate for my cabinets and counters. She was very through in explaining my kitchen and bathroom remodel. process. Her tablet software was the best I have seen. It was very educational and explained the process of resurfacing my cabinets in a simple and easy to follow video. After she measured everything she provided a detailed estimate on the spot. I would strongly recommend Shelley and Reborn Cabinets.

I should have been skeptical when a profession measure engineer did not show up and Mike the consultant took the measurements and that was it. Of course they SAY a professional engineer will be out to check but as I later found out that is only with BIGGER jobs. ( I guess over 8 grand is too small for them). I must have missed that hidden gem.
With the miss measurement the toilet is inches from the shower door on one side. Tough fit!!
Promises of things that they don't have is another. How can Mike let us see shower doors that one manager says they haven't had for a long time and another manager says they NEVER have had it.?? go figure, but it was free.(nothing is ever free).
Missing a compartment in the shower wall another "oh well".
NON Communication seems to be their norm except when I withheld finance from.
Would I use them again or recommend them.. I think NOT!!

We had our kitchen cabinets "reborn" and are so pleased. All the people we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Most importantly, everything went exactly as expected. Our installers, [redacted] and [redacted], were awesome! And, when our kitchen floor installer (another company) chipped one of the cabinets, Reborn had [redacted] and [redacted] come back and fix it perfectly. I love how easy the cabinets are to clean and how nicely they close. We highly recommend Reborn!!!
