My wife and I both signed the contract with RebornMy wife is *** *** I'll be happy to provide a copy of that In the meantime, Reborn has stepped up to the plate and finalized their work with us We just had the last piece of kitchen trim installed last week But, this doesn't mean we were not satisfied with their customer service The amount of calls, and more calls, and leaving messages - combined with a lot of confusion with their team members - created a very frustrating experience I would encourage Revdex.com to monitor Reborn as we understand they are changing some of their policies and services to trim costs internally - at the detriment of the customer

Reborn did a great job on my kitchen cabinetsThe workers were very neat and politethe only problem I have is that some of the doors stickI did not have this problem before they did their workI would have paid more to have all the drawer hardware replaced if I was askedI would recommend Reborn cabinets for their great job

Since that experience, Reborn has been working hard to satisfy our issues and I can see that management is very concerned with thier reputation - I have to say thanks to them for that
So If you choose to go with Reborn do your due diligence on all your options, spend more time with the designer salesman than we did and dont feel pressured to sign the deal if he is offerring a "limited or one-time only" incentive When you get the contract read it immediately and be absolutely certain that you and Reborn are on the same page These are mistakes that we made
With our project, Reborn's committment to scheduling was a problem but at the end of the day I dont know what you can do about itSchedules change but where they need to improve is on the communication We were either not informed of schedule changes or only informed the night before
Craftsmanship on our project was the other issue I suspect that they have great crews and less great crews We have seen other jobs of theirs that look great Mistakes were made on our job and they have fixed all of them except a couple minor issues which they are addressing There are some minor items we will just have to live with
Reborn has credited us money back without us asking and along the way had already added some extras without charging us Getting money back from them was never our intent and what they gave is extremely generous
We still believe that refacing is the best way to go if you dont want to tear your kitchen apart but want more than just repainting your cabinets While you may have issues with any contractor, I'm confident that Reborn understands this process well enough and will work to get you satisfied

I had two local contractors out and neither responded with estimates in a timely manner Reborn came out, gave a same day estimate and was able to start work within weeksThe cabinets are beautiful, and the installer, Danny, was fantastic His attention to detail and philosophy of do it correctly, not just get it done, is evident in the finished product I hope the countertop people are as good

Hi my name is Rick and I was looking for some one to remove are old tub in are restroom because of my stepdad he could not use the tub any more he had two stroke and lost some of use of his right leg could not get his leg over the tub any more so I need to put a walk in shower and found Reborn Cabinets to do the work in taking out the old tub and putting in a new walk in shower and new cabinets and a new tile floor it cane out very nice and not that expenses to have all that work don and now I I'm looking for them to redo my den soonThank you Reborn

We have just finished a remodel with Reborn Cabinets and I would highly recommend them for re-surfacing your kitchen Their planning person, and the installer was one of the finest people we have worked with in remodeling our home The installer, Mario was exceptional and did a fantastic job I would highly recommend them for any job

We had our kitchen remodeled by Reborn in Octof We had our cabinets refaced, ceiling refinished and new lighting installedThey were professional from the first estimate to the conclusion of the job We were kept informed every step of the way as to time, what would be done and how long it would take The workers were on time every day we had an appointmentThey were extremely professional and the mess was kept to a bare minimum They cleaned up each day after they finished working The work was done in a very professional and timely manner I have since had two very minor repairs done, under warrantyThese small jobs were completed just as conscientiously as the major remodelI had a repairman here within a few days of my phone callAside from the very minor repairs, the work is as good as when first installedWe will be using Reborn for our upcoming bathroom remodelsI would highly recommend this company to do any type or work you might have
