Reborn Cabinets workmanship and customer service have been absolutely superb since day one I had used another company to install the frameless shower door and was unsure if they had done it correctly Reborn sent [redacted] P who arrived on time with a smileHe carefully checked that they had hung the door correctly and caulked correctly around the hinges, and then when I expressed concern that the other guy had mumbled something about not finding a stud, [redacted] took out the screw and realigned it into the wall, making all super secure I have total confidence in [redacted] and Reborn Cabinets and would use them again in a heartbeat Thank you, Team Reborn!

Nice job on refacing my cabinets but has a problem with veneer coming off the old front of cabinetsTry to get them to come fix something like this when you have already paid in fullImpossible They won't come and fix, unless you want to wait weeks until they can manage to get an opening in their scheduleVery disappointing I would never recommend any company that wouldn't return to fix something that wasn't done right in the first place

Gary arrived promptly every day and was always considerate, personable, and professional He took time to explain everything to me, made great suggestions, and cleaned up nicely after each visit I also appreciate how he was mindful of our two little dogs (so as not to let them get out the front door) and greeted their curiosity and love of attention with great kindness Gary is a skilled workman who was able to trouble shoot some difficulties unique to our job He is a great guy who encourages confidence in his ability and integrityWe love our beautiful new cabinets Thank you, Gary

Reborn Cabinets is a great companyWorking with them to achieve our new kitchen was great since the very beginningThey are honest, did what they say they would do and when they said they would do it and went above and beyond thatTheir installer, DAVE Y., however, this man is outstanding in his field! He has got to be the very best talented and skilled craftsman they have on their teamHe is also a very efficient, organized, and hard working individual who was a joy to have in our homeHe was a true professional and a good person all around

Customer service at its worst! Started off on a bad foot as I was given an install date and then it was changed, pushed back about weeks Told installer David would arrive between 8:a.mand 9:a.mbut nobody showed up I called and learned the installer had been changed and new installer given the job What they didn't tell me was that the company sent him to a "minor repair" job so he was hours late getting here and never given the courtesy of a phone call to explain the issues, I had to keep calling them Then on the second day, installers wanted to get to work early and they wanted to be here at 7:a.m Again sent to another "minor repair" job and never given the courtesy of a call to advise of the delay Yet another hours waiting until one of the two installers arrived
The shower remodel could be great but the repeated unprofessionalism is all that I will remember If you value your time, look elsewhere

I just had my cabinets done by Reborn Cabinets with Mario Mdoing the installation He, along with Luis and Joseph, did a fantastic job My kitchen looks beautiful

I am very pleased with James R, Chris M and Robert B of the Installation teamThese guys were personable, professional and hard workingThey really took pride in their work and were very careful in my homeThey followed all the rules of the association carrying all their equipment to the back freight elevator which was much farther to my unit than where they parkedAnd when they were finished each day the work space was cleaner than when they arrived-- they cleaned up mess from the plasterers The cabinet transformation is terrific--so fresh and updated and exactly like the picture only better because it is in my kitchen!

We had Ryan R and Cindy K come to our home last week to get and estimate on redoing our kitchen We were uncertain whether to get new cabinets or reface They could not have been more helpful and both absolutely knew their product
They gave us estimates at the end of the session after presenting both cupboard and counter products along with prices for all We did not feel pressured in any way and found them both to be folks we would enjoy working with in the future

I had Reborn remodel my personal kitchen at home
They did a great job and I recommend thme to all my Real Estate clients that need work done Very professional, neat clean and finished on time
