I have to say I was a little weary about a company that says they can redo a bathroom in one to two daysAfter getting a bathtub and shower combo installed in one day, I am not only a believer but am a very satisfied customer
From the time my installer David and his helper Noe arrived, they were very professional, hard working, and did an amazing job all in hours! Our bathroom came out every bit of what we expected and moreMy wife and I will be pleased to refer any family and friends in the market for a bathroom, or kitchen makeover, and would highly recommend David AThis young man has a wealth of knowledge for being only years old and is an asset to your companyThank you Reborn

I isgned up to attend a seminar at Reborn Cabinet to learn more about how to choose a reliable company to reface my old kitchenThe seminar gave me all informations I need to make decision that I would like to ask Reborn to do the work for meThe desginer *** was very helpful to give me advises and did the 1st measurement and gave an estimateI signed the contract with herThen, the final measurements of all the doors and drawers were done by a field engineerReborn introduced me to Kiva , a store to buy all the appliances I needweeks later, Reborn send me a good team persons, very skillful and fast.They almost finished the job in 1/dayReborn also send in another team to replace the venthood, kitchen sink, gabbage disposal, new faucetAt last Reborn send in person to finish all the work to perfection and completed:Mario...while all the works were doing, I had a team leader: Ray Silvas, who coordinate every work from the beginning until the end of the jobFinally I had the last inspection from the team leader to make sure that every thing is working to my satisfaction I appreciated very much the skill and effort that Reborn and all the workers who come to my kitchen to accomplish this jobI will introduce to anyone who would likde to renew their kitchen or bath to give the job to ReBornAlso they helping me to finance the project had I have any financial problem...They make it so easy and convenient for me to have the kitchen the way I would like to have it.Thank U very much and wish Reborn will continue to help every one who need to renew kitchen or bath.Thank U again

Reborn Cabinets is awesome! Not only was the work outstanding but David, our installer, was incredibly courteous and politeIntroduction of himself and what our finished product would look like was spot on! Our new shower looks better than we imagined and I highly recommend them not only for their outstanding work but their great customer service as well!

The information provided by the consumer in the above referenced complaint is inaccurate. Reborn Cabinets did not drill holes in the granite incorrectly and the project was not delayed by Reborn
Cabinets.
Ms*** put the tile splash portion of her project on hold because she thought her faucet holes were drilled incorrectly. Our project team lead met with Ms*** and explained everything was correct and we moved forward as scheduled. We have a certificate of completion on file signed by the homeowner as well as before, during and after photos of the project.
It is my understanding after speaking with our staff that had communication with this homeowner, and after reviewing the conversation logs we keep, Ms*** was condescending and rude to all whom had contact with her throughout her entire project. Reborn Cabinets takes great pride in customer service. We strive to provide the ultimate remodeling experience. Unfortunately there are personalities that provide unique challenges for us to fulfill this goal but we maintain our professionalism and company values.

Eddie D placed plywood on my bathroom counter today 10/5/ He did an excellent job cutting plywood to fit the triangle shaped corner sink cabinet He also took several notes to pass to his supervisor on items not yet accomplished while refaced kitchen is still in processKnobs (ordered twice by me) have not arrivedDrawers/Doors still to be remade; trash bin needs to be installed; electrical must be added or finished yet so Eddie wrote notes of these items to pass to Reborn Project Leader I'd have Eddie back again, he was polite and professional. 

Daniel and Jose did an outstanding job on installing our new shower They had a hour drive to get to us in Ventura The first day they worked from til The second day from til 10:PM The shower was done in days and is BEAUTIFUL They are a credit to Reborn This is a very big deluxe shower It is sq(feet by feet.)
