Tony D was professional, helpful and a very hard worker.

Poor customer service. No updated information for homeowners or for their own hired contractors who were working on different portions of the remodel. Left hand definitely not coordating with right hand. No one could answer questions. Project manager was inept and created unnecessary stress for homeowners.

Jose J, Designer made a visit to my home on June 25 , 2016 to look at a bathroom remodel. I was interested in replacing the old tub area with one of their products. I was very impressed with Jose's knowledge of the Reborn Company, its product and installation process. His information was extremely helpful and I did not feel any high pressure sales tactics to make me buy anything. After his presentation I was thoroughly convinced that Reborn is the company I will go with when I am ready to purchase in the near future. Jose was prompt, professional, friendly and sensitive to my situation and needs. Excellent representative.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Reborn Bath and Kitchen solutions. I had my shower remodeled first and was very satisfied. Done on time, very neat and clean. Then had my kitchen cabinets refaced - again, very pleased. From the sales rep, to the employee who came out and did final measurements to the installer - who was amazing!

Kenny arrived exactly on time, was very knowledgeable about Reborn's re-facing process, and provided detailed pricing. He was very professional and pleasant. I had hoped to get information about cabinet replacement as well as re-facing, but apparently that is handled by a separate team - disappointing since I was very clear about my interest in full replacement (in addition to re-facing) when making my appointment.

We are in the first stage or our relationship with Reborn Cabinets and I'm very happy with the field rep they sent to our home. Nora M was professional, knowledgeable, offered budget issue advise and greatly impressed me.

I am sorry to write a negative review. Jon came to my home and we discussed our bathroom remodel with him. He gave us an oral estimate of $25,000-$28,000 plus we pay for our own fixtures. We then had another meeting (paid $300 design fee) and picked out tile. At our third meeting, he was not prepared. The two diagrams were not of the new project, but showed the old vanity area (which was to be redone) and a self-standing bathtub which we never wanted. He hand drew a new vanity and gave us a new estimate of $37,000. I don't know if he had our project in mind, or mixed us up with another one. Very unprofessional and not prepared at all. When we expressed our disapproval at the estimate, he suddenly redid the estimate and came down. Very disappointing. We don't play games and were very straightforward and expect the same from whoever we work with.

Reborn Cabinets did an absolutely beautiful job on my kitchen cabinets. I had the uppers replaced and the lowers refaced with MDF white shaker. Gregory B and Ryan worked for five days in the kitchen. They are perfectionists! They were very neat and polite. They cleaned up everything after each day of work. They were careful and we're always willing to answer my questions. I must say they were patient. I am a person who looks for something wrong, and there is nothing wrong. What a great team. One instance is when I pointed out one corner that needed caulking. Everything was put away and Gregory didn't hesitate to take materials out again and he spent 20 minutes getting the corner perfect!
I would definitely recommend Reborn Cabinets. You get what you pay for! A few years back, I had my shower done and it is beautiful!

Great company, high quality workmanship, professional sales people and installers. The people that work at Reborn are very hard working individuals that care about their work product, their company, and customer satisfaction. My wife and I chose this company because we felt that they were large and could be trusted, and they proved to be very trustworthy. They communicate well and I liked the fact that they put everything in writing so that there's no issue with colors, style, schedule, etc. While they may cost a bit more than a smaller company, you get the much needed attention to your project and you get quality work with a warranty.

I just had my big summer project completed: bathtub to walk-in shower. The Reborn Cabinets/Bath Solutions team really came through for me with their fine services and finished product. Their installers, Ricardo and Victor, were hard-working, efficient, and very professional. They went put in the extra effort to get everything done nicely and obviously take pride in their work. The company has been on time with all appointments and are easily reachable. In summary, I strongly recommend this company for your future projects too!

Reborn installers William P. and Jeronimo were excellent in their work on replacing my bathroom shower. William was informative on the work as he continue through out the day, he answered all my questions. When I get ready to have more work done by Reborn, I will be asking for William & Jeronimo to do the work, they are professional and polite. A GREAT TEAM. [redacted]

Kim the designer was terrific. She had a great knowledge of the product and was patient and answered all our questions. We look forward to our new reborn kitchen!

If you want a stress free remodel, go with Reborn. I'm starting my third project with my designer Eddie M, and the Reborn team, and I'm sure it will be as great as the others. Quality workmanship and customer satisfaction all in one package.

I contacted Reborn to give me a quote on upgrading our two bathrooms. Designer Chris came out. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He took extra care to make sure we understood what the estimate covered and answered our questions. He had all the samples needed to make a selection and reviewed everything on the contract, line by line. I would recommend him and the company to my friends.
