The overall process went very smoothly. My tub, tub walls, and fixtures were installed in one single day and the finish and cleanup were excellent. The install tech was also friendly and flexible with me!

Reborn Cabinets canceled this contract after it was discovered our sales representative made a large pricing error.  After a senior member of our...

staff found the error we refunded the client their deposit and cancelled the contract.  It is unfortunate that the error was made.  Because of the size of the error we were unable to move forward with the contract.

sans-serif;">We are in receipt of your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding our contacting you.  Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.  Our records show we called your home on 4/07/2014 @ 10:19am and again on 6/02/2014 @ 2:23pm.  According to the information I have, we left a message on your answering machine after our first attempt and on 6/02/2014 you asked that we not call again.  That day we removed your name from our list folks who have shown interest. 
 
Reborn Cabinets does not use a calling list and we only make telephone calls to folks who have inquired about remodeling.  Your complaint said we had been calling for two years and one of our team members used profanity.  I am having the call logs pulled so I can listen to the telephone call and validate your statement.  It would surprise me to find out one of our team members would treat a potential client in that fashion, nevertheless that conduct would be grounds for immediate disciplinary action. 
 
Since our logs show we have only called on the above referenced dates, please be sure it is in fact Reborn Cabinets making the telephone calls.  We have had incidents whereby clients have discovered it was a competitor calling and not Reborn Cabinets.  If you have information that you would could share that would show otherwise, and don’t mind spending the time, we would be interested in reviewing so we can determine if our system has an error.
 
Once again I do apologize for the inconvenience.  If you receive any call from Reborn Cabinets, please immediately let me know so I can validate that information as we had removed your name on 6/02/0214 as per your request on that date.

Paul and George did the demo work on my bathrooms, and Ernesto and Michael did the refacing of the cabinets. You could tell they cared about the customer and the finished product. Next step is counter install and final plumbing. So far I'm giving Reborn an A+.

Today, 6-29-16, Reborn was to have come to make the needed installations and repairs.  They did a no-show/no-call.  If they worked for me and had this attitude they would be fired.  What company operates like Reborn Cabinets?
I would think, that since this project is a full 2 months past the agreed on completion date (April 27, 2016), they would really make the extra effort to get it done.

Our kitchen cabinets are beautiful. Reborn's staff was professional and courteous from the estimate to the installation. We are highly satisfied with our kitchen cabinets and we would highly recommend Reborn to somebody looking for a new kitchen on a budget!

Our experience was fantastic especially the installer Israel L. who did exceptionally perfect work, quickly and cleaned up the mess better than any house cleaner..Israel is a phenominal asset to Reborn Cabinets and is professional, polite and delivered great customer service. Every company would love to have employees like Israel L. and his helper Daniel.

Just had ** and [redacted] install two bath solutions in our home. The finished two days early. Their work is awesome and came off without a hitch on their part.

This was service call with [redacted] adjusting a drawer that was not closing properly.
[redacted] had all the equipment with him and performed the adjustment quickly and professional.

Tony N is very detailed, and cares about his installations and customer satisfaction. He fixed an error made by another worker and stayed late to do so. The advertising is a bit misleading in that they did not complete the job in 1 day, but 2 days is superior to all of the other bids we had. Also, the size of our shower they said we had to have a custom glass door made at another company, which cost us extra. Reborn did refund some money back to us, but we were disappointed that we had to search out another company to complete the job, which happened a week later. We had 2 showers installed, so 3 weeks later they had to come back and install a correct shower head, which had to be ordered. From the first visit to today, it's been about 2 months total, which again is not exactly what we thought when we first saw the ad on TV. Overall, we love our new showers, which are definitely a huge improvement to our home. We're hoping the quality of the product will hold up through time, but there is no way to know that now. Thank you Tony N. team for taking care, not making a mess, and making sure the details were taken care of.

From first contact to last, Reborn Cabinets is the best home "re-do"company I have worked with in the past five years. Reborn Cabinets refinished the cabinets in two bathrooms.
High praise goes to [redacted], our installer. He is meticulous, clean, cheerful, and extremely hard working.

Gary S. came out to repair some cabinet drawers that were installed that had a nail protruding in the inside of each drawer. He did a fantastic job and left all inside surfaces smooth without the protruding nails. He missed one drawer and hopefully, I will be able to get him back to fix the one overlooked drawer. I don't know what took me so long to ask Reborn to correct the problem. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Thanks Gary and Reborn Cabinets
