copy of my letter to this TERRIBLE company: I have been trying to resolve a claim for over dollars of ammunition and gun parts that was not deliveredI have been treated rudely, hung up on, asked to repeat information that I have already given numerous times and even had my investigation wrongfully closedI am requesting that I be reimbursed for the value of my shipments that your company failed to deliverI have been turfed off to call centers outside of the united states and told summarily to contact the shipper, and that USP cannot help me I will see to it that your outfit gets the negative attention that it deservesI have tried to remain civil and wasted days of my time being ignored by your companyThis will not stand

I had my passport shipped via the 2-day shipment of UPSThe website of UPS claims this to be secure and reliableUnfortunately, my passport got lost (well, still under investigation)If I didn't bother to track it, I would not have been able to know this happenedI sent another mail on the same day via the usual USPS delivery (w/o tracking), and they were able to deliver that mailI would NEVER trust UPS with important documents anymoreNot even their supposed secure shipment People pay "premium" for shipments like this and yet this happensTheir system should have picked up that my package sent via a 2-day shipment has had the same status for week, which was "a label has been created and ready for UPS." Their system should automatically flag these kinds of shipments and investigate right away to mitigate potential lossI have lost my chance to see my parents in Canada this Christmas, and I have not seen them for yearsThe plane fare to Canada, which cost me over $600, will also be a waste because of thisTo get another passport, I have to travel all the way to Chicago, pay an additional $and wait for 4-weeksAll because UPS lost my package

These mns lost a package that was 18"x18"x30" and weighed over lbs! All I got was an endless run-around from customer service people saying they were trying to locate it, not recording that I spoke with them, sending me claim forms for the package that had links that didn't work, and in the end they're going to issue me a cool $for a $itemI switched to UPS after poor customer service from [redacted] and apparently they're even worseI guess when you have a monopoly of two companies neither cares about providing good service

Absolutely awful experienceAfter extending their promised delivery day from the 25th to the 28th, the company refused to allow me to pick up the product earlyTracking details didn't update for hrs, with a departure on the 23rd from my city, to an arrival again in my city on the 25th Customer service on the phone was useless, repeating the same things again and againSupervisor was unable to assist in anyway The next day my order was then delayed again, now not to be deliver till later in the weekEither the company is partaking retribution or is incompetent

The [redacted] has already been**iled ( with someone in the Philippines ) (whatever happened to local service?) Working in my home office (4**t.**rom the door) I heard a noiseUps had dropped a packageI asked the driver why he did not knock and he said " get a***ing door bell Hopped in his truck and leftIf this is the quality and level of service, I don't think I need Ups again and recommend that no one else use them

The UPS account IS NOT SAFE! Somebody used my UPS accountI called UPS twice to solve the problem, they said it will be solvedCitibank reimbursed me the money and then after two months, UPS sent me to collections Please note that this is for a package I didn't sent and I didn't received, is someone else's, as it appears in the invoice It took months to solve the issue and the customer service was very very rude If this happen to me, It can happen to youPlease be aware if you don't want unwanted charges in your account and several hours at the phone No wonder UPS has star rating

I am so sick to death of UPS, they either like to play games with other peoples packages or they are totally ineptNot for the first time have I had to wait extended periods of time for my packages to be delivered, A couple of years ago ordered some perishable items from Amazon with a two day delivery period as this was a perishable itemI had to wait more than days before I received the packageI called the company and explained that I had not received this item and was sent a replacement order, which, what a surprise, that too took almost weeks to arriveOther incidents since then have not endeared me to UPS Almost weeks ago I ordered some items online and was given as estimated delivery date of 11/1/On Tuesday November 1st I checked the tracking number and found that my items had been delivered here ( I live in Seattle) on Monday 31st October so I reasonably thought that my package would be delivered the next dayWrongThe tracking says it was delivered to Seattle on 10/31/16, scheduled delivery date Tuesday Nov was not delivered and the next day it the tracking changed yet again to Wednesday Nov 2nd , didn't get it that day either, the next day the tracking changed yet again to Thursday Nov 3rd, still didn't get my package, today is Friday November 4th and I still do not have my package, and there is no scheduled delivery date set and the tracking still says "in transit" Seattle is not that big, how long does it take to deliver a medium size package from one area of Seattle to the otherWhen I called customer service I was given no reason as to why it had not been deliveredUnfortunately I have no control over how my packages are shippedIs it acceptable for our parcels to be held without a viable reason until the carrier (UPS) decides they are going to deliverMy answer to that is NOAs UPS do not deliver on the weekends, how much longer am I to wait as by Monday it will have been sitting somewhere here in Seattle for a whole weekIs this how UPS conduct business without a thought to the customer, the attitude seems to be to hell with the customer Unfortunately there is no way to contact anyone in authority, or the corporate office unless I write a letter with no guarantee of a response

I was supposed to receive a package from San Antonio to Kansas The package was in an envelope....it was scanned in times from the time it arrived in Kansas at the warehouse Supposed to be delivered that day the package tracking came up with "receiver request for pickup"! I didn't request to pick anything up I live minutes from the warehouse When I tracked down the warehouse they told me it may be because I lived in a newer neighborhood! Not the case...my house was built in the 1970's There was so explanation as to why this was done! She apologized and let it be known it would be delivered the next day After the package didn't show the following day I called again! She said she had people on it and had looked herself and the package was missing! Told me the only thing that could have happened was that because it was an envelope it was probably caught in the belt! Told me to call ups number and file a tracker Called customer service...NO HELP!

Every package I have ever got with these people has been the worst headache everI paid ....PAID for my choice upgrade where you can select a delivery windowBut guess what, all windows are during business hoursSo if you have job, like most of us, good luck getting your package Not only that they left a big box on my front stepJust placing the welcome mat on top of ita toddler could tell you why that makes absolutely no senseYou can still see the package!

Where to start? UPS is very irresponsible with freight shipments1st, we shipped a crate to a customer in Florida, the customer received the crate in bad condition and his wife was coerced to sign off on the delivery receipt by the UPS driverThen, at the advise of our UPS sales associate, we re-shipped the same crate to the same address, labeled fragile and be careful everywhere , even on UPS's system, and it arrrived in EVEN WORSE condition as the first oneUPS's response for this was "file a claim" and then make us wait for (now over 5months) with no resolution or payment EVEN THOUGH UPS HAS ACKNOLODGE THAT THEIR MISHANDLING WAS THRU THE ATLANTA TERMINAL, THEY HAVE YET TO PAY OUT ON OUR CLAIMSAll we get is excused and "it takes time" over and over againWell, it took a very short time to damage the items we shipped with you, you could at least be quick with the restitution, right? Instead, UPS continually delays payment and even has the audacity to askf or payment on the shipping fees of BOTH BROKEN ITEMSIs this the type of shipping company you want on your side? When we signed up with UPS , the sales rep said that if there was any issue or damage, the claims would be paid promptlyHe assured us of all this but it was all a sense of securityUPS has a lot of problems in their Freight Division, I urge you to be careful with their freight services and locate outside insurance to cover you in the case of any damage, because their claims department is as irresponsible and slow as they come

We've been a business customer of UPS for the past plus yearsDuring that time, shipments haveGone smoothly, and the store front people are always niceThe sales rep and account executive are whole different matter If we had a question - it would take on average of emails + phone calls to MAYBE get an answer Our last inquiry was into adding international shippingNeedless to say, it has been a month long of chasing them aroundThe sales rep NEVER replies, the account executive is on vacation and he's back up ? Right - the sales rep that don't replayIf you want to chase your carrier so you can give them more business, never get answers, or call backsEssentially, have customer serviceBy all means use UPSIf you want to be treated as a valued customer, I'd suggest going elsewhereWe did

I just opened an account with UPS a couple of months ago for my new business They are not reliable to pick up packages when requested and my driver tells the company he has picked it up when he hasn't So disappointed with UPS and am going to cancel my account and go with [redacted] NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!

UPS will never get anymore of my business- Reference #: X-XXX-XXX-XXXXX No records in their system of my phone call to request to hold a package No email as promised confirming where the package would be held Access Point had no power next day so they could not confirm where my package was I called to track my package and spoke with a representative from IndiaHe confirmed he was not in the USA and when I asked for a confirmation to be emailed to me regarding package to be held at a facility - he said email would arrive in minutesNo such email ever arrived I called for the 2nd time, no record of my previous request nor conversation was in the system Manager was unable to confirm where my package was and if it could be picked up because the Access Point had lost power and they were effectively shut down - per the words of Tony (mgr.) No bagenerator at the Access Point to keep the customers' parcels safe and secure????? No guarantee that if I did the job UPS should do (deliver a package), that the Access Point would be open What's the Access Point ph #? Cannot provide to customersLOL UPS - cannot ever do their job I abhor this company and will avoid using at all costs I will not work with vendors who use [redacted] rocks and their follow through and customer service options are the best bar none LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

Horrible experience with UPS todayI received an international package delivered to me, only for delivery man to come back hour later to force me to pay for the brokerage feeI am extremely experienced in receiving tariffs and fees for these sort of packages; however, I am used to having it billed to me after I receive the shipmentI forced to pay ON THE SPOT with a CHECK in order (and no other form of payments were accepted)I The delivery person threatened to call LPD on meI don't have checksI was fine with credit card or having it billed to me directly through their accounting department, but why a check?! Why threaten me with LPD? I didn't even steal the packageThe package was handed to me directlyI have never had this issue with [redacted] before and I will definitely move all my business and personal related shipments with [redacted] At least I'm treated as a human

I have never in my life have been given so many wrong turns as I have in dealing with UPS's customer service. I purchased an item from ebay on October 18th. Initially it was to be delivered to my door on October 23rd. I did not want the driver to leave this package at my door so I changed the delivery to an access point(UPS Store) near me. For some reason it was changed to hold for a later delivery time. I called customer service on October 24th and was told it was sitting at the Phoenix hub. I went to that location and to my surprise it wasn't there. The agent at the counter gave me an address and a phone number of a warehouse where my package should be. I called customer service again and spoke with a supervisor. He told me the the package was still in West Virginia. He contacted a supervisor at that facility where the package was found and was suppose to be changed to 3 day shipping. I was promised I would receive the package by October 30th. On October 30th I called customer service AGAIN and asked why I wasn't getting my package on the 30th. It was still in transit and wouldn't receive it until November 2nd. The supervisor in West Virginia neglected to change the shipping to 3 day. So after all is said and done my package has taken over 2 weeks to go from West Virginia to Phoenix, AZ. The package I ordered is archery equipment and I needed time to set it up for a hunt that was planned months ago for the weekend of October 31st. I had to cancel the hunt and lose $200 deposit because UPS cant send a 5 pound package from West Virginia to Phoenix, AZ in less than 2 weeks. "We Love Logistics" should be "We love Providing Customers With Logistical Nightmares"

The most incompetent delivery company I've experience in my life, even the [redacted] is ten times betterI've ordered a lot from [redacted] and the only times I had any issues is with [redacted] deliveryUPS drivers are the only one that are not able to call or there is no way to get in contact with themI even provided a front gate key to one of your drivers to make it easier to deliver, but it doesn't help at allYesterday (Friday), was the last straw, since I was waiting for a very important shipment that contained a gift I need today (Saturday)I even paid extra for next day delivery, was at home the whole day, authorised a shipment release online and still your driver was not able to deliver it and after half of hour on the phone with half-English speaking customer representative I was told that there is now way to get the package until Monday afternoonShame, real shame!

My package (Tracking number [redacted] ) wasn't delivered according to the schedule and the notifications from the UPSInstead it wasn't delivered at all and I got the falsified notification from by the UPS : "We tried to deliver your package but could not leave it without a signature." Really? I witnessed the whole scenario of laziness and lying by the "greatest "UPS employees On December 07, after I saw the brown UPS truck outside of my building I immediately stepped outside to finally get my packageIt was around 15:EST (that's the time when UPS comes into my area) Here I am standing outside of my apartment in the rain awaiting for (TWO!) not one but TWO employees (male and female) finishing delivering packages to my neighbors at the end of my buildingI begun walking towards them but they got back in the truck and drove away passing meThe female employee was driving and male employee was sitting in the jump-seat A few minutes later I received an email saying: "We tried to deliver your package but could not leave it without a signatureWe will take your package to DR PHONE FIX on 12/08/and let you know when it is ready to be picked up." Are you kidding me? That day I cancelled an appointment so I wont miss the UPS delivery with a very important packageNow I have to wait another day, cancel more of my appointments, then spend my valuable time driving to the remote UPS locations during my work hoursAnd all that because of the "wonderful hard working" UPS employees that were too lazy to deliver another package in the rain then lie about it? The next day, on my way to the remote UPS location I've met the regular UPS delivery person for my area ( for a little over years)He stated that he saw my package at that place and questioned the initial delivery people about it They also lied to him saying they were at my door day beforeWhere is a sticky door note regarding the status of the package then? What a shame! There is more into itA few hours later (19:EST), after I became available, I've contacted the UPS customer service on the phoneI spend min explaining the incident and the customer service rep Francis (who was very pleasant and helpful) did file a complaint for meShe said that I will receive a phone call or email-follfrom the UPS within hrsAlso my package will be re-delivered to my apartmentInstead , the next day at 10:36am EST I received a phone call from someone with no name stating that my UPS package is at the remote location and ready to be pickedNo so much for the delivery to my door, huh? There is no option on the UPS.com website to file a complaintI guess they receive so many of them that decided not to give this option to UPS users First of all, I would like an apology from the UPS management Second, I would like the above mentioned employees to be counseled, may put them through extra training Third, I would like a credit on my UPS account for a future shipment

My experience with UPS here in Nashville, TN has been that of having to go the last mile for the pickup The drivers aren't allowed enough time to actually bother to knock so instead they just leave an infonotice and run When you call corporate they just put it back in the hands of the local staff who continue to promote the practice of drop note and run And speaking of going that last mile, expect to wait 45-minutes while they try to find your package if they did remember to pull it off the truck I'd think it was just UPS but I had no problems with UPS when I was in Austin, TX earlier this year so this definately is just an issue with this region that the corporate office refuses to fix
