The absolute worst customer serviceThe driver never knocks and I always end up having to go to the hub during rush hour traffic to pick up my packageWorse yet is the hub supervisor Lisa, when I brought this to her attention instead of fixing the problem has only made it worseNow the driver refused to deliver at all

I WILL NEVER USE OR ORDER ANY ITEM THAT UPS HANDLEI AM BEYOUND *** WITH THE SERVICE THEIR WORKERS PROVIDE.I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT KNOCKING ON THE DOOR OR RINGING A DOOR BELL TO NOTIFY CUSTOMERS THAT THEIR PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED I KNOW THEY ARE AWARE OF THE CRIME THEY PEOPLE ARE COMMITTINGI HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF WALKING OUTSIDE TO SEE MY PACKAGE JUST LEFT FOR THEFTS TO STALEPUT GUESS WHAT THIS TIME UPS THE THEFT GOT TO IT BEFORE I DIDI WAS AT HOME THE WHOLE DAY WAITING ONLY TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER SAY DELIVERED ON FRONT PORCH BUT WASNT THERE SO THANKS UPS FOR YOU WONDERFUL SERVICETHANKS FOR HANDLING OUR PACKAGES WITH CARE

I ordered two pieces of furnitureThe furniture was shipped via UPS from Tupelo Mississippi to Forest Park GeorgiaTwo tracking numbers, two packages eachEach tracking number total weight (of the two packages) was lbsPackages were loaded onto local delivery truck morning of 11/16/for deliveryForest Park UPS Driver apparently determined at approx1:PM that packages exceeded weight limits and refused to deliver packagesNow, after spending almost an hour of dealing with UPS customer service on status of delivery, I have to go and pick packages up at Forest Park GA customer pick up centerQuestion: How is it that UPS can ship packages over approximately miles and then hours before delivery, a local driver without a scale determined the packages are over weight? Suspicions: Lazy driver or UPS cost cutting method

I ordered an item and paid extra for one day shipping The package arrived to the local UPS center on the very next day However, it has not yet been delivered It has been days Yesterday (4th day) I called and was hung up on Today (5th) day I called back and was told that they would put in a request for the local center to call back with the status of the package IF and ONLY IF I told them what was in the package If the item was not of urgent matter they would not put the request in for a call back from the local office What is in my package is none of their business and should not need to be shared to track a package that is apparently lost in their local distribution center for days I am appalled on many levels One for not delivering the package overnight as I had paid for it, for being hung up on, waiting so long for the package to be delivered and for having to explain a personal item in order for the package to be tracked This situation is a joke!!

This business is so bad several times my package was not delivered on time!

How does a UPS package end up at an address that's not even CLOSE to what's on the package and to make matters worse, an elementary school? Please track your packages because UPS don't careSpoke with a SUPERVISOR and didn't even get as much as an apology after I told her that I was called by the school in Montgomery Alabama and went and picked up my packageTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Horrible experience with UPS todayI received an international package delivered to me, only for delivery man to come back hour later to force me to pay for the brokerage feeI am extremely experienced in receiving tariffs and fees for these sort of packages; however, I am used to having it billed to me after I receive the shipmentI forced to pay ON THE SPOT with a CHECK in order (and no other form of payments were accepted)I The delivery person threatened to call LPD on meI don't have checksI was fine with credit card or having it billed to me directly through their accounting department, but why a check?! Why threaten me with LPD? I didn't even steal the packageThe package was handed to me directlyI have never had this issue with *** before and I will definitely move all my business and personal related shipments with *** At least I'm treated as a human

UPS does not care if packages are delivered to the correct address My complaint of $100.00+ worth of merchandise delivered to a incorrect address was ignored They deserve an F rating for operating a business that can't do its intended job

I am writing to say the driver who delivers to my home is a wonderful fellow and a great asset to your companyHe goes out of his way to be couterous and helpfulHe also deliver to the Deltaville Rescue Squad of which I am a memberHe is well liked their is very helpful to some of the special deliver needs we have at the rescue squad

While visiting my grandparents in CA, my mother shipped some very old China dishes that were my great-grandmother'sMy great-grandparents brought them to the states from Sweden when they immigrated hereUPS didn't mark the package fragile & it was delivered to the neighbors houseThe dishes were completely destroyedMy father called UPS to complain & he wasn't even offered a reimbursement for shipping!!! Complete BS

Paid to mail a package guaranteed within a certain timeWhen the package didn't arrive, I went on the website to track itI saw that it was in KyI called and was connected to Mumbai, Delhi, or somewhere, and they said that my package should be at its destination that eveningWell, it didn't showSo I went back online, and it hadn't moved, so I called againThey told me that my package had been delivered, but the receiver said that it hadn't arrivedConfused, I went to collect my own mail, and there was the package, in a new envelope, and it was addressed to meI called the store that I sent it from, and they were good enough to look into it for meThey contacted me, and said that the label had been ripped off in route, so UPS just put the contents into another envelope and shipped it back to meThey didn't bother to look in the system to see where it was going, or even update the tracking informationThe call center lied about its whereabouts, The confidential, time-sensitive legal documents inside were compromised when they transferred them to another envelope, and to add injury to insult, they were unapologetic when I called to complain

Never ever again will I use UPS!!! This is the rd time that I paid for overnight delivery and it didn't happen!
A whole day late and my package went all over the USA before final destination!!

We've been a business customer of UPS for the past plus yearsDuring that time, shipments haveGone smoothly, and the store front people are always niceThe sales rep and account executive are whole different matter
If we had a question - it would take on average of emails + phone calls to MAYBE get an answer
Our last inquiry was into adding international shippingNeedless to say, it has been a month long of chasing them aroundThe sales rep NEVER replies, the account executive is on vacation and he's back up ? Right - the sales rep that don't replayIf you want to chase your carrier so you can give them more business, never get answers, or call backsEssentially, have customer serviceBy all means use UPSIf you want to be treated as a valued customer, I'd suggest going elsewhereWe did

Horrible service the delivery man sent a package that I was expecting to the house next door to me I live in a town house so the house has to be everybit of 6ft away He didn't even check to see if the address was correct and too lazy to look to the right and see that my house was the correct addressI called ups they did nothing but told me to call the merhant because prior to me even knowing the package was next door I thought the driver stole it or it was sent to another address but I wouldn't think I would be next doorThe merchant sent me the same item again and I had to wait a whole week for the product againI really wanted my package before Christmas but didn't get it until the 29th because the lady next door who is elderly might I add she saw the package tucked away on her porch once she finally came outside So you're telling me they sent both packages to the wrong address twice Thank God she saw me to give me the package or else I would have thought they were stolen againThis company girlies really lazy workers and their problem solving and customer service is horrible

I am truly disappointed with the services NOT provided by UPS I ordered a phone on 03/11/ I was given an arrival date of 03/15/ After the first failed attempt I got someone to cut time out of their day to be home Instead of consistent delivery time, the UPS showed up far earlier The first time was after 5pm and the second was before noon I then went online to schedule a windowfor a fee of $(really?) Guess whatFAILED! They did not arrive to drop off until almost 7pm But I was only notified of this at the time they scanned it I once again had someone interrupt their time to try and be there for the package (due to the window) and UPS didn't show Why offer something you can't deliver? And if you can't, how would you not communicate to the customer? Then on the info sheet, why is there an area for a signature, and direction to leave product at the door, if you're just going to ignore it? Now I have waited additional days, and have to go to the center to pick it up wasting my time and driving miles out of my way to get it Then when you get a hold of customer rep who merely cuts and pastes policy and direction, it's not a good thing Don't apologize and try to "rectify" the situation, when you have no solutions or offer any type of compensation All that's offered is "sorry" If I managed this way at my current place of employment, I'm sure that I'd be without a job! Bottom line: I will find out how my product will be shipped prior to ordering, and if it's UPS and the shipper is not willing to change their method, then I will be finding a different person to purchase it from UPS WILL NOT get any more business from me

I had received tracking information on a package I had ordered and it informed me that it would be delivered 11/3/This morning the tracking information says it doesn't know when it will be deliveredI called to ask UPS and they say hopefully I will get it MondayThey don't know for sureI called the company that I placed the order through and they tell me this has been happening more frequentlyI am really aggravatedThis is twice this has happened in the past few monthsThey really need to get their act together

They\'re really a horrible company, and I don\'t know why and/or how they have so much successThey take no responsibility for their screw ups whatsoeverIf you are having something delivered be prepared to have your package thrown in the street; this is how they do their jobBe prepared to have your package stolen in a urban neighborhood because they left the package on the front in plain view and didn\'t even have the decency to knock on the door to let you know it was out there; this is how they do their jobOh and if you complain to customer service about either of these issues be prepared for them to tell you blatantly that it was your fault your package was stolen and you wasn\'t notifiedThey\'re rude, condescending, pretentious pks that do not care about customer service, you, or your packageThey only care about money, which is fine, BUT you never want your customers to know this which they blatantly do

The UPS account IS NOT SAFE!
Somebody used my UPS accountI called UPS twice to solve the problem, they said it will be solvedCitibank reimbursed me the money and then after two months, UPS sent me to collections
Please note that this is for a package I didn't sent and I didn't received, is someone else's, as it appears in the invoice
It took months to solve the issue and the customer service was very very rude
If this happen to me, It can happen to youPlease be aware if you don't want unwanted charges in your account and several hours at the phone
No wonder UPS has star rating

Straightforward overnight delivery of medication for my sonThey lost the packageThey conducted what they called an "investigation"After determining that they couldn't find it, they are now going to reimburse me for the cost of the delivery and the medication
That seems somewhat of a typical response; however, how does a company whose only job is to deliver packages let a package disappear into thin air? I feel that they simply don't care - just toss of a bit of reimbursementI, on the other hand, was completely depending upon themThe failure to deliver and to continue to search for my package to me constitutes a complete failure of the company
Earlier this year, they sent a package I had ordered from a company to a different city
Incompetence seems to be their mode of operation
