You've still neglected to provide us with accurate information in regards to your account. The account associated by the email [redacted] does not have a charge for the amount of $150. I'm assuming you're also "Steve G" at the email address [redacted] since the addresses match and the last 4 digits of your credit card are the same, correct? We do not provide one time bookings which is clearly implied by the fact that a one time booking option doesn't exist. Before completing your purchase we asked you to sign up for a three, six, or twelve month plan. You signed up or a 3 month plan. You completed one booking with us and rated your professional 5 out of 5 stars.  I went to provide a refund of the $150 fee as a courtesy and was notified that you disputed the charge with your bank provider. the business seems NOT to have read my correspondence at all. I myself did not cancel the appointment, Handy rep did when she closed the duplicate account that the appointment was attached to. Had I known that I'd be charged for the closed appointment, I would have kept it.Handy does not seem to care about keeping its customers. I will certainly NOT use it anymore and I will make sure to inform all my friends about the treatment I received from them, They stole my $58. Horrible company!!!
