They just sent me a letter saying that I have a $85 credit with them and give me no way to call them or to even email them. I have three choice offered in the letter: 1. AIO a, an active customer; please allow credits to be available for future use to purchase services; which I don't know how to do since I can't call or email them. 2. "This obligation has been satisfied. I/we nearby release my/our interest in this property"; really give this for profit company $85 out of the goodness of my heart, they aren't a charity. or 3. "I have not used this credits and no longer have an account, please reissue a replacement check."; what does this option mean exactly. Who do they intend to send a "replacement" check to? I don't remember getting the first check so what is this about" They tell me "If we do not receive a affirmative written response by mail or fax from you before August 16, 2019 the law requires us to report and remit this property no later than October 31, 2019 to the state of Washington, to whom all further claims must be directed." I am not clear what this means. and again I can't call or email this company.

In reviewing *** ***'s emails with our CX team, she CC'd the email address: *** ** *** has two accounts in our system, neither of which match the email *** *** CC'd His accounts are under the following emails: ***, and *** ***'s account, under the @gmail address is the account with the charges referenced in *** ***'s complaint *** *** enrolled in a biweekly recurring subscription on October **, when he scheduled his October ** cleaning using *** ***'s referral code This promotion was redeemable only for recurring services.

This company makes it impossible for anyone with security issues on their credit card to make alternate payment arrangementsMy bank advised me to no longer leave credit card information on websites that I don't trust - and this one I certainly DO NOT TRUST. I have yet to speak to an actual supervisor or anyone in charge of this serviceI have only reached call centers with people reading from scripts.I will continue to try and resolve this another way than giving over my credit card information on their website
