[redacted] was not told that she needs to purchase supplies from [redacted], this is an option when going through our application process, Handy professionals are welcome to purchase supplies on their at their local store.  [redacted] chose to purchase the supply kit through [redacted], and must reach out to their support team to inquire about a refund. [redacted] requested to be made not active on the platform after her first two bookings cancelled, and she received no payment as it was outside the payment window. Handy performs thousands of cleanings each day in cities across the country, it is unfortunate that she had customers cancelled on her first two jobs, but we are unable to prevent cancellations by customers. [redacted]'s personal information, which she supplied willingly as part of the application process, is secure.

At this point we have been working with the customer to resolve this claim. We have been in contact with the Police and our third-party insurance adjustment company. We hope to get this resolved as soon as possible and this past week adjusters were sent to the customers home as well as the police...

This issue was so important to me that I took the effot to send 3 emails to Handy's customer support, 1 [redacted] Post, 3 [redacted] Posts, 1 Poor Review on [redacted], Another Poor Review on another site, a credit card charge dispute case, a filing with the Revdex.com and 3 Revdex.com emails. It was the principal and all could have been avoided if the right steps were taken by Handy's reminder emails and then their customer support team. Instead they wasted everyone's time.

After I bought the products from their partner site : [redacted]  - I was sent two texts from Handy telling me the jobs that I signed up for were cancelled "Please do not go to the job site. THIS COMPANY WANTS PEOPLE TO BUY FROM THEIR PARTNER AFFILIATE "[redacted] -  NEVER HAD ANY HOUSEKEEPING POSITIONS. THEY DID A BAIT AND SWITCH TO ME AND TO OTHERS. I DID NOT CANCEL THE APPOINTMENTS THEY CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENTS AFTER THEY RECEIVED MY MONEY FROM BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS.
