The recurring set up was first placed on your account on November ** when the customer scheduled their November ** booking with the coupon ***, which was redeemable only for recurring services The cleaning frequency was biweekly, and was generating hour bookings, per the customer's preference when scheduling their first appointment
My response: The promotion was not binding and can be cancelledI cancelled it when I was not satisfied with the booking.
Though the individual bookings for November ** and December * were cancelled, the recurring set up was not, and continued to generate bookings Customers are sent reminder emails seven days before each cleaning, as well as the day before the service is scheduled
My response: the number given in that was my landline number and does not receive any text messagesI am in office during office hoursI did not see any voicemail alsoWhen I cancelled bookings after promotion, it was clear that the bookings are cancelled for goodThere was no reason to presume that it will be charged again as your system was not updating the cancellation properlyThe next confirmed booking was scheduled for December **, the professional called and texted the customer regarding this appointment The January * professional called and had a second conversation with the account holder The January ** professional sent texts and called times, on February * the professional called times and sent text The February ** professional called twice and sent two textsMy response: the number given in that was my landline number and does not receive any text messagesI am in office during office hoursI did not see any voicemail alsoWhen I cancelled bookings after promotion, it was clear that the bookings are cancelled for goodThere was no reason to presume that it will be charged again as your system was not updating the cancellation properlyCustomers can cancel the cleaning plan at anytime from both the mobile app and through our website; selecting the cleaning plan they wish to cancel, and following the instructions to complete the cancellation The customer's cleaning plan was cancelled yesterday, February ** at 10:AM.

I thought it was cancelled in Nov and Dev and after seeming my statements only I found out that I have been getting charged for no serviceCompany did not occur any cost but my account has been debitedEver after deducting from $405, I still need the refund for $which is taken from my account

We've looked into this issue and determined the professional arrived was in contact with the customer and the customer was aware the professional arrived but could not get inThe professional then made additional attempts to reach the customer by phone and text regarding the entry issueThe
customer was not available to let the professional inAfter waiting for the first hour of the booking the professional was then allowed to leave and the appointment was canceledUnfortunately per our cancellation policy we're unable to refund the customer for this booking. Very Best,***

This is the worst - I wish I did not have to write this review and it's actually embarrassing, but I would not recommend this company / cleaning service to anyone and I want to make sure to spread the word
I hired a cleaner to come, she showed up an hour early, forgot her vacuum and most of her cleaning supplies, and instead of actually cleaning, she robbed my apartmentAll Apple products / electronics were taken with herNothing is more upsetting then getting notifications on your phone that someone is trying to get into your Apple account or lto your bank accountAfter panicking and changing all my info, I tried to contact the company hoping they could not only help resolve the situation, track down their unethical employee, but also get my *** back
Weeks and months later and I still have yet to hear from the company except receiving some very basic customer service e-mails and no resolutionIn such a serious situation I would hope and appreciate someone would pick up the phone and call me Still waiting
Does not end there - the cleaner also found my SSN and is attempting to open loans and various credit cards under my nameI'm may have to file for identity theft and if that is the case I will never get over this
Don't use Handy if you don't want your apartment and personal belongings completely ransacked and items and identity stolenThis company hires criminals

While the cleaning services were rendered, I was overcharged The professional finished very quickly and admitted to just staying there waiting for the linens to arrive I finally had to assertively dismiss her as I know the final cleaning rate is determined by time spent cleaning.Given the extra time the cleaning professional spent waiting around for the linen delivery and the fact that I am forced to purchase a cleaning when all I'd like are linens, I am requesting an additional credit for the cleaning Again, I had to also purchase new linens because did not have what I needed for the guests, and I'm not asking for compensation for those, merely the unnecessary and overcharged cleaning
