This is not a business, it's a scam. They book appointments, charge you in advance, then cancel them and do not refund your money. They have no customer service or way to contact them for issue resolution, and do not respond to email.

Per the customer's request, we confirmed on 12/** that her account has been fully deactivated and all payment information has been deleted from our system.

Customers can cancel Cleaning Plans at any time by going to their account page (if you're using the app you can get to the account page by tapping on the three lines on the top left of your screen). We have refunded 50% of your booking and will not be able to provide further compensation.

payments team, you disputed a charge for $54 for your June 3rd booking with your bank. The $8 in credit in your Handy account came from that charge. As a result, you'll need to wait for your bank to complete the dispute and provide a resolution. If you didn't open a dispute with your bank, we certainly could have refunded the $8 credit right away. With that said, for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced with our customer service, we've added a free hour of credit to your Handy account in the amount of $27.
