Thank you for your correspondence. Our records reflect that the motorcycle is affected by two recalls. Neither of the recalls is impacted by a "do not ride" as indicated by Ms***. Our records reflect that one of the recalls was completed in July. The second recall was
just announced and we encourage her to make an appointment at a dealership to have it completed.
We will not refund or replace the motorcycle

Thank you for the inquiry. As we have explained to Mr***, his motorcycle is operating as designed. The engine is air-cooled and should not be idled for extended periods of time. If the motorcycle is idled for extended periods of time, Mr*** should expect erratic idling and
runability until the motor cools down to a operating temperature. The diagnostic tests that we asked *** *** Harley-Davidson concluded that the motorcycle is a proper representation

Thank you for your inquiry. Our records indicate that when Mr*** motorcycle was at the dealership in October of and the dealer could not duplicate the condition. It was also noted that Mr*** motorcycle is modified with non Harley-Davidson components. If Mr*** still

If Mr*** is interested in trading in his motorcycle, we recommend he contact a dealership about travalue and pricing

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  A return call from [redacted], as promised, would have been appreciated.  A customer should be given the information and a response when it is requested.  I was forced to file complaints only after multiple calls were made with a request for information/verification.   I spoke repeatedly to HD Corporate Customer Service as well as the dealership involved yet I received zero information from HD Corp. other than a documentation of my concerns.  The dealership involved repeatedly informed me that their entire process was based on requirements by the corporate division.

Thank you for providing the pictures.  Our Technical Service Department will be in contact with the dealership to authorize a replacement radio.  Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention.

Thank you for your response.  We reiterate our previously explained position.  This is our final position in this matter.

The orange peel is on the top of the front fender, two fisheyes you can see and feel, the orange peel on the tank is on the side of the tank, and the orange peel on the rear fender is on the sides. All very noticeable. Pretty sure not all zone D areas.
