This letter is in response to Complaint ID [redacted] from [redacted] [redacted] was missing his reward for syncing to the Shoptracker appWe looked into the issue further, and notice he had successfully synced to the appOn 7/12/we notified Mr [redacted] of his reward and sent him his incentive via emailPlease let me know if additional information is required to resolve this complaint

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory I accessed the Harris Poll Online website and was ABLE to complete my order with the birth date that was provided If they had replied to my four emails concerning this problem I wouldn't have had to contact the Revdex.com POOR customer service!!!!!!! We are actively looking into the background and details surrounding this complaint We so far are unable to find this panelist in our databases - as it appears he is not one of our panelists This appears to be a Harris Poll study, which is a division of business that has been acquired by another company in early In that case, we would not have any connection to the study or visibility into the details However, we are committed to helping to find resolution, as we understand there may be confusion with these changes, and the association of our name with this poor experience can impact our remaining brands as well Should we be unable to personally solve for this respondent's particular issue, we will at least direct to the right people who can, and pledge follow up until panelist feels satisfied Please bear with us as we engage other groups to assist in the investigation in this matter A member of our team will reach out to the panelist within business hours to discuss progress/options for resolution

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I received a $payout after speaking with someone at Harris Poll, but I did not receive any additional payout totaling $as described in the business' description My payout that I have received still stands at the initial $with somewhere around $550-still outstanding I cannot identify the exact amount because I no longer have access to my account which is my original reason for contacting the Revdex.com - my Harris Poll account was inactivated without any notification to me Regards, [redacted]

This letter is in response to Complaint ID [redacted] from [redacted] [redacted] expressed of having trouble redeeming her HIpoints even using her date of birthWe looked into this further verifying personal information and on 5/15/we provided [redacted] with the date of birth we have on fileShe wrote back that she was having difficulties redeeming using the DOB we have given herOn 5/17/17, we went through and processed her reward for herWe provide her the order number and notified her that she would receive her reward in 24-hoursWe also provided her the DOB to use for future redemptionsOn 5/17/17, she confirmed that she has received her reward Please let me know if additional information is required to resolve this complaint
