to the maintenance; however they never notified me they would be doing this. So if I hadn't placed this order all my points would have been gone. I have verified with [redacted]'s that the codes were good and the sum of the 5 codes did come to $145 as it should. I have my purchase as requested, I still am displeased with how the company handled this whole thing prior to Revdex.com involvement.

file. She wrote back that she was having difficulties redeeming using the DOB we have given her. On 5/17/17, we went through and processed her reward for her. We provide her the order number and notified her that she would receive her reward in 24-48 hours. We also provided her the DOB to use for future redemptions. On 5/17/17, she confirmed that she has received her reward.   Please let me know if additional information is required to resolve this complaint.

This is in regards to complaint  #[redacted]. I rejected this offer because they offered me a better deal prior to this offer and never followed through with the better offer. I also have a list of all the surveys I did and the points it was supposed to give me. I should have enough points for at least a $25 gift card. Also I wanted my account back again as I never did anything wrong to have my account removed. I didn't have a chance to tell why I rejected the offer prior to clicking on reject. So I am emailing you the reason why. I can furnish all the surveys with the points that I was supposed to receive. After looking up Harris Poll reviews, they have done this to many other people and should not be doing business anymore. Also they emailed me awhile back and told me the removed my account because I wasn't paying attention to the surveys. They are now telling you another story. They throw in trick questions and tell you which answer to choose. I always choose the answer I am told to choose. Thanks.

him an email with the address he provided: [redacted].net.   On February 9, 2017 sent another email to Mr. [redacted]. We have not received a  response yet.   On February 10, 2017 called Mr. [redacted], but was unable to reach him. We also tried to fax a letter to Mr. [redacted], unfortunately, the fax was unsuccessful.   On February 16th, we contacted Mr. [redacted] via phone asking to provide additional information of his study. He said he can email the survey invitation along with additional information by Monday.   On February 28th, his incentive was processed and on the same day, we called Mr. [redacted] that he should be receiving his reward within 24-48 hours. I accessed the Harris Poll Online website and was ABLE to complete my order with the birth date that was provided.  If they had replied to my four emails concerning this problem I wouldn't have had to contact the Revdex.com.  POOR customer service!!!!!!! [redacted] expressed that he had troubles unsubscribing from Harris Polls emails. We do apologize for any difficulties to have experienced and we will unsubscribe you from Harris Poll emails.

I will accept the resolution but would like to add a few words about this company.  I believe this company is worth your time and effort in looking into.  I tried numerous, numerous times to unsubscribe from this company by using their link and signing back in.  Each time the links were broken or did not work.  This is why I resorted to reporting this company.  Only after I reported them to the Revdex.com did they take action.  If you review this company I am sure you will see other complaints against them.
