I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I previously complained that they canceled my account. They canceled WITHOUT ANY WARNING and left a balance in my account. It is a balance that I worked hard for. Its not easy to get to 2,500 points - many surveys need to be completed. Anyway, after your help they did respond to me. We went back and forth and they did promise to send me the 20.00 in gift cards I was owed. That was February 3rd. That was last correspondence I have had with them. They seem to be ignoring my emails now. I just want what I worked for and earned. Desired Outcome: 20.00 in [redacted] gift cards Regards, [redacted]

We have sent a response to Ms [redacted] on October 25, in regards to her HIpoints reward We have sent her the $ [redacted] gift card she redeemed on October 15, She also mentioned, she was having trouble logging into her accountWe let her know her account was unsubscribed, but can re-register with a new email addressIn addition, we let her know that we can transfer HIpoints to her new account Please let me know if additional information is required to resolve this complaint Regards, Michelle VNielsen

The "recruitment method" described in this complaint is a fraudulent use of our name and link to our recruitment path - we suspect an affiliate publisher is resorting to these unauthorized practices and are researching the issue so that we can take immediate and swift action against them We do NOT condone postings like this, nor do we do any "in person" focus group studies at all We are very sorry that the complainant has been duped by an unscrupulous recruitment source - and we have removed him completely from our database and system as promised To address the rejection of our solution - please note that it is stated in our FAQs that it can take up to business days to fully unsubscribe, as a panelist id may have already been pulled for a future sample automated mailing at the time of the deactivation on our end Now that this time has passed we can assure that he will not receive any more correspondence from us However in an effort to investigate fully the fraudulent use of our name in deceptive practices we invite Mr *** to contact us if he has any details or information that can help us find the source If he saved the fraudulent invite or took a screenshot we would happily compensate him for his time and efforts to share details so that we can quickly and completely address this Mr *** would be welcome to reach out to manager directly at ***.***@***.com should he wish to do so Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and the unauthorized post which misled Mr *** seemingly on our behalf We are always in the process of improving security and thwarting efforts to defraud panelists by outside sources Respectfully, Harris poll panelist support

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear
belowTheir claims are simply and completely untrue. I was a member of Harris Polls under one account for several years, with an email of ***@***.**.com. I did not add any other accounts until after my account was inexplicably terminated. I added the new account only after their customer service told me to create another account. I did so with a new ***@***.com. I was promised that my $100+ worth of points would be transferred. They, then, did not respond to any of my phone calls or emails. Nor did they respond to the Revdex.com in the day period. They did transfer my points after approximately months. I had long since given up, so I was pleasantly surprised. I immediately decided to use $worth of the points to get a gift card. I (foolishly) left the other $worth of points in my account, that I earned through my own time and work. I thankfully received my gift card. The next day, I tried to do another survey with Harris Polls, but found my account again locked. To me, it is clear this company simply doesn't want to pay upSadly, what the company fails to acknowledge is that the survey money was earned by me through my work and is still owed to me. I can't think of another business where a company would be allowed to have you work for them, then be allowed to not pay you the money you earned. At some point, I am confident a good class action attorney will probably have a field day with these things, since my story is not unique; as I have read on my review sitesAt this point, I am not unhappy to be done with them. And I have moved on to other more reliable survey companies
Regards,
*** ***
