sent her the following message on 1/27/17: Dear ***, We have received your Revdex.com complaintThank you for contacting usUpon the review of your account, I show that your account has been removed due to quality issues. We track internally each panelist’s performance in each survey and over time to determine if there are any quality issues across multiple objective measures. If your performance demonstrates consistent issues across multiple measures in surveys across a period of time we send an email that reminds you of the key factors that ensure data integrity: to not rush through surveys, to only take a survey one time, and to provide honest, thoughtful responses. This email is sent when your performance measures are still at a level where you have ample opportunity to improve and avoid termination. This email does not allege any misconduct or bad intent towards you. Rather, our actions are based on strictly objective criteria, applied with the greatest of care and due diligence, and in the interest of meeting our ethical obligations and our obligations to our clients to provide them with only the highest quality of survey data. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, but we are offering you a one-time cash out for your points On January 31, Ms*** responded that she would like two $*** gift cardsThe following day we asked her to provide her street address to proceed with the redemption process, and she provided her street address on February 1, On February 3, we proceeded with the redemption process and responded with the following message:Dear ***, We have placed your order for two $*** gift cardsYour order number is: ***-***-***-***You should be receiving your rewards within a day or twoIf you do not receive your rewards within this time frame please let us know Please let me know if additional information is required to resolve this complaint

We are actively looking into the background and details surrounding this complaint.  We so far are unable to find this panelist in our databases - as it appears he is not one of our panelists.  This appears to be a Harris Poll study, which is a division of business that has been acquired...

by another company in early 2017.  In that case, we would not have any connection to the study or visibility into the details.  However, we are committed to helping to find resolution, as we understand there may be confusion with these changes, and the association of our name with this poor experience can impact our remaining brands as well.   Should we be unable to personally solve for this respondent's particular issue, we will at least direct to the right people who can, and pledge follow up until panelist feels satisfied.  Please bear with us as we engage other groups to assist in the investigation in this matter.  A member of our team will reach out to the panelist within 48 business hours to discuss progress/options for resolution.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I still want the entire complaint to stand for the record. I find it very very odd that all of my attempts to contact the company when I could not log in fell on deaf ears and now the only reason they are acting so expeditiously now is because the Revdex.com was contacted. It is very sad and an indictment on the character upon the company that a resolution could not be reached until the Revdex.com was contacted. Current members and anyone thinking about joining this site will see this complaint will know the true character of this company.

I have not rec'd any surveys since 9/19/2017. I messaged them previously and they stated surveys are by random selection. It is odd how I have been a member for 3 or 4 yrs. and never went this long without a survey offer. I truly believe they quit offering me any because I have filed complaints about them. Plus, when I try to use the contact form another person's name and email address show. [redacted] at [redacted].com. Perhaps a way to keep me from contacting them? The form is the only way to contact them. I will be sending him an email to see what's going on. It also states if no surveys are done in 12 months your acct. becomes undone. Perhaps this is why I never get any surveys. They want to delete me and this is their way to do it. I see they have an F rating and I fully can see why. I want surveys sent to me. Have not received any since 9/17. Plus, I want the incorrect name and email showing when I try to do the contact form corrected.

*** *** expressed that she has not received HIpoints for participating a survey. We looked into the issue, and we have awarded her 150 HIpoints for her participation in the three surveys. We reached out to her on 8/22 letting her know that 150 HIpoints has been granted to her account.Please let me know if additional information is required to resolve this complaint.

She also mentioned, she was having trouble logging into her account. We let her know her account was unsubscribed, but can...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Yes I wanted to let the Revdex.com know that the harris poll did send me the 55 dollar [redacted] account and I thank the Revdex.com for helping me get my money that was owe to me. When the harris poll contacted me asking if I received the [redacted] gift card and I told them once I heard from the Revdex.com. I would tell them that harris poll did what they said they would do in the email.
