account was unsubscribed. We asked him to re-register and we would be happy to transfer his HIpoints. We have not received a response from Mr. [redacted]. Please let me know if additional information is required to resolve this complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Karen did contact me. We are currently working on getting this situation corrected so both parties are satisfied. She did explain quite thoroughly what happened, and I did have to create a new account. She credited me with 7000 hi-points, that's about 250 more than before. She did say to me though, that she is not finished researching my old account and that I will be credited more in the near future. I would like to see more hi-points than just the 7k, so I'm hoping to see more soon!

Can you please provide us with a...

screen shot of what you are seeing and we will look into the issue further. On 5/4/17 we looked into this issue further and notified Mr. [redacted] that we will reissue his reward. We asked him he can provide us with his street address to proceed with the redemption process. On 5/12/17 we reached out Mr. [redacted], and we notified him that we have credited his account with 6,250 HIpoints that is equal to a $50 gift card. We told him he can redeem it himself or we can assist him on the redemption process. We asked that he notifies us of his decision. On 5/17/17 Mr. [redacted] let us know he had redeemed his reward himself.  Please let me know if additional information is required to resolve this complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me; however, the company had to change my birth date to process the order themselves and advised me to use that different date going forward, obviously due to some glitch that caused the error messages.  Had the company been responsive in the first place to the email complaint and subsequent followups, this situation could have been resolved without the Revdex.com intervention.  I am grateful to the Revdex.com for helping.

I have already resolved this issue directly.  The fact that it took Harris 1 year to respond is inadequate.

This letter is in response to Complaint ID [redacted] from [redacted].   We have sent a response to Mr. [redacted] in regards to his login difficulties.  A $55.00 [redacted].com gift card will be sent via email by February 6, 2017.    We have sent the following message to Mr, [redacted]...

explaining why he could not login into his account on 2/3/17:   Dear [redacted], We have received your Revdex.com complaint. Thank you for contacting us. We have reviewed your account, and I show that your account has been removed due to quality issues. Unfortunately, at this time we are no longer accepting re-registration. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and we would like to give you a $55 [redacted] gift card for time participating in our surveys. Once again, we apologize for the difficulties you have encountered.   He replied backing expressing he would like the $55 [redacted].com gift card to be emailed to him.   We have sent his $55 [redacted] gift card on 2/6/17. We also sent him a message notifying him that his reward has been sent via email and to confirm if he has or has not received his gift card.   On 2/7/17 [redacted] replied back that he has received his [redacted] gift card. This letter is in response to Complaint ID [redacted] from [redacted].   Dr. [redacted] was missing a $75 [redacted] honorarium from study [redacted]. The incentive for this study was processed on 3/8/17 and Dr. [redacted] would receive it in 24-48 hours via email.   We contacted Dr. [redacted]...

via phone on 3/27/17 explaining that his missing honorarium was sent via email. He confirmed he has received his honorarium.

resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I received a $60 payout after speaking with someone at Harris Poll, but I did not receive any additional payout totaling $650 as described in the business' description.  My payout that I have received still stands at the initial $60 with somewhere around $550-650 still outstanding.  I cannot identify the exact amount because I no longer have access to my account which is my original reason for contacting the Revdex.com - my Harris Poll account was inactivated without any notification to me.

No one wants to take a complaint this far but your customer service leaves much to be desired. I will no longer be using ShopTracker.

her rewards, and let her know that her account was unsubscribed. We let Ms. [redacted] know she can re-register, but under a new email address and we can transfer HIpoints to her new account. We have not received a response from Ms. [redacted] via email. Ms. [redacted] also contacted us via [redacted]. We responded, but we received no response. To assist her we would need additional information. Please let me know if additional information is required to resolve this complaint.

I previously complained that they canceled my account. They canceled WITHOUT ANY WARNING and left a balance in my account. It is a balance that I worked hard for. Its not easy to get to 2,500 points - many surveys need to be completed. Anyway, after your help they did respond to me. We went back and forth and they did promise to send me the 20.00 in gift cards I was owed. That was February 3rd. That was last correspondence I have had with them. They seem to be ignoring my emails now. I just want what I worked for and earned. Desired Outcome:  20.00 in [redacted] gift cards
