Do not trust this company! I was applying for a loan and received an email from Harvest Moon addressed to another customerWhen I asked to speak to a supervisor regarding my security concern, I was given the runaroundTheir customer service is horrible!

Just had call with customerThis is confirmation that customer's application and loan agreement is cancelled and there won't be any future transactionThank You

This company is an absolute rip off the should not be legally authorized to do business will the publicThey illegally withdraw money out of your account several times even when your loan is paid in full I paid 500$ for a damn two hundred dollar loan .everyone that works for the company is incompetentThis company needs to be shut down, their horrible theives that pretty on hard working ppl

I was told I would get a response for a small loan within 20-minutes, I called back several hours later because I got an email from my employer saying they verified employmentThis is after they checked my bank account and received a check stub, just to be told it was deniedI didn't even ask whyNot the best customer service, and very invasive to be denied

Harvest moon loans is a very trust worthy companyI have been with them for months and they have always been understanding and helpful to meI would recommend this company to anyone needing money help

I am have a problem talking to a live person to pay my loan off They continue to deduct the interest but will not allow me to pay off the loan I have paid over $on a $loan

customer spoke to one of our representatives over the phone and agreed to the new payment planwas this not the same payment plant that she set up with the representative who called herwe may have had a miscommunication was the resolution not to stop ach payments ans arrange different payment method ? what is the out come you where expecting so that we may correct this

Contacted this company while on vacation, company asked me to go to a website and put in a code I followed their directions and it pulled up my personal bank account login pageI then checked the Revdex.com and found that they had negative reports and unresolved issues I warn anyone who attempts to do business with this company to beware and check them out before you let them access your account I did not do this thankfully

We have contacted customer and resolved this complaint she has agreed to pay off principal amount only $,she will make payments of $each first payment 6/9/last payment 6/23/

I am appalled at this company I have a young couple that took out a $loan on May 8th It was to be $paid back, which in itself is ridiculous They have taken $from their account and still say they owe $ Something has got to be done!

Customer received a loan from us for $on 1/14/and total amount of $was due on 1/26/2015.We collected $on 1/26/Customer reversed every transactions after 1st due date (by putting No Authorization from customer's bank) including transaction on 3/23/2015.Customer has not paid back original principal to us($- $164.73=$235.27)We do not understand at this time what is customer's intention when customer still owes fund that she burrowedWe are not even mentioning any fee or interest.Customer refused to speak to us and we really don't have much option other than collect $(Principal Amount not including any fee or interest).At this time, we just need to know if customer has any intention to pay the principal back to us.We also included transaction records showing customer put either stop payment or No Authorization on most of transactions.Thank You
