When I was thinking about getting this loan, I was a little worried because it was my first loanI got a loan for $and with a financial fee of $I was told if I just pay the and roll over my account that I would only have to pay dollars on my next paycheck and also I won't get charged interest on that because I wouldn't have got the loan if I didNow it's two weeks later and it's time to make another payment my bill is NOW and I was told that if I roll over and pay the financial fee that it doesn't do anything because I get another financial fee if I don't start paying my principleSo now I still have bucks to pay offI've been on hold for minutes trying to figure all this out because the person I spoke to (*** ext0775) said this wouldn't and shouldn't have happened

Consumer signed the loan agreement for set payments. The customer has currently made payments. At this time we will accept the consumer's offer to pay $to close account

These people need to be shut down by the Revdex.comI paid them and they are still charging my accountWhen I emailed customer service the email came bank with error saying unknownYou can never get a customer service person on the phone.They are big scams and should be investigated

I took a loan out in December for $and now have paid back over $It was not explained to me that this company would keep withdrawing from my account well after the initial loan amount and the interest were paid back!!!! I called and spoke to customer service and asked for a return call from a manager on Thursday 7/14/and have never received a callafter researching this company I found there are complaints against them with the Revdex.com I am going to file a complaint as well and contact my attorneyThis was fraudulent if I hadn't called to cancel I would've been charged indefinitelyI attempted to send an email requesting another phone call and I was redirected to a page not found link

dont get a loan from these people WHAT A RIPOFF im trying to pay my bill off and cant get in touch with noone figures tho cause they dont want me to pay them off so I mailed them a check and had to close out my bank account and open a new one because these pks cannot be TRUSTED signed FAYE * ***

We spoke to customer again and she told us that she was completely satisfied with our response.She also said she was not sure why we receive this email from Revdex.com.Please update the record that the customer is satisfied with response we provided.Thank You

My husband used this to get a small loan and instead they never closed it and continued to charge interest months later still fighting with themBiggest crooks I've ever seen in my life Do not ever EVER do business with this group

everything harvest moon says is false I have recieved a total of two voice mails that have been archived on june at pm and from *** she said she was with harvest moon loans and left an extension that does not exist I called both numbers back and finally spoke to someone there that said that there is no such person, asked for my social and them said that the best thing I could do is get a lawyer and hung up they also said they have emailed me and recievd no response, but you can clearly see with the attachment that I did get in touch with them via email as well this company is simply playing games, I have archived the email and voice mails as well as their response for court you can also see that allied has withdrawn the collection due to this being fraud so harvest moon's statement that they need info is false.Again, this comany needs to just go away everything they claim is and they continue to misrepresent themselves and I will move to court if this continues to slander me

We spoke to customer on 4/6/regarding payment methodCurrently Credit Card or Pre-Paid Card are not one of our payment option and we don't have system to accept the payment with cards.Customer told us that she will give us call back to figure out other payment options.Thank

I am a recent customer I needed 188.00 dollars to pay one last class I have to obtain my associates degree in hca . Frist payment was 01/04/19 which was 92.00 which did not go toward the loan it was to keep my account open! What kind of st is that! So I called today 4 times was on hold for 10-15 minutes. Finally got a hold of a rep at 3:04 she told me my totally balance was 292.76. I will never ever do this again

ms*** has been contacted and her account is now closed we will no longer debit her account
